Want to say 10/10 to the staff that was working yesterday afternoon (08/06) westgate was busy and everywhere was booked. Came least minute and even as this crew was busy they were the only restaurant in that vicinity that took care of all who walked in, went to the bar and that crew were the real deal. We were in the area for a convention. We were hungry decided to have dinner at the Olive Garden and I'm glad that we did. The service was perfection. We were seated quickly. Our waiter was Ron and he was amazing. While taking our order my friend wasn't sure if he wanted a certain dish and asked him about it he gave his opinion but then said hold on let me ask the chef he brought him a little bit of the sauce to try and he decided on getting it, we finished placing our order, he brought drinks out quickly , our food came quickly after Ron checked on us often to make sure we were doing OK and if we needed anything, the food was good. We were taken to a table that was dirty and I had to ask to have it cleaned even though the host saw that it was dirty as he was putting the menus down. I haven't came to Olive Garden in years and tonight reminded me exactly why I stopped eating at Olive Garden. My chicken Alfredo had minimal sauce and after one bite I came across a hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting. My peach Bellini tea how absolutely no flavor at all either. But I was willing to give them another shot so I called and explained what happened. They were quick to offer a refund or remake. I said the remake was fine. I got the remake and it had absolutely no temperature at all. In fact it was actually cold and had almost no sauce. I live 5 minutes away so there's no reason for it to bed cold other than they just didn't care. I wasn't happy that I wasn't offered a new tea either. An old favorite Olive Garden has always been an old favorite. Today, my sister and I ate from the lunch menu which had meals for $9.99 and $10.99. I chose the salad and soup and both were fantastic. Cold on the inside and unbelievably dry. Almost zero meat sauce. Chicken Parmesan was *ok* but had no tomato sauce. Just an enormous amount of cold cheese on top. Late with pick up order. This place is great! The food was great, my favorite part was the peach tea (recommend btw), and the breadsticks! I had my meal which was baked ziti (very seasoned and delicate). For the service, it was ok, the lady was possibly in her 20s or a teenager, she was calm and not too hyper, however, she forgot about our calamari which was a bummer, but thankfully we weren't charged. For the ambiance, it was super nice!! The way they set it up, the music was high quality, and it just gives you that warm feeling inside. Ordered the endless pasta and there was chicken pieces missing from my bowl 100% the soup was cold and the silverware as well as glasses for drinks were dirty. I don't even know the words to describe the dinner we attempted to have last night the waiting for soups the waiting for entries I got several bowls of soup and they kept being sent back due to cold temps. When I finally got soup the food finally came out so I didn't enjoy the unlimited soup and because of the extremely long wait for our entree so I couldn't even enjoy my soup. Been waiting for about 30 min now if not more, we had a party of 7 and so many parties of 4s, n 3s ,n 5s got a table before us and we're still waiting after 45 min. We asked the staff and they didn't seem to care. No professionalism from staff because they seem annoyed already from a whole day of chaos. That's an issue for management not customers, at all cost staff should always be professional , I'm very unsatisfied by the attitude the manager or supervisor gave us from a simple question. ! I most likely will not return to this establishment as they can't handle a rush or the stress levels of the business, and employee even told us they were kinda unorganized and sections were being given out n confusing their own staff. A good business comes with great leadership, this location does not have great leadership!! And I'm sure as I write this I'm sure no one will follow up on this. The crazy part is hearing an employee ccomplain about working in this location and hating it. Even employees are not satisfied to be working at this location. We will not be returning.! Haven't been to an Olive Garden in a long time, tried it tonight with my family. They had taken stuffed mushrooms off the menu. Which was one of my favorites. We ordered Asiago Alfredo tortellini with grilled chicken and the ziti. Food was ok, nothing to brag about. Didn't even take photos. Kind of bland and dry. So this lovely Friday Night I dragged a friend here who had a serious case of "olive garden sucks" mentality, in which I was determined to change. I kid you not, Yelp reader, that this was single handily the best most delectable experience I've ever had. Whoever the cooks are at this restaurant need a raise and promotion and a contract to stay with the company cause GOT DAMN everything was perfect down to a T. The bowls seem smaller here but the bowls are wiped and presented beautifully. Each soup is crafted here to perfection. Our favorite is the change Chen and gnocchi with lovely wilted spinach. Then also like the Pasta e Fagioli. It has pasta in a hearty tomato and beef base. Then I eat the zesty Zuppa Toscana with kale and sausage. If I have room, I hit the chicken and gnocchi again. We got the make your pasta and they weren't very good. The pasta itself was gummy and they barely give you any sauce. We also asked if we could get Alfredo sauce for one of the pastas and the waitress said yes without telling us there is an up charge for that. We know Olive Garden isn't a Michelin restaurant but it was a disappointment by Olive Garden standards. The waitress herself was very nice, friendly etc. Only other point which is my biggest pet peeve is that they brought the entrees 2 mins after the soup, salad, bread and appetizers. read more

No matter the wait I feel Olive Garden always sits fast. I came here for dinner with my kids we got the calamari which I guess they have a new recipe it tasted good. My oldest got the make your own and he enjoyed it my youngest got the pizza with broccoli which than he made his own brocolli pizza. Now Olive Garden stopped doing their ravioli de portobello and have some new ravioli portobello which I don't know if they are the same just different name so I did the tour of Italy. I loved our waitress Robin. We visited Saturday night and the whole night we were taken care of with such kindness and patience. She was so kind and held conversations with us. Her quirky and funny comments made our night. She made sure we were taken care of at all times and constantly checked up on us.
