Despite the fact that the receipt even says on it precisely what I ordered. Not good! That in addition to the insanely long wait if you don't call it in make this a 2 star place. I have never really been one for subs except for an awesome steak and cheese until Firehouse subs opened. I'm really surprised as I normally hate chains. I would recommend bypassing the medium size and just go for the large. I tried the medium and it wasn't really worth the price. I am one that welcomes leftovers. The NY Steamer has been my favorite. Today I tried the beef and cheddar brisket. Very good as well. I get mine fully involved as I like lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. I hope they continue to make big and delicious subs. read more

I have to start this by saying I LOVE Firehouse Subs. Absolutely love their food- HOWEVER THIS LOCATION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I have ordered Firehouse Subs via Uber Eats multiple times, and they literally leave out multiple parts of the order. I have been super patient with them, assuming it's an issue with Uber's system & the restaurant...I feel like that's understandable. HOWEVER- the customer service at this location is non-existent. I have had to call three times tonight to get them to bring me what I ordered the first time and they acted like it was so awful that I was making them bring me the food I ordered. Why would I PAY EXTRA to have my food delivered to me, if I have to just have to go pick it up? Makes no sense to me. Then the delivery guy was so rude to me when he got here, I'm literally never ordering from this location again. read more

I eat here a lot because my kid loves it. My order has always been correct and the food has always tasted delicious. Had a bunch of their different subs and all were good. And they also have a lighter fare menu which I've never paid attention to, but, someone who doesn't want a sub would prob enjoy it. The staff has always been friendly and seem to work hard to keep the place clean and organized. The soda machines are pretty cool and they have a good selection of hot sauces to choose from if you're a hot sauce kind of person. TV's at each end of the seating area usually showing sports channels is is OK by me. I also like that they have a program where you can punch your phone number into the credit card swiper and it keeps track of your purchases and you get a free sub on maybe the 8th visit (not sure which visit it is but it's somewhere right around 8). read more

Been there twice now since it is right down the street from my house. I love subs but this place isn't a go to for a sub. First time, they put items on there I asked not to be on it and second time, they didn't put what I asked to put on it. Not sure if their system is faulty or the employees don't read the order. This is my new favorite spot for cheese steak subs! I can't believe I've passed by here so many times and failed to stop by. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the inside of the restaurant looked very clean. The only let down was that they don't have fries, which would go really well with the subs. I was out doing some shopping and decided to just stop and give it a try... I had the Italian sub and I have to say it was fantastic... It was a nice amount of meat and cheese and vegetables fresh and the bread was delicious... When I walk through the door I expected to get something like you would receive at Subway... Meatless sandwich with mediocre flavor and a ton of the toppings with average bread... But that was not the case they took a lot of care and the sandwich was just delicious it was priced so reasonably I told my husband it's our new sandwich shop... I have to be honest and say that after trying Firehouse Subs my family does not go to Subway anymore. The freshness is so much better and so it the quality of the meat! I've tried over 1/2 the menu and there isn't one I haven't liked. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed! read more

The first time that I tried this place, I was in a hurry. I was told that my food would be ready in 5 minutes. At 10minutes, I inquired about my order and asked to cancel it. I was told just a few minutes, that it'd be faster to wait than canel. After 15minutes, I was finally given my order. I took it and left only to find out after arriving home that it was completely wrong. I just decided never to return. Months later I received a coupon for a free sandwich. I gave them another try and the sandwich was decent. So, I decided to forgive. On my third visit, the sandwich was missing the cheese. On my fourth attempt, I was in a hurry again. So, I thought I'd call my order in for faster pickup. I was asked to hold because there was a customer in the store. Over 5 minutes later, I was almost at the location and still on hold. I finally gave up. This place's food is average but the service is pretty bad, even for fast food. read more

Very disappointed! Went to have lunch with my family and not only was the wait long our orders weren't right and it seems as though one of their employees has a hygiene problem. I've been in there a few times and have seen him just sitting around during business hours. One of my children got sick from the food and I'm not sure if it's because the same employee has a pretty disturbing cast on his arm and smell that could knock out a whole room. Came here for lunch. Very clean. I got the medium beef and cheddar sub. The club was very good and the roll was fresh. I wish there was more beef in the sandwich. Since my friend got some kind of Turkey sub and there was so much meat, I was expecting something similar. The meal came out to over $9. A bit pricy. Im assuming the cup I got was a medium cup. Lordie, the cup was huge. Their coke machines say they can dispense up to 120 different coke products. I would suggest getting a small drink and just go back for refills. Also in these machines is a cherry limeade drink that appears to be for firehouse subs only (mildly interesting). Got a medium sub with chips and a drink, comes with a free pickle. This was our first time eating at Firehouse. Richard helped me navigate all of the options to order a vegetarian sub. We all enjoyed our sandwiches - veggie, hero, and cheese steak. Plenty of meat and toppings on each sub. To make up for a slight mistake with the bread (white vs. wheat), Richard gave us a coupon to return for a free sub.
