I felt sorry for the guy at the register so I just asked for a towel and cleaned my own table so our party of six could eat. Bathroom needed alot of attention as well. Then I know there is a point system my phone number was not taken, I then asked the young man could he assist me with receiving my points because this was a pretty big order. He told me that he did not how that worked. So I guess you can exclude to the list a Lil bit more training, because your customers could loose out.
