Turkey, ham and Swiss cheese minus the cheese with the works - no onions served on French bread and Greek mayo instead of regular. It's just so oily and good. Oooweee! Usually you can find street parking and it's not a crazy busy restaurant either. They're pretty fast and they're from NY so just yell out your order and they'll start working on it.

I visited the location @I-85 south exit 61 upon taking a look at the sand which for $10+ combo I observed the chopped vegetables you Motherfuckers took a single slice of pickle and made 6-8 triangle shaped pieces to put on the sand which and I don't recall seeing that previously!! I'm so tired of seeing my support unappreciated by these food chains / distributors YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FIREHOUSE YOU HAVE CHANGE THE QUANTITY & QUALITY WHY NOT SELL IT FOR $2.99??? What it's worth if that! Thank heavens WE have a choice to purchase or not and I will choose the latter. We ordered a corned beef brisket sub for delivery, customized with no tomatoes and added banana peppers, along with chips and a soda. Everything was made fresh, which we really appreciated. The only issue was that the honey mustard wasn't put on the sub as requested. However, they did include mustard packets on the side, which we appreciated. The Hook and Ladder fully loaded is a really delicious sub, and pickle on the side makes that much better. Being a specialty sub food chain, their prices are a little bit higher than what you would expect (i.e. Subway is cheap) One of the main things I love of the place is the array of spicy sauces they have.
