Their pedicure bowls are cool sparkly waves and they have a beautiful light fixture hanging in the middle of the salon. I came here on a whim while getting my brakes done at a local mechanic. I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi so I decided to check them out. A mani/pedi was an affordable $45 and it was great. I wanted to do a fall manicure and Tina who did my mani did an amazing job with each design. Various designs on all 10 fingers for $12. This was for sure a $100+ mani/pedi for $57. First time back to Finest Nails after the remodel and WOW!! It's absolutely beautiful and so safe. They have plastic barriers separating customers and the techs. Everything is so clean I feel like I'm in a 5 star hotel. I was lucky to get Tina for my pedicure and she was SO nice and quick. She recommended the parafin wax treatment and wowwww it smells so good and did wonders on my feet. I will definitely be requesting Tina again! I recommend you request Tina too!! Yesterday I went to get my manicure, the opening hours are until 7 pm, I arrived at 6:20 and there was a woman and a man working. The lady had a very bad attitude and said, "No, I'm going home now." I understand that she has her own schedule, but I think it's in very bad taste and super rude. I don't recommend this place at all. If she spoke to me in a friendly way, I would come back today, but it was very unpleasant. I don't know if the lady thought I wanted it for free, she's an abusive person. read more

First time here as a quick mani pedi. The woman that did my nails took forever and I've never had to put my hands under the UV light around 40 times. I don't think she knew what she was doing. Burned me four times with the drill and told me after two times under the UV light and my nail was not dry yet as I used my nail to text. She then proceeded to have conversation with the lady doing my pedicure and they both laughed while looking at me and making their comments. I just stared back and laughed at them. As the woman put my flip flops ( from Nordstrom) back on she laughed at them and said, "wow." They were rude and took way too long to do my nails. I hesitated to leave a tip but left one despite how ridiculous these women were. I will never come back here and would pay double what I paid for good service. I was having good service by Nancy in the beginning for pedicures. Then I had Lisa do my nails in Dec 2024. In all honesty and in my opinion, she was very assertive and a little rough, and a couple of the nails fell off within the first week and I had to go back in and have those replaced. After the Christmas holiday, I had Lisa remove the false nails and she used a very THIN METAL TOOL (seemed flat, thin and somewhat razor sharp) that she slipped under the false nail to lift the false nail up and off of my real nails and she actually dug the thin, almost razor sharp, metal object deep enough on my baby finger that it cut through my nail underneath the false nail and my baby real nail started bleeding. It felt as though the baby fingernail was getting infected after she cut it and I had to keep antibiotic ointment on it and keep it bandaged up until it healed. The way that that metal thing lifted the other nails off, it actually lifted up my REAL nails from the nail bed underneath, and my nails have been raggedy and splitting/cracking ever since that false nail removal and it is now the end of March 2025. Hopefully my nails will be completely regrown soon. In my opinion, again, that was some rough service and false nail removal. read more

They did not wipe down.my nails with alcohol as they normally do being this was a gel polish. So now my nails Are a mix of Matt and shiny? I called them the day they did not return my phone call. The tech (refraining from sharing her name) was so rushed, she quickly piled base-coat, 3 layers of polish and a topcoat. I recently moved to this area and due to being unfamiliar with other nail salons in the area I have been here a few times... and each time it's been just okay. My main issue is the price does not match the quality of nails. I am willing to pay more for a good quality mani and pedi. But the quality of the gel and acrylic that they use here is not up to what they are charging. Within a week of getting gel and acrylic here the edges start to lift and peel away and the gel/acrylic cracks. This wasn't a one time occurrence for me, as I did go back multiple times to see if perhaps it was a one time thing. But each time, my nails do not last and crack and peel. read more

I was out of town and arrived at my destination very very early, so I had some time to kill. I looked for nail salons in the area and saw that this one had good reviews. Turns out, it was the best nail salon I've ever been to. The interior is gorgeous and they have all brand new massage chairs. I spent at least two hours here getting the works! I got manicure and pedicure with extra massage, callous treatment, paraffin, and gel polish. I had a separate technician for my manicure and my pedicure, and they both really took their time. I have never had two technicians take that long on the massage portion. When all was said and done it was $130 for two hours of bliss! And my nails look spectacular. I walked in on 4/1 at around 10 AM and the lady who usually sits in the front told me a full set would be $35. I wanted short acrylics with no gel. As I paid she then said it would be $40 because they charge for filing your nails???? She's dishonest and lied. Beware!! I was really hoping to like this place, but the nail technician who did my dip powder was terrible. She cut me three times using the electric filer (see photo.) Then, I had to soak my nails in acetone to remove the dip, which of course burned my skin. I got my nails done three days ago, and today the powder on one of my fingers completely fell off as a reached to grab for something. Also, the powder is beginning to lift from some of my other nails. I think because it was not applied properly on the nail edges. She did not want to messes up my nails so she grabbed the disposable slippers and tried to put on my feet. The owner (I assume she is the owner, she was sitting at the front desk) quickly approached us and with high pitched voice started yelling at the worker in foreign language and even hit her in the shoulder. The poor woman turn around and put the slippers back. What an embarrassment. I left the salon with my bear foot, running to my car on the hot pavement. I was there 2 days ago, and the reason it's taken me even 2 days write this review is because I was thinking of reporting them to the business bureau. The Vietnamese lady with glasses who attempted to do my nails had the worst attitude. She spoke rudely to me and told me I couldn't do the design I wanted (not true because another salon did it perfectly) - if it wasn't acrylic- and I wanted dip powder. She was playing games on her phone while I asked her if this or that was possible. She didn't even file down my nails nor cut anything and just decided to stick the nail extensions on- until I asked her if she was going to even my nails out and she rolled her eyes and began cutting my nails. Her friend had to intervene seeing how she was acting and watch over some of it. THEN SHE USED THE WRONG DIP POWDER COLOR even though I asked her why she used it and said it would get lighter (this is dip powder) and it was so bulky and uneven that her friend told her to take it all off. She took it off and buffed my nails till they were so thin and even buffed my skin while she was at it leaving cuts. I walked off from that place BECAUSE I didn't want her touching my hands anymore from her bad attitude and not even an apology from anyone in that place knowing she messed up. I wasted Uber rides and 1 hr 30 mins of nothing being done. This is the WORST PLACE TO DO NAILS. And I will be sending and official complain about their practices and hire to the California department of consumer affairs and California board of barbering and cosmetology. Saturday night two nails had already chipped - which has never happened before to me with dip. I went back Sunday and they were very nice and fixed it no charge. I said I would be back! I paid $50 for a gel pedicure and the lady barely filed a shape (it was still crooked when done as if I had done it myself). The paint job was messy and it was hardened onto my skin on a few toes.
