When it was my turn, the cashier helped me with my jacket exchange first. It was quick and seamless, and the order for the new size was placed within minutes. For the hemming, she explained the process and told me to go to the dressing room, and someone would help me there. The hemming process was easy. I tried on the pants and the fitting room person helped with pinning the pants to the length I wanted. After that she explained that I would get an email when my pants were ready for pickup. Come the day of pick up, I found a staff member and was able to try on my newly altered pants. It fits well, and you can't really tell that the pants have been altered! Parking was easy, since I went on a random weekday. I would return back to this Lululemon location to shop and get any future hemming done!

The customer service was poor, and the manager, Raul, was not helpful. Considering how much they charge for their clothing, a much higher level of customer service is expected. The only obvious difference between us was that I am Asian and he is Caucasian. I cannot say why we were treated differently, but it was difficult not to question the inconsistency. Being denied while watching someone else receive different treatment for what appeared to be the same situation left me feeling embarrassed and singled out.
