Fireball Café is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in Round Rock. I've been here probably 60 or 70 times and have ordered the same thing every single time. That is Singapore noodles. The Singapore noodles with shrimp or sometimes chicken are absolutely delicious. They have a touch of curry, not too much, but just just right. They seem to be very consistent as they taste the same just about every time. The restaurant was pretty slow when we arrived for lunch and we had trouble getting someone to help us place the order. I'm not sure where all the employees were, but they were not evident except for the cooks in the kitchen. Nevertheless, our orders arrived rather promptly, and we enjoyed every last bit of it. My wife had the lo mein chicken and I had to Singapore noodles with shrimp. I can't recommend it enough!

First time here. 7pm, Tuesday, party of 1, helped immediately. Order at the counter, the server was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the small tom kha and the build your own curry chicken bowl. The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly! I will be back.

My first time here and it was delicious! The staff was ok but could've been a bit friendlier and smile more not look like your bored. The food we ordered was yum and I would 100% go back. The dining area was a bit messy on the floor and tables-wish someone would clean that up would make this experience better. Overall delicious options and it was a quick turn around!

Tried this place for the first time today. My son has ordered many times in the last year. I really enjoyed the egg roll and the rice was hot and fresh. The meat was plentiful without needing to pay the additional up charge for more meat. I will order again. The food was delivered quickly.

Had the ramen, chicken, spring mix veggies and curry (build your own). Decent portion for the price. I enjoy a bit more sweetness to curry sauces, so I added a dusting of Frog Bone (Sweet Mesquite) along with seasoned peanuts. This dish definitely has that nice "kick" at the end. Good atmosphere and plenty of seating.

Stopped in for a quick and easy meal between running errands in the area. Very easy menu to navigate. A few additional options if you are wanting lighter meal or vegetarian options. It was very quick from ordering and being brought to the table. Only thing I would've preferred is for the sauce to pack more of a punch flavor wise. I went w the Szechuan garlic sauce and I found it lacking overall flavor but the food came out piping hot and fresh and that was appreciated. Both the spring roll and pork egg roll were delicious. Sauce that came w the egg rolls was preferred over the peanut sauce but that's a personal preference not a reflection of the sauce.

Create your own - Your choice of starch, 5 veggies and sauce

I got the "Create your own" type option and with that being said it's probably on me that I didn't like it that much. I did find the chow fun noodles I chose to be a bit gummy. On the other hand my son got the Sesame Chicken and that was quite good. It was nice, soft and flavorful. However, the fried rice wasn't the greatest. It simply tasted like white rice mixed with soy sauce. There were no veggies or anything. I will definitely return in the future to try out some of their other menu items.

Austin's 100% authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Bun Bo Hue: chewy noodles, fresh big chunks of pork and soft beef. The bowl is made the way I would make it at home, tons of meat. For less than $16, it's the best value to dollar to meal in my opinion more than pho or ramen. It is a bowl full of dark and light spicy flavors of soup. Fresh toppings on top, a big piece of pork blood cake. It's as good as Houston BBH. The banh cuon, man, taste like Vietnam. Fresh fresh fresh rice rolls, not too oily which I appreciate, nice textures of the ground pork which is nicely seasoned, sliced woodear mushrooms, and crispy onions on top. The bean sprouts are nicely steamed and sliced cucumbers add a warranted cooling taste. The nuoc mam for me I want to be saltier, garlic, fish sauce but I can add more spice from the bottles on the table. When you take in a bite of the rice roll, dipped in nuoc mam, it's a taste of Vietnam street food. Plus finish it off with a fresh blanched bean sprout. The price point less than $15 is worth it. Now let's talk about my all time favorite, banh knot. Fried little cakes filled with shrimp, a little bit of coconut milk, green onions and it's a little cup of goodness. Add some nuoc mam and it holds it in the cake. It comes with fresh lettuce, sliced cucumbers, and carrots. Roll it into a little roll, bite into the cake and bite into the vegetable lettuce wrap. It's all time goodness. A 1000% must try. Btw, the dining room and all the utensils are very clean. The plates are also spotless.

I uploaded their recent menu items as they have a new staff and are still in the process of training them to serve their whole menu again. My personal favorites that I get on rotation each time I come are the Banh Cuon w/ Pork (Vietnamese Rice Cake), Large Banh Xeo (w/ no squid), and Com Ga Di Bo (Rice Plate w/ Boiled Chicken). I always order a side of Goi Cuon Nem Nuong with my respective entree as well. The Sugar Cane Juice is absolutely delicious, fresh, and not too sweet. The service here is always friendly, attentive, and timely. Nice relaxing atmosphere with television and restaurant music for your dining experience. Definitely recommend for all my fellow Vietnamese food lovers!

We got the spicy stir-fried handmade noodles with beef and hot and sour soup dumplings with pork and cabbage. The soup dumplings were a bit too sour for my taste. The dough was really good, but the flavor just wasn't for me, so I wouldn't order these again. The handmade noodles, were good! They had a great chewy texture and lots of flavor with a little heat. At first, I thought they were a bit skimpy on the meat, but then I discovered most of it was hiding at the bottom. The ratio was definitely a little off, but once I mixed everything together, it was great. I'll definitely come back for the spicy beef noodles.
