    Gary's Pepperoni pizza

I visited for the first time on a Saturday evening. There was a short wait so they took my name down and texted me when our table was ready. The restaurant has a mix of bar seating, high-top tables, and standard tables. They also have a few tables outside. I tried the Spicy Mango Margarita and it was good! We shared the chicken quesadilla which comes with guacamole and sour cream. For my entrée, I ordered Gary's Pepperoni pizza and it was good too! I do wish the crust was more well done. It's a good spot to watch a game!

Our first time at Finney's, our friends live in the area and suggested that we go here. Hostess was very accommodating and we were seated immediately if it's outdoor dining. Our was amazing Ethan and he was very nice, hardworking, friendly and efficient. Everything was delicious and service was excellent.

My home run hit for the week is Finney's Crafthouse. I was meeting with my prayer group. They drove from Bakersfield and I drove from LA to go here. The Nike store was closed, so I was just so glad I came in here. Our waitress name was Shanta and she was absolutely amazing, very kind. I told her it was my first time here and she did not disappoint. I asked her, what is the most popular? She said the cheese steak egg rolls. We had those, and by the way, you can check out my pictures. Those cheese steak egg rolls were good. My guests usually don't eat more than one appetizer, but I talked them into getting a couple. I got that and they consented to the onion ring tower. I think I'm going to come back one time and get the nachos too. But we got the cheese steak egg rolls and the onion rings and they're really good. Then I got a side salad, a Caesar side salad, it was good. Then I was going to get a smash burger, but instead that Wagyu burger is actually very good. It attracted me because I like ribeye. That was extremely good. I just didn't get the bacon on it because I don't like pork. And then got sweet potato fries, shared with the table, and it was just a lot of food. But this is the best part, the atmosphere. This was during a FIFA game and oh my goodness, every time USA scored or every time they scored, people were screaming and yelling, and I felt like I knew everybody. The waitresses, waiters, the people, I'm complimenting the people sitting around us. If you weren't a soccer fan, you would become one, because it was almost like a home game in there. Great atmosphere, good food, excellent service. This is really, really good.

I really did enjoy my food and my drinks here. Sat at the bar with my best friend on Friday, the service was really slow from the bartenders. They were too busy talking amongst themselves. We had to flag them down to order drinks. Only 2 people there were actually doing their job. Our food took a long time to get there. Restaurant was clean, the games were on, ambience was good. I might return.

Our first time here and so happy we stopped in for lunch. The hostess was so very friendly and she asked us if we had a table preference. We let her pick for us and she gave us a comfy booth. We had been there a bit and asked a young woman if she was our server. She said no but she would be happy to take our order. She ended up helping us most of the time, although there were many other wait staff who checked on us as well. I ordered the mini ahi poke tacos off the starter menu and a chopped wedge salad. The tacos were perfect, so fresh and flavorful. The chopped salad was also delicious! My husband ordered the hickory bbq burger on a gluten free bun and loved it. So large and tasty. He orginally added a house salad but when it came we noticed is was more of a spring mix and he really liked the look of my chopped wedge. They were very understandable and offered to switch it for us and did not charge us for the house salad. The dining room has many large screen tvs and a large bar area as well. Plenty of nearby parking. We got there before noon and by 12:30 it was getting very full. We will most definitely be back and encourage you to try it as well. A second visit this month. Matthew was a wonderful server! We sat outside which was a nice change. It is a small cozy area with plenty of greenery providing privacy from the parking lot. We had the chicken club sandwich. The parmesean aoli sauce was the ticket! The house made chips were so unexpected and delicious. We also had the Margherita pizza. I love the thin flatbread type crust. The tomatoes and fresh cheese were outstanding. The pizza sauce was a bit sweeter than I am used to, but that is definitely a personal preference. Another win for Finney's!

Okay wtf, I just found this place on Yelp today to pick up some food for my lunch break but didn't expect it to be one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. I'm about to fall asleep face first on my office desk now bc food coma. First off, I ordered the lobster rolls appetizer, the California Cobb salad with extra ranch, and the bison burger medium well and added crispy onions, bleu cheese, and bacon in it. Eddie took my phone order, was very nice and personable, and remembered to fulfill all of my order requests/sides which was awesome. I gobbled it up on my lunch break. And now I am ready for a nap. Your girl is happy. I'm going back fashosho

Hey Ronaldo, just wanted to let you know this Friday April 24th I went to eat at Finney's, and for the second time we got Ethan as our server. I've got to say, he's a really great guy super friendly, attentive, and he clearly knows his job well. Thanks hope to see you soon.

Came here on a Thursday evening and it wasn't too busy, we sat at the bar. We ordered the spicy tuna on crispy rice, the pepperoni pizza from the happy hour menu, and a guava margarita mocktail. The food was good solid 8/10 but it didn't quite have that wow factor. The service was also about an 8/10...friendly and efficient, just not especially memorable. The ambiance was nice though; it's a cool spot to grab a bite and a drink. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd come back to try some of the other items on the menu.

Oops! I only took a picture of the fun water cup.

I've visited this location several times and have only had great experiences! It's always busy but I've not had to wait more than a couple minutes for my table. The service has always been relatively fast and always friendly. I love the jalapeño egg burger, and sometimes get the veggie burger patty because it adds more spice. One of my favorite appetizers is the ahi poke tacos, which are about two bites each but packed with yumminess. The cheesesteak egg rolls, chicken & waffle bite, and mini Finney cheeseburgers are also great appetizers. The restaurant is always clean and it's just a nice setting to sit down for a delicious meal, and if I'm lucky a great game is in the several TVs they have. I hope you enjoy it too!

Peggy's crispy chicken sandwich with added Truffle fries

When I walked in I was impressed with how open and spacious the restaurant was. It wasn't too busy, maybe because we went for lunch on a weekday. The server's attitude was lack luster, not too friendly but we did appreciate the manager coming by and checking on the customers. We ordered the Peggy's crispy chicken sandwich (recommended as one of their specialties) and the Mahi tacos. The chicken sandwich did come with chips but we ordered extra add on, truffle fries and sweet potato fries. The chicken sandwich had some sauce to it so when I picked up the sandwich, some of the sauce (or maybe hot oil from the chicken), which was still very hot, dripped down on my legs and it burned a little. The chicken itself was extremely hot as well and overly fried, the batter just fell right off of the chicken. When one of the managers passed by, I did mention the chicken sandwich being too hot, suggesting maybe having them rest it a little before serving it to the customers. I mentioned how the sauce was extremely hot and burned my leg a little. He didn't seem too apologetic about it but did mention that he would let the chefs know. I did like the ambience but overall the food was just ok and service was mediocre. We might go back and give it another try. But I wouldn't order the chicken sandwich again.

We've been here a few times before and decided to come in for dinner tonight. We started with a Caesar salad, then ordered the chicken and waffle bites and then the spicy tune on crispy rice. You should be aware that it is very noisy here. The music is way too loud for us old folks. The chicken and waffle bites were very good, and the spicy tuna on crispy rice was excellent, however the Caesar salad fell short as the dressing was very lemony. The staff was very good.

Our family favorite place! We have gone to a lot of different locations and the food is always good! Also drinks they making they own fresh squeezed juice for all margaritas ! Service always great! Kids love their pizza!

Ask the Community - Finney's Crafthouse - Stevenson Ranch

    Is this place dog friendly?

I have seen dogs in the patio area only. Don't know about inside the restaurant.

Is it family friendly, or is there a big emphasis on the bar aspect?

Yes, very family friendly despite it being considered a bar restaurant.

What are in the pretzel sauces?Brought one home and there was two pieces of bacon in the cheese sauce. I asked the waitress before hand whether there is any chicken broth/meat products in any sauce and was told no. I'm very allergic! Disappointing!!

I haven't try the pretzel yet, I'm sorry.

    Are you guys dog friendly?

    We welcome all dogs :)

    Does Finney's take reservations?

The one in Stevenson Ranch doesn't take reservations. I called and on the recording it says first come first serve.

Is there a take out option?

Yep! They are very popular with take out.

    Is this open now?

    Yep!

Lovely spot for drinks and dinner in Santa Clarita…read more I was in the area running errands and decided to grab dinner nearby on a Thusday evening around 6:30 pm. I found this place on Yelp and dropped by for dinner. My party of 2 was seated immediately. Personally I thought the menus were hard to read. The gray lines in the background were quite dark and clashed with the actual menu items. My suggestion to the restaurant would be to reprint the menus with lighter background. They have an extensive cocktail menu with a lot of gin-based drinks. They also have good selection of wine and NA drinks as well, including some mocktails. I got the I'm Driving mocktail ($13), which I really liked. It had good passion fruit flavor without being too sour. Felt like a really nice tropical juice. My friend really liked his drink Bramblin' Man ($17), which had strong notes of bourbon and blackberry. I wasn't super hungry, but the braised short rib looked amazing so I got that for $43. It was very tender, but I personally found it bland especially on the inside. I asked for additional sauce so I could drench each bite in the sauce. My favorite part of the plate was surprisingly the potato croquette, which was perfectly crispy and well flavored. My friend got the chicken club ($23), which he enjoyed. I stole a bunch of his seasoned fries since they were so good. I would've loved to get dessert but was too stuffed. Next time!

The decor inside is very rustic with a touch of micro brewery, the ceiling has many tap handles that adorn the ceiling. The menu and food, we were initially drawn into the Refinery since they seem to be the only spot that offered Brunch and Mimosas in the downtown street. Key point of clarification, the Mimosas are simi bottomless (you have 90 min) to pour down, some of us really like Mimosas, plus the price was just slightly higher that we typically expect at 27, per person. Were they good, yes, so we decided to go with one Mimosa and an Old Fashion drink, it was very well done, Buffalo Trace Bourbon. We ordered from the Brunch menu, the Steak and Eggs, cooked to your liking, they did a great job on both, the one item that we were less impressed with were the overcooked Oreda looking potatoes that accompanied the meals. We also ordered the Cacio e Pepe Beni, Prosciutto, perfect poached eggs and all of the other fixings, it was great testing and the presentation was amazing. As far as my overall rating I could not give it a 5 star due to what other customers have shared in their reviews, the wait staff is not timely, almost forced friendly and possibly just lacking some restaurant experience, they did not come around or notice things like empty water glasses and a few other things, could have been understaffed possibly on this day. Overall I would still recommend the Refinery due to the location, atmosphere, drinks and main dish prep. Thank you for providing a break from reality during a very trying time in our family.

Their drinks were especially yummy, and the ambiance in the early evening felt relaxed and family-friendly, which we appreciated. As the night went on, the vibe definitely shifted -- the music got louder and people started dancing, turning it more into a lively, party atmosphere. It was fun to see the energy pick up, just something to keep in mind if you're going with kids or looking for a quieter dinner. Overall, a fun spot with good food, solid service, and a great vibe depending on what kind of night you're looking for!

I had a very disappointing experience with this establishment…read more To begin with, the pizza was overpriced and, in my opinion, mid at best. The quality simply did not justify the price, and it was already a topic of discussion at the table before the billing issue arose. What was far more concerning, however, was discovering that the tip amount on my credit card transaction had been increased by more than $10 after the charge was authorized. When I questioned the charge, the merchant acknowledged that the tip amount had been changed. Regardless of the reason, customers should be able to trust that the amount they authorize including the tip, is the amount that appears on their credit card statement. The difficulty I encountered in trying to resolve the issue only added to my frustration. Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully reviewing both your receipt and your credit card statement after visiting.
