Medium Hook & Ladder & drink.
    John K.

This is your standard Firehouse Subs located on 10th St. in a strip shopping Center, so there's off-street parking. Often a bustling mix of Tech students, business folks and blue collar workers dropping in for weekday lunch so it's that kind of vibe. I almost always get the Hook & Ladder but want to try the steak option. Use the app to earn points & take your paper receipt to do the quick survey & get a free large drink next time. Unless you get the small, the regular or large make it a pricey sub, so getting the free drink helps! I skip chips to hold down price & calories.

Always been a fan of Firehouse Subs! I'm glad to be able to order via DoorDash. My sandwich's are always fresh and warm the way I like them. This time I tried their new Everything Hook & Ladder. While it was a good sandwich I think I like the regular version better. If you're up for a sugar splurge their brownie is well worth the calories and it's less than $2.

Shay L, Kim and Isaiah service was amazing!! 10/10 Recommend coming here and it smelled so good soon as I walked in. My first time here and the service and atmosphere was very inviting!

This is the New York sandwich I forget the name. But I got a small. I want to forewarn you, the small Is and small !!

Popped in here today to grab a quick lunch on my way back to my side of town. Everybody was friendly and lively until there was a bit of drama with a customer with a wrong order. Wanted to stay in here and eat but did not feel comfortable. The Exchange between the customer and the associate behind the counter was just too heated and made me uncomfortable. My sandwich was good and I will be back to this location just not staying today.

Mediocre it looks good flavor was just mid but someone who doesn't like seasoning would love this

    Plastic in a sub

I ordered two subs today from here and aside from getting the order wrong there was PLASTIC in my sub!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable. I have complained on Uber Eats about this location. But I hope something is done about this. Ridiculous!! West Midtown Location.

Got the firehouse hero: turkey roast beef and ham, with lettuce mayo and mustard

I saw this on IG and while in Atlanta (this is only in GA), I just had to, HAD TO stop by and pick up that blue puffy mousse dessert, Berry Surprise. My husband was questioning why I would spend money on it because it was so small but he let me be. I think it was around $8? I took a bite and it had a soft consistency. I was actually expecting it to be hard on the outside (like chocolate), but I was also delighted with this. It has a sweet, tangy flavor. My husband took a bite and hated it. More for me! He got a small green tea sponge cake ($8) that we ate while on the road. Not too sweet, which is what he prefers. It was good too!

The only reason I can't give them the full 5 stars is because they were out of bacon when I went. I ended up getting the egg, ham, and cheese croissant with potatoes, and it was SO good. The croissant had a slight sweetness to it that tasted like there may have been a little syrup added, and I loved it. The sweet and savory combination with the ham, egg, and cheese worked really well. The potatoes were good too, and between those and the croissant, the meal was surprisingly filling. Essentially you can eat 1/2 of the sandwich and save the other half for a second meal. Now the bread pudding was a disappointment. It was dry and lacked flavor, I would not recommend. My friend enjoyed her tuna melt, the only feedback she had was that the press did not allow for the inside of the sandwich to be warm. She thought the entire sandwich would be warm.
