    Key Lime Pie Martini
    Karen N.

This is an unusual review for me to write and certainly a first. The ambiance is perfect for a date night all the way up to a place to host a wedding. The service that we received was top notch all the way from the hostess, to the server, to the chef and to the owners. How many times have you had the chef and owner check on you to make sure you are happy? I went out of my Old Fashioned and Lychee Martini comfort zone to get the Pear Elderflower Cosmo. This was an outstanding cocktail. I would have gotten another, but my friend and her mom got a Key Lime Pie Martini so I gulped the last bit of pear sweetness and ordered one for myself. It was good, but I highly recommend the Pear Cosmo if you like sweet. As usual, Max stuck to his beer. Here is where things get a little unusual. The Crab Rangoon is full of crab. I thought it was going to taste similar to the Chinese restaurant style. It was in a league of its own. The Lobster Bisque wasn't like your usual tasting fare that you get at a seafood restaurant. Pair a Tomato Bisque with it and that is how I would describe theirs. The salads were good and my only wish is that I should have gotten a signature dish to discover the true essence of how well the chef could cook. I asked if the Red Velvet cake was homemade and learned that they were out of it. Our waitress tried hard to sell us on the owner's wife homemade dessert, but I wasn't biting. She made up for this loss by bringing us some samples of the sweets. If anything, make sure you ask for the homemade bread for the table. Something so small was my main event.

This is my second time here. My son is a regular. We took my husband for Father's Day. Our server was as great. He took very good care of us. The appetizers were great. One thing that I loved your oysters had absolutely no grit. Buffalo chicken dip was delicious and so was my entree and my drink. The bartender graciously sent me a key lime shot (delicious )and the server brought over a slice of your key lime pie (yummy) My only issue was my husband's fish. It was filleted but he kept finding bones in it & a couple of scales. This is the only reason I could not give a perfect score. He use to work for a seafood restaurant and so he has an expectation for fish prep. Other than that I still recommend this restaurant. We will be back for sushi.

We had an excellent dinner here. We met some friends who live in Palm Beach Gardens. This is one of their favorite places. They chose the location to meet -- our first time seeing each other in over a year. Although we are all vaccinated, they still prefer to dine outside. They like the marina and view of the boats here. The restaurant doesn't take reservations, so we met them early enough to get a table outside plus take advantage of their drinks happy hour. There's also extensive seating inside -- and a special happy hour food menu if you sit at the bar. If it's a nice night -- as it was when we were there -- it really is delightful sitting outside. Between the light breeze and all the docked boats, it was comfortable and picturesque. Following their recommendations for what we should order here, they suggested sushi or any of the seafood dishes. Each couple ordered a lion fish roll. Market priced, it's not inexpensive, but it is huge! And easily shareable. It was beautifully presented and delicious -- creamy avocado and fish eggs on top, with asparagus and fish (cooked) inside. They also have lion fish fingers, ceviche, and sushi. I'm a big fan of eating this non-native invasive species and was thrilled to see it on their menu. I'd started with a small salad which was crisp iceberg and the usual ginger dressing. After that I had their spider roll with soft shell crab which I liked a lot. My husband also had some individual sushi including saba, hamachi, and smoked salmon. Our friends also had a spicy tuna roll and a veggie roll. They like extra ginger and the waiter was very accommodating. Everyone was quite happy with their choices, but the star of the evening (besides the view and the company) was that lion fish specialty roll. Service was excellent. The restaurant manager even stopped by a couple times to make sure all was okay. We were too full for dessert -- although our friends did take a slice of key lime pie home for later. I'm very glad we came here. I'm already thinking of introducing this restaurant to other friends who would love dining here, too. PS Eat more lion fish!

Omg why are you passing up happy hour here? Angel the bartender is AMAZING! Best secret in PBG the view is beautiful! The food is spectacular! I shouldn't be sharing this..Thursday abd Friday the live music is outstanding

Came for happy hour. Great that they have happy hour on Saturday since not that many places offered. 50% off drinks, a few bucks off selected food. Interestingly, one item on the menu, the garlic edamame is $10 and it is $9.99 on the regular menu. We had red wine, selection was good. They didn't have the draft beer option, so they offered domestic beer for 50%. After we made the selection, the bartender didn't tell us that was not part of the HH. And we got charged full price. Not cool. The flat bread was nicely done. Spicy salmon was not what we expected. It was not the Japanese style spicy Mayonnaise. But I guess everyone has their own style. Battered fish was a little soft and not crispy.

I haven't been here for a moment but I'm glad I stopped in to make reservations for a group of 15. The VIBE was intimate and the staff very pleasant. I was early because I wanted to enjoy their smooth playlist of various genres of music. Since it was early I indulged in the Calamari and expresso martini. Looking forward to my next visit. This restaurant is in my backyard and the view is nice

Terrible all around. Drove almost 30min to get here. The table was not ready for our reservation, waited another 15min to sit. Waited another 10min to be greeted and take our order. 10 min later, the server comes back to tell us that they're going to take another 45min or longer for our food. That's 1.5hrs from our original reservation. I will update depending on the outcome from the management staff. Update-- they brought the food and everything is terrible. It wouldn't be worth it regularly. But with all the other issues? Definite NO. Brussels sprouts were soggy and generally bad. Asparagus and Purple Mash- unseasoned and just not cooked well Sushi- below average

Amazing view and delicious! We ordered the mussels, lobster bisque, bacon wrapped dates and several sushi rolls. Everything was beautiful and tasty! Loved sitting outside by the water and they even had live music which enhanced the experience even more. We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant let a 3-4 year old run wild. Stupid in a nice dinner restaurant. No reason for it. Manager and waitstaff walked by multiple times. People won't leave if you tell them to control their kids.....but the rest of us won't recommend the place or come back..... Food was excellent.......if I am dropping $250 for dinner....no little kids can be running around out of control....and fix or cap you soap dispensers....just lazy. Odd place. Super nice outdoor area. They can make back the missing stars maybe. Waitress was awesome....BUT.....

Everything from the ambiance to the food and even the service was phenomenal. Great dining room area with both an outdoor and indoor bar. We sat with the bartender AB that immediately greeted us with waters and their menu. They are currently running a pick 2 for $15.99 menu that has some pretty great options. We had 2 meals & chose the wings, blackened shrimp po boy with the small gumbo's. Wings were super crispy, juicy, and tender. With a nice light Smokey taste. They buffalo and blue cheese sauce was actually pretty impressive. The po boy had a good amount of shrimp to bread ratio, with a nice sauce included. The gumbo had a deep rich flavor, but was not overly heavy with fatty meats. We were also informed of the happy hour oyster special, so we ended up getting a few of the rockerfella and raw. The rockerfella was amazing with melty cheese, a nice garlic flavor, & served with crispy bread slices. The raw came with crackers, lemon, wine vinegar, and a tasty cocktail sauce. Both were delicious. Marco, the manager came and spoke with us about our experience which really showed the attention to detail this restaurant offers. After sharing our story of visiting New Orleans a few years ago and bragging about the beignets, he brought us 2 out to finish our meal. I have to say, these were better than the ones I've had at cafe beignet in NOLA. They were HOT out the fryer to the point where the powdered sugar was slightly melted. Crisp outside dough but gooey soft in the center. A unreal experience to end a fantastic meal. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Luckily my sister lives 5 mins from this place but I would easily drive a hour or 2 when visiting from out of town just for this experience. Marco and AB really went above and beyond to make sure this was a special outing on a regular ole' Monday, and we could not have left happier.

From the moment we walked in, the welcome was freakin' awesome. The New Orleans vibe was absolutely on point and set the tone for a great meal. Our waitress was fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the menu. She recommended her favorite dish, and it ended up becoming my favorite too. Now, I'm a country boy, so the deviled eggs just weren't my style, but everything else more than made up for it. The cornbread was incredible. Honestly, I couldn't decide if I was eating cake or cornbread--it was that good. The barbecue shrimp was outstanding and easily one of my favorite dishes (our waitress clearly has great taste!). The fried oysters were cooked to perfection, and the baked chicken was seasoned and prepared just right. The gator tail was great with the sauce. I've had scalloped potatoes many times over the years, but these were on another level--definitely some for the record books. If you're looking for great food, an authentic New Orleans atmosphere, and excellent service, Voodoo is absolutely worth the visit.

On our drive home from Miami to Jacksonville, we traded Interstate 95 for the slower, more scenic A1A. It made for beautiful views, but after crawling through one coastal town after another, lunch became a priority. A quick search landed us at Stage Kitchen & Bar on PGA Boulevard, a restaurant I later learned had earned a place in the 2025 Michelin Guide. After one meal, it was easy to understand why. We began with two appetizers that could not have been more different, duck confit egg rolls and a grilled cheese. Calling the grilled cheese "just a grilled cheese" would be unfair. Brie melted between perfectly griddled bread kissed with white truffle oil already sounds luxurious. Pair it with a bright mango jam and suddenly a childhood comfort food becomes something unexpectedly elegant. Richness met sweetness in all the right proportions. The duck confit egg rolls were equally memorable. The duck was deeply seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, giving each bite layers of warm, savory flavor. The accompanying peanut chutney added sweetness, nuttiness, and just enough contrast to keep the dish from becoming too heavy. These egg rolls packed far more personality than their modest appearance suggested. For lunch, my wife ordered the grilled black grouper sandwich. The fish, sourced fresh from local suppliers, was flaky, moist, and clean tasting. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and a malt vinegar aioli gave the sandwich brightness without overwhelming the fish. It was simple, balanced, and exactly what a fresh fish sandwich should be. I chose Stage's signature burger, two Certified Angus Beef patties topped with aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, sunflower sprouts, and their house "fancy sauce." This is the kind of burger that reminds you why burgers became America's favorite sandwich in the first place. Cooked to a juicy medium, every bite was rich without becoming heavy. The caramelized onions added sweetness, the white cheddar delivered sharpness, and the sunflower sprouts provided freshness and texture. The fancy sauce contributed just enough heat to keep everything interesting without stealing the spotlight. Dessert continued the restaurant's habit of taking familiar flavors and giving them thoughtful refinement. My sticky rice ice cream, finished with mango sauce and toasted coconut, captured everything I love about mango sticky rice while transforming it into something lighter and more playful. It was creative without feeling gimmicky. My wife ordered three macarons from local pastry maker Macaroner, S'mores, Passion Fruit, and Lime Coconut. Each shell was delicately crisp before giving way to a soft, airy center, exactly as a proper macaron should. Stage Kitchen & Bar takes familiar dishes and quietly elevates them through technique, quality ingredients, and restraint. Nothing feels overcomplicated or designed simply to impress. Every plate feels carefully considered. Sometimes trusting Google is a gamble. This time, it paid off. Great restaurants don't always announce themselves. Sometimes they're simply waiting for hungry travelers willing to take the next exit.

I found them to be refreshing, well-balanced, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. For appetizers, we ordered the short rib sliders. I wouldn't say the food was bad, but it also wasn't memorable enough to make me eager to order it again. The real standout was the atmosphere. Tap 42 has a lively, inviting ambiance that's perfect for a relaxed lunch or meeting up with friends. The biggest reason for my 4 star rating, however, was our server, Nicole. Another dear friend of mine had an upcoming birthday and would be away on a cruise so we opted to dine here to celebrate. We sat outside on the covered patio and enjoyed lupper. We shared a variety of items and started with the Parker House bread which is paired with an insanely delicious caramelized onion butter and a trio of tuna poke tacos. Both of these appetizers were superb! The billowy soft roll blanketed in the onion butter was dreamy and the tuna inside the tacos was well flavored and very fresh. Moreover, the combination of textures: the crispy taco shell with soft tuna harmonized extremely well. After we enjoyed the starters, we shared the seasonal chopped salad. The vinaigrette was magnificent and the sweet potatoes were roasted to perfection and danced delightfully with the cranberries and goat cheese. Finally, we shared the Clubhouse California sandwich and fries which we had the kitchen split for us. The sandwich featured toasted multigrain bread with a grilled chicken breast, gruyère, avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a sriracha aïoli. We requested this be held on the side and served along with a side of honey mustard. Unfortunately, there was an error and this didn't occur. I absolutely detest mayonnaise which is why I preferred it be served on the side just in case I could taste it. Luckily, I didn't mind the aïoli being I didn't taste any mayonnaise. It also had a gentle kick due to the sriracha that paired well with the accompanying ingredients. We washed down our meals with club soda paired with lime and good ole fashioned H20. I had mentioned to our server Morgan that it was my friend's birthday so after our meal she and her team brought out a hot brownie with vanilla ice cream and a candle and sang "Happy Birthday." Server was greeted us with a friendly smile. We watched the beautiful sunset as we enjoyed our food and the fun event.
