    My regular fry

Their attention to detail is not the best. They served me 9 whole fries. I would double check all orders when ever you order online.

    Voicemail I received

Ate here on May 10th.....it was our first meal of the day. In less than 2 hrs of eating the tuna we got sick (vomiting/diarrhea)...symptoms lasted about 4-5 hrs....I sent an email just to inform them..received a voicemail stating that since no one else got sick that it was clearly not the tuna sub. It doesn't take much to be sympathetic, even if you feel we did not get food poisoning from your establishment.....but how you handle it make all the difference. We clearly will not return.....voicemail was a joke...you call as you are leaving for the day....and I can call back tomorrow if I want but don't call during lunch hours!!!! Whoever hired this manager, they are hurting your business IMO!

OMG so good!!!!! I had to get it twice this week. The Italian with jalapeños. The staff are all so nice and the facility is very clean. One of the staff members kept making up songs and singing as she was working. It was so funny. What a great group of happy team members. I'll be back over and over again.

This place is a hit or miss. Last time was a miss but better than other firehouse sub locations and pretty clean inside

Firehouse subs is one of my favorite sub shops. Ordered this monster steak sub that would have received 5 stars however, had to take one off for the soggy bread that ended up falling apart

Of all the sub places I have tried Firehouse is the best. And the employees are great! And I love their rewards program!

Finally came in after waiting entirely too long! Rainy Friday so it wasn't very busy, but what a…read moregreat cafe space. Sunny, really nice wood tables/benches, and feels clean and welcoming. Menu is unlike anything I've tried before and WOW is it good. Mr tried the falafel maakeesh and I tried the zaatar with vegetables and both were totally different but delicious. The falafel manakeesh did have pickles which I loved but Mr doesn't like so maybe ask for no pickles next time. The zaatar with veggies had zaatar spices baked I to the warm, freshly baked dough and had black olives, green pepper, greens, and tomatoes -- strong, gorgeous flavors. The dough is unmatched. Pillowy with perfect chew and warm right out of the oven. Can't wait to try the big bagel-like sandwiches and the chocolate manakeesh next time!

I've wanted to try this place for a while & I finally did through GrubHub…read more I had the labneh w/ salami ' the Ishta w/ Honey. They were both very good but I have a feeling they would have been much better in person. The halal salami tasted more like mortadella or a good bologna than salami, but I mean that in a good way. It was quite tasty. At first I thought the arugula that was on top should have been dressed w/ a little olive oil at least, but the more I ate of it, the more I didn't mind it. It wasn't your average store arugula & it did give a nice contrast to the fatty meat & creamy Labne. The Ishta w/ Honey arrived a bit melted & the honey had ran off a bit as well. I probably wouldn't order it to go again but it was good & not too sweet. I look forward to trying a few more items from there in person.
