    This location can be hit or miss. Sometimes the place has trash all over the floor and tables and other times it's clean-ish. The prices are a bit higher than other sandwich spots but the food has been consistently good when our order is right. I love sandwiches so I'm sure we will stop in again in the future.

    My favorite sandwich and the nice staff made it perfectly. I love this stores lobby layout more than any other location and a really cool mural. Maybe add a couple more TVs.

    Okay, so waiting in line you see the employees making sandwiches... right off the bat. I noticed none of the employees will listen to the store manager, and she had to threaten to send people home as they were literally mocking her... specifically an employee named Michael.. who was encouraging the behavior. I got to the register, and the girl named Anna help me and she was an absolute angel. She deserves a raise... she without being told was busy cleaning lobby and attending to customers when not busy at the register.. Anna was very polite and kind and patient as I was ordering multiple subs for my office. Now, As my order started coming through the machine, the employee Michael was like " damn man you ordering too much "... like excuse me? I kept my mouth shut because I'm rising above and I don't have time to argue with e child.. but I'm going to say if you don't like your job, get out. Show some respect to the business and manager... and I heard her ask ALL employees ( not including Anna ) to get back in their positions.. it's lunch and packed in here... she was not a rude manager, she was fed up. I felt bad and they all deserve discipline.. You're in the business of customer service and hospitality. I don't care if it's fast food.... My three stars go to Anna and the Manager Samantha. Good job to you both. Thank you.

    To be honest. I rarely ever make reviews cause i know how much they effect the ratings as a business owner myself. Now the girl at the register was so sweet. I did change the size of my sub while she was taking my order after she said well the subs are this size so are you ok with that and i said mm no make it a medium which she changed it. It wasnt until i paid and got the receipt that i noticed the receipt said small and i told her and she was like oops im sorry and she relayed it to the team. I asked if i should pay the difference cause i felt bad she made the mistake.. she was like no it ok let me let them know . So i proceed and get my drink and turn to notice theres a line and the girl i guess is stressing out because the manager told her. It is big price difference from the small to medium and basically the line was forming because the manager was telling the girl to ring me up for the difference and the girl didnt know how to do that and the manager was unwilling to help her she got someone else to help her. The girl made me come back in front of the line of people for a $3 difference. It was laughable. I shouldnt have been surprised to be honest because the manager was sort of demeaning to the other employees as well. I literally told the girl at the register im sorry.. i feel bad youre having to be stressed out over $3 with this whole line formed behind me and the girl just smiled. Im sure the manager seems to know her line work well but i dont think shes great at managing a team well or her professionlism in speaking to employees.

One of my favorites to get is their spaghetti and meatballs meals. It comes with salad, garlic bread and the spaghetti and meatballs! Let me tell you the spaghetti and meatballs are so delicious! I would say this meal is enough for 2 people to share! The prices are unbeatable! Their deli sandwiches are super fresh, cut right there in front of you, made fresh and always delicious! Some others that are definitely worth mentioning is their pizza buying per slice (great portion size btw), and their pastas! A must when visiting is getting their pistachio Dubai chocolate cannoli! Their cannolis are made fresh and they really are amazing! The espresso tastes amazing! One thing that really stands out to me is that this deli/ grocery has been in business for a long time and the owners/employees are so welcoming and make you feel at home! They welcome you with genuine happiness. They have outdoor seating and they offer to go. They do have 2 spots for accessible parking and a few ramps. The aisles are pretty tight but if you ask the employers they are more than willing to help out! The entrance of the store is accessible and it's easy to move around.

Outstanding food and eating-in experience…read more Their KRISPY KRUNCHY FRIED CHICKEN is FAR better, MUCH more highly superior, to any of the other fried chicken chain outlets we've tried before. Cooked just right. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Excellent, fresh flavor! As it is prepared to order, expect about a 15 minute wait time for the chicken... but WELL worth that wait, as it turned out. Fries and Onion Rings sides were PERFECT, and tastier than most. Interesting, varied menu, too! Very generous portions... and the chicken pieces were real, actual sized pieces of chicken... not like the canary-sized tidbits served up by today's fried chicken chain outlets! Although the seating area was VERY small (store front operation,) the facilities were bright, clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, patient and most helpful as we worked our way through their surprisingly large, and varied menu! Reasonably priced, too! Overall... a happy find... and now one of our go-to favorites! Just wish they had a LOT more locations closer (to us!) Surprise/Sun City areas would benefit from having closer access to Outta Bronx sandwich/hot dog/wings/Krispy Krunchy chicken locations!     Outta Bronx - A Very Disappointing Visit and an Even Worse Follow‑Up…read more We've been customers of this spot for some time, and up until now, the food has always been solid. Unfortunately, our latest experience was far from what we've come to expect. Our order was wrong from the start -- something we caught before leaving -- and we were told our food had been handed to another customer, so it had to be remade. Annoying, but understandable. The real issues showed up once we got home. The mac and cheese tasted stale and simply wasn't edible. The Reuben was another disappointment: barely any meat, what little there was had been overcooked, and the sandwich had almost no sauerkraut. When I flipped it over, I could literally see more toppings through the meat than actual meat. The only thing that resembled their usual quality was the chicken fingers. What pushed this experience from disappointing to unacceptable was the phone call I received from the owner,after I emailed their website to share what happened. My intention was to give them a chance to address the situation privately rather than jumping straight to a negative review. Instead, I spent nearly half an hour listening to the owner defend the food, insist the items we ordered weren't their "best sellers," and tell us to choose different items next time. They claimed nothing could be wrong with the food and that we should have just eaten it. They also said the mac and cheese wasn't their responsibility and told us to complain to Krispy Krunchy Chicken because they "just microwave" what they receive. When asked whether a replacement would resolve the issue, I said yes -- only for the owner to then accuse me of taking money from their family and saying they personally wouldn't complain about food they didn't like. I was told to just eat it and avoid ordering those items again. I have this all recorded. If you're going to ask whether a replacement would make things right, why turn it into an argument afterward? This could have been handled quickly and respectfully. Instead, I was told I was bothering them by emailing on a Friday night, and the entire call felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Calling a customer on a Friday night to argue is not how you keep loyal customers. After enjoying this place for some time, it's disappointing to see how poorly concerns are handled when something goes wrong. Update: I believe the response to this shows what I outlined above. I do not know this owner personally. I met them twice at the restaurant when getting my orders and both were good yet brief experiences. I also do not understand how there is fraud in contacting a restaurant, via their contact us email address, to inform them of issues you had with an order. Their call to me, in response to the email, was not a personal call and entirely business related. This simply shows that this is the type of response one can expect if they have any issues with their order.
