This place has horrible customer service. Ordered online and they couldn't find my order. Then order was not ready for 30 minutes after they told me to come pick up the order. While waiting the staff was rude to multiple delivery drivers who also had late orders. Haven't even tried to food yet. Will not come back just based off poor service. read more

So... I order about $40 of food online, they confirm it and I wait for it while I drive there, which was about 20 minutes to get there. They said it would be ready I'm 30 mins, so I'm there early. I wait in my car for about 20 mins occupied by my phone and random calls. I end up walking in about 20 minutes after it should be ready. I walk to the counter and greet the person taking orders at the register. She looks at me and continues doing whatever she was previously doing. I figured she was in the "zone" so I didn't wanna break her concentration. She soon walks around the counter taking orders to people. I see another person reading something behind the counter also, he looks at me and continues what he's doing also. I stand there for a bit, turn around to look at the occupants of the eatery just to see if anyone will notice me at this point. Everyone is rightfully occupied with their food or conversation, which should be. About 5 minutes later, a taller gentleman comes from the back and asks how he can help me, although I should have been helped 5 minutes earlier. I tell him the name on my order, which was ordered maybe about 50 minutes ago at this time. He checks the orders that were done and then the ones that aren't, turns to me and tells me it'll be a few more minutes.... No it won't. Finest Thai... You're not so fine. Actually.. Not even a tad bit. Keep your service and I'll save my hard earned money for an establishment that at least seems to care a bit more. read more

The crab pad thai ( that we ordered spicy), didn't even have a hint of spice and was pretty bland, not much crab either and I don't think I even tasted any. The eggplant dish we got with pork, was also flavorless and pretty bland. Nota big portion either. Although, the BBQ chicken was pretty good. The tasty sauce they had on it was good. This was the first time I ordered Finest Thai. I ordered Pad Thai, Fried Spring Rolls, and Thai Iced Tea. Delicious! The Pad Thai was mild with lots of shrimp! Tried the yelp 123eatz app. Was given a 45 minute estimate. At an 1hr and 20 mins i called restaurant and was told delivery was just leaving. At 1hr 50 minutes family still had no dinner. So asked neighbor to babysit as i ran to get fast food. I cancelled the order. This is my first time here despite I drove passed this little joint numerous time. There are plenty of parking spaces since it is in the same lot as Target. We were greeted and seated by the waitress right away when we walked in. Also you get a free Thai tea if you agree to write a review on Yelp. The staffs here are very friendly and nice. It took some times for our foods to get here but they wait staff did apologized to us that it so long so can't knock them points for this. The Thai tea here is perfect. It is not too sweet as some other places. The amount of sweetness is perfect. I ordered the BBQ chicken and rice and my date ordered the pad Thai with crab meat. This is the best Thai food I've had in San Diego county. It's always good and the portion sizes are great. I usually get the Red Curry with Chicken at a level 6. The spice is spot on and makes for great leftovers. The chicken satay is also really delicious. I will continue to come here forever. read more

Kind of disappointed with finest thai which makes me sad because this is the place my coworkers and i like to order thai food from on Fridays and now we might have to look for a new place. Called in an order last Friday and the lady on the phone said "it will be about an hour wait" no biggie, i ordered with enough time and had planned ahead in order to wait that long, have my food delivered, enjoy my lunch and continue seeing the rest of appointments for the afternoon. I had been waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes when i hadn't heard anything from the restaurant so i decide to call and check on my order. What do they say?, "oh you never got it? We don't know where our driver is, he left a while ago. Can i call you back, we will try and locate him." Great! Now im going to get old food that has been sitting in a car for a while! I get a call back that the owner will now deliver my food. It shows up around 20 minutes later and it's warm :( idk if it was freshly made or if it was the same food that they had sent a while ago with the other driver. Calamares were soggy and pad thai was one big brick stuck all together I couldn't even place my fork through it. The mango sticky rice was ok. I literally threw all my food away ewww.
