The staff was excellent. The location itself is great and I love watching the games while eating and drinking with friends. The food this time was not great. I had come here once before and we ordered a pizza and burger, but this lobster roll and chicken sandwich was not it. I wasn't a fan of the flavor. First time here...it was a hot day. I was extremely disappointed in the deviled eggs, either they were melting or mixed with too much mayonnaise. The flavored yolks were running out of the eggs to a pool of a mess in the plate. Not appetizing. Loved the spicy tuna or crispy rice, crunchy and soft..just the right amount of kick. If I could best describe the ambiance I would say think of a BJs Brewhouse but more of the bar area. There are TVs to catch a game or event on every wall. They have a great selection of beers. For the food we got the chicken and waffle bites, prosciutto and arugula flatbread, fried pickles, and the A5 Wagyu Burger. The waffle bites were good the siracha maple butter added that salty sweet spice that makes you crave the next bite. The fried pickles were nicely breaded. It was a strong start, but sadly when the mains came they couldn't live up to the starter. The pizza could've used a bit more time in the oven (we took it home and put it on our pizza stone to get more crisp). The burger just fell short nothing really makes you say damn that's a good burger I'd come again for it. The food is mediocre, and too many fried options. Gets ridiculously loud due to the unnecessary high ceilings and loud music during lunchtime. No bread basket? We need something to munch on while we wait for the food. Small portions and the sandwiches are priced a la carte. Otherwise you get 6 fried potato chips. We spent an extended happy hour at Finney's Stevenson Ranch on a recent Friday. It was a mini-middle school reunion of sorts for us. We ordered plenty of food & drinks from the HH menu. But for us it only lasted an hour as their HH only lasts until 5pm. Nevertheless we kept the party going until about 930pm having started at 4pm. Ha! The Bavarian pretzel ($7) was good, the Mini ahi poke tacos ($8) were good but couldve used some more sauce, the Coconut shrimp ($9) was real good but are heavy on the shredded coconut. You get 3 per order of the tacos and 6 per order of the shrimp. The Carnitas nachos ($15) were good and our whole table picked at that nachos tray all night. The lady got a Asian ahi salad ($17) and liked it. Plenty Watermelo smash ($8) were ordered off the HH drinks menu. Service was very good. They checked in on us often. We ordered many, many rounds of drinks. We also ordered several rounds of food. We were seated at a night table near the rear entrance and it was perfect for our party of 8. My only gripe would be that their HH ends so early at 5pm. It's too bad it doesnt extend any later especially because it was a Friday night. Plenty of parking in their shared lot. Place can get loud. Our party arrived at 6:15 for a party of 16, to celebrate our sister's 24th birthday. The host was nice but said that we would have to wait for about an hour. That is totally fine granted we were a big party. The main issue was that there was no communication about the status of our wait even after multiple people from our party inquired about the issue. The host just kept saying that she could not control how long people stay. Which is totally valid, but transparency after an hour would have been appreciated. We decided to leave after waiting close to 1 hour and 45 minutes. I do not recommend this place for big parties because they are not able to accommodate such groups. A great addition to the Santa Clarita Valley. We came in for some lunch after shopping nearby and had a fantastic lunch with great service. The nachos were definitely big enough to share and were loaded with the fixings. I like when there are nacho toppings on each bite. My Arnold Palmer was delicious as well. I had a sample of the blueberry lemonade which was actually very good. Might get that next time. Our truffle fries were also amazing. A good mix of the parmesan cheese and garlic all the way down the cup of fries. Inside vibe is chill and family friendly. There is a full bar with several taps and TVs playing sports. Plenty of table tops and booths all around the restaurant. Our server Avery was ah-mazing. Super nice and very attentive to our table. Kept our glasses filled and checked on our satisfaction often. The service here is pretty attentive and friendly despite how busy it can get. Smaller restaurant size, doesn't take reservations at this point in time. The nachos were pretty bland and needed salt while on the other hand the fried pickles were too salty. The flatbread was just okay, kinda dry. For the price, the burger is small and you had to pay extra for a small side of fries. Not a fan of the yuzu buffalo wings, not much yuzu flavor at all. The kids menu is delicious my girls love the sliders and the chicken, Finney's burger, Mediterranean salad with steak, and the nachos with steak on them are delicious also. Been here a few times during Happy Hour and I have to admit that I think Finney's Happy Hour specials are one of the best in Santa Clarita. Another bonus is that I've never had to wait for a table during this timeframe so coming here every once in a while to indulge in Bavarian pretzels as an after school snack with my kiddo makes sense and my son raves about their truffle burger and onion rings. I like to order their chicken and waffles. They also have a great selection of craft beer on tap and their regular menu has a lot of options, there's something for everyone. I'm glad we have a Finney's in the area... the vibe is chill but it can also get a tad loud, which I don't mind. There are lots of TVs throughout the restaurant, not just at the bar, and music blasts over the speakers. Woww, why haven't I dined at this restaurant before? It's so good! I recently went here for lunch with some former coworkers and enjoyed our dining experience. Our server, whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, was very friendly and charismatic. Our food and drinks came right out promptly, and they were all very tasty. The portions were also generous and filling that I ended up packing up the leftovers. We used to visit the Burbank and Porter Ranch locations often, so we were really happy when one opened in our neighborhood. We've been here about four times now. Since it's a chain, we expected the food to be consistent, especially because we always order the same items no matter which location we go to. Unfortunately, this location has been hit or miss. The food here tends to be overcooked, and sometimes there's a noticeable burnt flavor, which has been disappointing. Talk about craft... This is it! We were originally headed over to a nearby bbq place we frequent several times throughout the year but then saw Finneys. We shifted gears and stepped on in. Great beverages whether non-alcohol or alcohol... or even one of their craft beer offerings, they were all very tasty. And equally tasty was the food as well. We had an onion ring stack, mini lobster rolls to start. Moved on over to a few tasty burgers and finished with delicious brownie and vanilla ice cream dessert which was one of the better ones I've had. The service was super fun and cool. My family had the truffle burger with side of shareable truffle fries. Verdict for truffle burger and fries was ok, we never tasted any of the truffle (kind of disappointing). The burger with eggs was moist with the side of shareable tater tots (ate last morsel): Service - solid. Server followed up appropriately and our food was served in perfect order. Stumbled on this place and happy we did. It's located in a huge strip mall area where Walmart/Ross/Marshalls/5 below is. Set apart from it though in it's own building across the way. We saw the dinner crowd and the wait was 45 min-we said no problem we'll go shop a little. 45 minutes flew by if it even was a whole 45. We weren't picking for seating so we got put outside and actually preferred it since the slight breeze and temps were so nice. I ordered a Cobb salad and a Raspberry Smash. The drink, sad to say was very blah. Super weak in flavor and color. Couldn't hardly taste any alcohol and couldn't taste any raspberry except for the two on top of the drink. And it hinted at lemon. Skip that one. As soon as he set it down I was leery as the other two drinks ordered from our party. looked so good in color and they said they were flavorful. I don't like to give negative comments but I had to on this one. But the Cobb redeemed them. Everything about it was fantastic even the blue cheese. I'm not a huge blue cheese fan as it can overpower a dish so upon getting it I took most of it off. But after the first bite I put it all back on because of how mild and creamy it was. I love the food... drinks are amazing. But... I came because I wanted to watch a championship football game of Rams Vs Seahawks while enjoying great food and amazing cocktails, I find myself watching said game with no volume at all. Music is blasting with mixed genres, there's numerous TV's with the game on but no volume. I was told by stuff that "it's not a big game" and the Super Bowl most likely will not be played with volume. I'm thinking that I should've gone to Schooner's instead, they understand people go to watch the game over drinks and good food. If you want to watch the Superbowl here, call in advance and ask if the TVs will have the volume up. If I leave now, i'll make it for the 2nd quarter at Schooner's. read more

I had the cheesesteak sandwich and enjoyed the first few bites. Then I bit into a really fatty piece of steak. I had to spit it out. The next bite was just fat and I spit that out as well. I was also disappointed with the waiter who rudely interrupted our conversation. He just walked up to our table and started talking over me as I was in mid-sentence. I've been to Finney's Crafthouse three times now, so thought I could give an honest review. Each experience has been seamless and the food has been probably an 8+ out of 10. The service has been above average and the ambiance is good for what you would expect . If you're a sports fan (which I definitely am!) it's a cool place to watch a Dodger game, or whatever sports season it is.
