This place is crowded with lots of pedestrians around the restaurant. The food looks good and is presented well. I ordered the burger. It was tasty but it was small and did not come with a side. No fries and it was $16! And super Small. If you want to do people watching a great place, but for good food and value I would go somewhere else. read more

I left a 2 star review almost 1 year ago and I wanted to come back and update that to 3 stars, in fairness to the restaurant and staff. Our friends were all going to Finney's for lunch, and even though I swore I would never step foot in this place again, I consented, swayed by peer pressure and the hopes of perhaps finding just ONE food item I can tolerate there. We tried both nacho appetizers to share (the carnitas nachos and the poke nachos). I have to say both were okay. Nothing to write home about, but good enough that I would (maybe) go back to Finney's another time. I liked the poke nachos better than the carnitas. The wasabi sauce was nice - not a big punch of wasabi flavor. Just mellow enough to keep going back for more. The service was okay this time. Came immediately for our drinks, and then we didn't see our waiter for about 10 min after that. They were pretty packed, so it's understandable. But the servers were all very kind and welcoming. So maybe a 4/5 for service and 3/5 for food. With that being said, if you want a place with a sports bar vibe for some beers and some okay nachos, this is your place. read more

I finally tried Finney's it was a Saturday night and was really busy. The service was great, the food was ok. We had burgers, a chicken salad and wings. The wings had a thick batter tasted like they were pre made and reheated. The chicken on the salad did not have a good texture and tasted salty. The fries were not crispy or hot. I quite enjoyed our outing to Finney's Crafthouse while staying in Burbank. The drinks were a bit pricy but my margarita and cucumber sour craft brew were both good and after all, it's a high rent district which accounts for the price. I also enjoyed my pastrami Reuben sandwich which was heaped with lots of meat. My only complaint was that it was pretty cold in the main room, which was likely due to an unseasonably cool batch of storms this weekend. My wife didn't like her tomato soup, which came with a grilled cheese sandwich. She described it as being like marinara sauce, not like soup and especially didn't like the oregano taste which she said was overpowering. And she said it also tasted just like the fry dipping sauce. So I thought I'd include her thoughts even though I'm not changing my rating based on her thoughts. Overall, I'd probably come back to Finney's, just like I yesterday on the same weekend as last year when we came down for my first Rose Bowl Game. read more

Moldy burger bun -- I ate half before noticing the mold (and felt sick after). The manager did not apologize for the mold. He seemed to be downplaying the issue, saying "I heard you sent something back." He never mentioned the mold. After getting a remade meal, the manager came back to see if it was "to my liking." Yeah, anything's better than mold. My server was very understanding and provided pronominal customer service. They only comped the burger, but not the fries. read more

3rd time here and very disappointed. Had the Caesar wrap and the wrap was stale. My wife had the mahi mahi tacos and it was fishy and not great. The chips that came with it were also stale. The table was sticky. 2 stars for the friendly staff. All in all, probably our last time. read more

The food is great. The service is great the only downside is there is no "inside". It's freezing. At least on the patio dining there are heat lamps but inside there is nothing. And the door walls are completely open allowing the wind and cold in with no protection. read more

Heyo! Great food, great service, great drinks! Tight spot in Burbank with plenty of outdoor seating. But hey even if you sit inside you can still feel the nice breeze since they keep the windows open which is nice. I love a cool breeze plus the wait staff is very friendly. Great low range restaurant for Burbank! awesome selection of beers and their cocktails are decent. Nothing fancy going on here but the food is good quality and tasty. I love the buffalo cauliflower though it is spicy! But I love. Service ranges from slowish to fast but the wait staff is always running around just try to catch someone if you need anything. I've been wanting to check this place out for some time and while out with my gf and our 8 year old we decided to check it out. Located where the old Market City Cafe was in downtown Burbank Finneys delivers an impressively diverse menu and beer selection. We decided to try a few things , note there is a kids menu too , I had the Finney's Irish Red Ale that was really quite on point as I do love a good red ale. My lady had the guava margherita that was absolutely amazing! Our little guy had his favorite, apple juice, off the kids menu. We split the crispy brussels, buffalo cauliflower, ahi wonton tacos , tater tots. and sweet potato fries. EVERYTHING was delicious! Another great Finney's is coming to Southern California. The Burbank location opens to the public this Monday. I was invited to the pre-opening training today and had a great lunch. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is outstanding. The food is delicious. Our waitress Stephanie was awesome. Food is pretty good. I'm giving it 3 stars because their staff is so green that they need to know how to multitask. I patently waited for a sauce a d drink refill and the guy didn't know how to juggle multiple tables. He was nice, but if I was as tall as he was, I'd be able to touch all the tables or at least acknowledge the other tables so everyone seemed taken care of. I was able to flag down another girl and showed her the sauce and she got something completely different and brought both items separately. She can't carry a ramekin and a drink at the same time?! I understand there's a shortage of help but it's up to the trainer/GM to train them. read more

First time here and customer service was exceptional! I asked to sit in the patio because I brought my service dogs with me and we were attended right away. Our server, Pierre, went above and beyond in order to make sure we were happy and laughing throughout our whole stay here. There was another night walking around that kept checking up on us as well. Sadly I didn't get his name. The food was amazing! Everything we ordered was on point and I was very impressed with the presentation as well. The flavor was spot on! The carnitas nachos were BOMB! My fiancé and I came here last Friday for a spontaneous lunch and we were so happy after we left Finney's. Having grown up in Burbank and worked in that area for quite some time, it was refreshing to see this cool new Crafthouse added to the neighborhood. The food was SO good. We ordered the bbq chicken salad to start and then the phillycheese steak sandwich with truffle fries. That sandwich was filled with juicy flavor, and I can't wait to go back and have it again. We also had each ordered a flight of beer to sample their menu and both narrowed down to Finneys Irish red as our favorite. Geoffrey was our server and he took good care of us. Friendly and consistent with checking in on us, made great suggestions and killed it after having just opened. Stephen was also in the bar, and he made sure everyone was entertained! I know this is a chain, but Finney's is the bomb. Perfect spot to grab a drink and food before a movie. The food is shockingly good: I've had the lobster roll appetizer x 3 times now, and every time I love the complexity, the freshness and the flavor even more. It's basically one lobster roll cut into 3 pieces if you're wondering. :) My boyfriend sticks with the Kahlua pork tacos, and we also had the crispy Brussel sprouts (normally these are boring cause everyone has them now, but the figs? The ponzu? The furikake? AMAZING.) Christine was our server and she was so friendly, accommodating and patient with us. She never made us feel rushed or unwanted, even though it was a very busy holiday weekend and she probably had so many customers to attend to. This place is finally open! Dropped in on a recent weekday night for some grub & to peruse their selection of beers on tap & this joint was popping! The crowd trended younger with a smattering of families & professionals gave a well-rounded vibe to the bar dominated eatery. Our server was named Pierre and he was affable & welcoming. While I was disappointed to find the two Finney's brand beers I most wanted to try were tapped out, Pierre helped me find suitable replacements. The food was okay but may be finding its feet. The ceviche was a bit bland (needed lime & salt-thankfully the beer we ordered came with a lime wedge!) and the tortilla chips served with it were a bit tough on the teeth and not as light & crispy as I'd hoped. The flatbread on the other hand was quite good and I'm looking forward to coming back to try the various toppings. Be sure to check out the photos on the wall & the family's connection to Burbank. Ribeye cheesesteak is excellent! Love the freshly made potato chips as well. Service is excellent. All public parking garages in Burbank are free. There are a few public lots closeby. It's in a great location too with lots of other options closeby to do afterwards. read more

Have to say I was impressed. Enjoyed everything that was served to us.. OTHER than the side of Cajun sauce that came with my burger. Strong horseradish flavor which I am not a fan of. Other than that our meal was delightful and ate every last bite. Couldn't find it in me to give 5 stars due to the service. Food is above average..but the service is negative. They have an army of waiters and all rushing and pressuring patrons. We're there for 35min. They even brought the check without asking. The waitress words " NO RUSH BUT WHEN YOU'RE READY" WITHIN 35 MINUTES WAS ASKED "HOW IS EVERYTHING" MORE THAN 6 TIMES. Some were is the middle of bitting and chewing. ANNOYING AND INCONSIDERATE. The 3 stars is for the service. They waiters and staff were amazing. The 1 star missing is because the food was so so. My salad was supposed to taste like bbq ranch and it tasted like a lemon salad. The appetizers were so so as well. I have had better. The other 1 star that is missing is the fact that they had so many flies and bees in there we spend more time waving them off than enjoying our meal. They should be able to control that. The table next to us was complaining about the flies as well. The ambiance was good but overall i would not go there again. The only thing that made the experience much better was the staff they were super friendly and nice. Good job guys! read more
