Ordered the Double-Double w/ Cheese and added onion. Skipped the fries. The burger was good, messy, the onion was a little "hot" but it was so ingrained with the burger that I couldn't remove it. The place is bright white and clean. There were tables free so I had no trouble finding a spot to enjoy my burger. Staff is friendly.

The Flying Dutchman was seasoned to perfection. I did get a few less than perfect fries, but I don't expect them to sort out every fry that isn't picture perfect. I went inside to place my order because the drive thru line was out the parking lot. I decided to eat outside, and the cleanliness of the dining area really stood out. A worker came by about every 10 minutes to clean tables and pick up any trash that had missed the trash cans. The outdoor seating area was nice and clean. Overall, it was a great experience with good food and attentive staff. My next trip to Vegas this will be my first stop!

I hadn't been in for several months, and from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, the energy felt unwelcoming. The cashier was very short with me when I ordered. I initially brushed it off because I thought maybe she was tired or simply having a bad day. What stood out, though, was what happened when a white customer came in afterward. The interaction was completely different. The staff greeted her warmly, were friendly, patient, and engaging with her. My boyfriend noticed the difference as well. Still, I decided not to make an issue out of it and gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. Today I returned by myself, and unfortunately, I noticed the same pattern again. The same cashier was short with me, particularly when I asked a question. Again, I let it go. Then another white woman came in and received a noticeably warmer greeting and much friendlier treatment from the staff. Shortly afterward, another woman of color came in and asked the cashier a question about how a sandwich was prepared. The cashier responded so abruptly that the woman said something along the lines of, "I just asked a question. You didn't have to get short with me." Instead of simply clearing up the misunderstanding, an employee from the back jumped into the conversation and pointed toward a sign explaining the sandwich preparation. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive over a simple question. Then came my own food. While waiting, I watched the staff scrape together the remaining fries that had been sitting there and bag them before the rest of my food was ready. A fresh batch of fries was made afterward. When my order was called, I politely asked if I could have some of the fresh fries instead. The cashier told me, "These are fresh." I explained that I had watched the fries being bagged before the new batch came out and simply asked again if I could have fresh ones. Her response was to make a face, turn around, and tell the other employee, "Just give her fresh fries. Just give her fresh fries to get her out of here." That was it for me. I wasn't yelling. I wasn't being disrespectful. I wasn't causing a scene. I asked for fresh fries after literally watching a fresh batch come out. There was absolutely no reason to speak about me that way, especially while I was standing right there. One uncomfortable interaction can be written off as someone having a bad day. Two visits where I observed noticeably different treatment toward customers, along with watching another woman of color receive the same dismissive attitude, is much harder for me to ignore. I can only speak to what I personally experienced and witnessed, but the difference in how customers were treated made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. After being a returning customer who genuinely enjoyed having a little taste of Chicago here in Vegas, that is incredibly disappointing. The food is not worth being made to feel like my business is unwanted. I will spend my money somewhere that treats every customer with the same basic courtesy and respect. I will not be returning.

I tried the new nuggets and I have to say, they were kind of disappointing. A little dry probably because it's white meat and the seasoning reminded me of Wendy's chicken nuggets. It's not a bad thing but I was expecting it to taste like the jollibee chicken. I'd rather get the bone in or chicken tenders. Will be back for sure!

The combo came with a biscuit that was fluffy with crispy edges (my fave) and covered in a sweet butter coating which though looked weird was delicious and the perfect complement to the rest of the meal.

I love this place. Customer service is always great and foods always delicious . Usually my to place go when I'm feeling in the mood for sandwiches. Today I went and tried the ruben which was phenomenal. But the reason I'm giving them a low star is because while I was eating the cook yelled out the customers name for his meal. The customer grabs the meal and about 3 minutes later he comes back and says I got the meatball sub not the Italian. The cook says okay sorry and grabs his correct sandwich. The part that was extremely disgusting and unprofessional is that he grabs that Italian sub and give it to the correct customer. Really the other customer put his hands all on it and you guys still gave it to another customer. How dirty and unprofessional. Makes you think what else they do. This place has great sandwiches but they need to work on customer service. I have been here a few times during lunch and some of the girls that work at the registers are so rude. And, while I was waiting for my sandwich I heard two of the employees speaking negatively about another associate and making fun of her. The owner seems really nice and is always interacting with the customers which is awesome, but the staff needs to learn a thing or two in being in a customer service atmosphere. read more

Ok. The last time wasn't spectacular so I tried them again. WOW, I tried the Steamer and the Turkey Bacon Ranch. Both were mouth-watering and my kids ate every bite and we had to visit them again. My brother decided to pick up some sandwiches and based on the photos on their menu, everything looked delicious. I had the American wagyu French dip. I was highly disappointed. The sandwich was cold when he got home, and we live about 5 min away from the shop. The meat was dry and all I could taste was salt and mayo. When dipped it in the au jus, it was like dipping my sandwich into boiling hot oily salt. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 cheesesteaks, 1 meatball, and 1 French dip. The only sandwich labeled was the meatball. The other 3 sandwiches were not and they all looked exactly the same so we didn't even know what was what. I did order a side of tomato bisque. The fact that the soup tasted better than the sandwich, y'all might wanna change the name of the shop. I don't know about the service because I didn't pick it up but considering my brother got back so soon, they must've been quick to make them. That's a plus.

While I was in the area, shopping at Costco, I decided to stop by Port of Subs for lunch! This…read morelocation is off of the 215/Decatur exit, located near North Las Vegas. There is plenty of parking spots available. It's near restaurants and businesses like Walmart. My favorite sandwich is the Classic sub #5. It has smoked ham, turkey, and smoked cheddar cheese. Instead of a sub, I get the Classic #5 in a wheat wrap. I usually add lettuce, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and pickles to the wrap! The team members are great at this location! The wrap was perfectly assembled, with lots of ham and turkey! There was plenty of toppings added to the wrap too! The store was clean too, but I ended up taking my wrap to go though! The wrap was delicious! I had half for lunch and the other half for dinner! This is a great Port of Subs location if you're craving a sub!

Fries and half Onion Rings/Fries. Kiosks were out of order today so ordered at the counter. Requested well done, burger wasn't well done. Didn't feel like having it remade. The onion rings are smaller and really no onion flavor. Fries not very tasty.. maybe their fryer grease needs to be changed. Next time will go to the E Craig or Decatur/215 location and see if the quality had truly gone downhill or if its just the Rancho location.
