    Voicemail I received

Ate here on May 10th.....it was our first meal of the day. In less than 2 hrs of eating the tuna we got sick (vomiting/diarrhea)...symptoms lasted about 4-5 hrs....I sent an email just to inform them..received a voicemail stating that since no one else got sick that it was clearly not the tuna sub. It doesn't take much to be sympathetic, even if you feel we did not get food poisoning from your establishment.....but how you handle it make all the difference. We clearly will not return.....voicemail was a joke...you call as you are leaving for the day....and I can call back tomorrow if I want but don't call during lunch hours!!!! Whoever hired this manager, they are hurting your business IMO!

This place is a hit or miss. Last time was a miss but better than other firehouse sub locations and pretty clean inside

OMG so good!!!!! I had to get it twice this week. The Italian with jalapeños. The staff are all so nice and the facility is very clean. One of the staff members kept making up songs and singing as she was working. It was so funny. What a great group of happy team members. I'll be back over and over again.

Firehouse subs is one of my favorite sub shops. Ordered this monster steak sub that would have received 5 stars however, had to take one off for the soggy bread that ended up falling apart

HUGE seating space! They have room! All the windows, too, letting in all the sunshine…read more This was my first stop after seeing them pop up while searching for lunch. I opted for Tawouk - a seasoned chicken wrap, served with fries, pickles, and a drink (strawberry passionfruit). Tried it spicy - it's a sneaky heat that hit after I was done, but still dry and not too spicy (for me, if you're spicy adverse, don't do it!) I could eat that chicken all day long. It's seasoned so well, that I just wanted MORE. AND you see the racks of the chicken in the kitchen, over the flame! I have no idea how to explain the sauces - savory, not sweet was another reviewer's words and I agree. Put some on the wrap, some on fries, it all goes together. I dig it. It IS a little pricey - but I left full, and craving more of that chicken, that'll bring me back.

The guys behind the counter did not offer any help & seemed annoyed when I asked questions. I ended up ordering a tawouk sandwich meal for $21 & a mixed grill meal for $28. The sandwich chicken was dry even with the sauce. They put the chicken, sauces, pickles & fries inside your lavish & grill it. We could not tell the flavor of the pink sauce? The orange sauce was a bit spicy and the white was garlicy toum which I liked the best. The fries are just battered restaurant wholesale fries- nothing special. I actually would have preferred rice. The mixed grill was tasty, but again dry and for $28 you didn't get much. The mango & strawberry drinks were good. They also add a service fee if paying by credit card. I thought this place was going to be the bomb! There is better Lebanese food in town, especially for the price. I don't think I'll be back.

One single set of shelving down the middle of the store with foods on one side and wine on the other. The perimeter is a deli type counter on one side with the food counter and checkout area in the back. Please believe me when I say be prepared to just look past all that chaos to see the beauty in it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Yes they do offer suggestions, answer your questions and carry your purchases to your car for you. Who does that nowadays?!? I read a review saying not to skip out on the rosemary sea salt bread so I didn't. I mean the smells and it looked like perfection on the tray so how could I resist!? So glad I didn't. It was warm, soft, flavorful and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I would return for the fresh baked bread alone. We were given samples and we made our selections, paid and had our goodies carried out to the car for us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We ended up with a couple varieties of olives, a couple of meatballs and the bread. All fabulous. If you're anywhere near this area and you need some mouthwateringly good food do stop in.
