I went here around 8:30pm on a Tuesday. I thought I could get a quick sub after practice, but no.... apparently there was some big order, at 8:30pm in front of me. And confusion reigned. I wish they would have told me, I'd have gone elsewhere. They only worked on said large order. When I asked them where my sub was, I could hear the two women talking about how confused they were with the order and didn't know what was what. I asked for a refund and I'd leave if my food wasn't going to appear any time soon. They said all it needed was the toppings... so I waited and waited. And got angry and the soda machine had no ice and the syrup was messed up, which is perplexing since it's one of those magic Coke machines. Finally they brought out the sub and there was a nearly invisible line of mustard on it and were snarky when I asked for more. So I say NEVER GO HERE, they were awful and their customer service was awful. My friend refuses to go to the Firehouse in Chantilly for terrible service, I've not had the problem at that location, but this one for sure. read more
