I was highly disappointed with my order. There are so many capriotti sandwich shops all over the Las Vegas valley I was expecting something at least decent. My brother decided to pick up some sandwiches and based on the photos on their menu, everything looked delicious. I had the American wagyu French dip. I was highly disappointed. The sandwich was cold when he got home, and we live about 5 min away from the shop. The meat was dry and all I could taste was salt and mayo. When dipped it in the au jus, it was like dipping my sandwich into boiling hot oily salt. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 cheesesteaks, 1 meatball, and 1 French dip. The only sandwich labeled was the meatball. The other 3 sandwiches were not and they all looked exactly the same so we didn't even know what was what. I did order a side of tomato bisque. The fact that the soup tasted better than the sandwich, y'all might wanna change the name of the shop. All things being equal, this shop is ridiculously better than one that's much closer to me. In fact, I'm pretty sure I've posted there saying as much! I've never had an issue here. Closest would be the serving sizes has gotten less, but that's everywhere and almost to be expected nowadays. With all the different crews I've seen over time, it's been pretty consistent here. Service is timely and friendly. Always pretty chill vibes and never crazy hectic. Clean all around. Menu full of tasty sandwiches, and having tried a good majority of them, it's safe to say the Capastrami still reigns supreme, with the Bobbi coming up strong right behind. And I'll throw a shout out for a good meatball sando. Just my own personal in-a-blue moon-go-to. Now of course, it's all subjective and if YKYK! Poor customer service, poor sandwich making skills, no accountability, dirty building. I'm never going to another Capriotti's ever again. My sandwiches are always missing something I ordered or they come with something extra I told them not to put on the sandwich. Employees behave like tortured POWs, no personality and seem tired of being there. When I called to speak to the manager and he finally got on the phone he said "hi". I'm like who am I talking to? Different locations would yield different experiences but this location is my favorite. I ordered on their app which is convenient and easy, it allows me to modify any sandwich and to see what is on it. I decided to go with one of my go-tos, Chicken Cheesesteak with added (no charge!) fried hot and sweet peppers. To me, this is what makes the sandwich elevated! So delicious! I went to Capriotti's Sandwich Shop for a brunch Saturday morning after a quick groceries run. This Capriottis is located in a local shopping area on Azure drive. It's next to a dance and yoga studio. There are other local restaurants in the neighborhood as well! As soon as I walked into the Capriotti's I was greeted with a "Hello" and a smile. It was quite clean and pretty empty inside the restaurant. I ended up ordering the chicken cheesesteak with no additional items (peppers, onions etc.) on a 9'' inch sub. The order took roughly 10 minutes to cook. I ended up taking it back home to eat. The sub was small without all of the additional toppings that I had omitted. I would try out the chicken cheesesteak again, but with the onions and peppers next time. The sub itself tasted fresh and the ingredients that I did have included (just the chicken and cheese) was cooked well. Next time, I'll try "The Bobby." out though! It looks like a thanksgiving dinner, but in a sandwich! Customer service was great at this location and I would check out this Capriotti's shop again! read more

First time visit to this location .I was greeted and the questions that I had were answered quickly and courteously. I ordered 5 sandwiches with chips and drinks. The owner Maryann was the one that took care of me although the 2 other team members were engaged and since my sandwiches were cold , one young woman assembled them . The store was extremely clean and well stocked . The location is tucked away from the main drag , a bit off the 215 , however the service I received and the friendly reception I received from the staff will definitely keep me going back there again ...and again ! With slow roasted turkey, fresh cranberry sauce, a layer of homemade stuffing, and mayo....it's like experiencing Thanksgiving anytime of the year! One of my favorite cold sandwiches on earth. Overcooked and disgusting. You don't need to cook thinly sliced frozen meat for 10 mins. Food tasted like cardboard. I wouldn't feed their food to my cat. Worst sandwich ever and the manager was a complete jerk. Mother's Day and my mother's 80th birthday. I was able to get my 80 year old mother out after 14 month of quarantine from Covid for a family day together with her granddaughters. Her request for lunch was Capriottis chicken Philly and Bobbie. I ordered a large chicken Philly with the works, a Bobbie and a Italian sub. Pick it up, get it home to sliced and serve them. The chicken Philly was totally dry, had no cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms or the Mayo I requested. Called the store and the managers comment was" well sometimes they are dry. Really ???? It's wasn't even made right. Asked if I would like a new one or a refund. By now I have everyone ready to eat so ask for a refund. Have him my card number 3 times and he still could figure out how to proceed with a refund. And this is the manager. Worst sandwich and experience with this location. After I went to the store to get a refund and explain that this was the one request of my 80 year old mother on her birthday and Mother's Day and you couldn't even make the sandwich correctly. I wanted to like this place, I've tried it four times since I move here 8 months ago. The workers are not friendly or polite and the food quality is dry and blah. The last time a called in a order, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I was there 15-20 minutes after making the call and waited another 15 minutes. I'm not sure if this location is under new management or what but it's as if not one single person can read an order correctly or even read at all. Always solid! We visited Capriotti's the other day and ordered the same-ole same-ole.....cheese steak sandwiches. My boyfriend always gets the cheese steak sandwich with onions and peppers and I always get the chicken cheese steak with onions and hot peppers....with a side of mayo and a little salt....Dangalang! Always fresh, always consistent. Sadly enough I could eat this everyday. The small sandwich is more than enough and its so good you cant put it down. But I must admit that once you devour this amazing sandwich you will be ready for a big fat nap and to stretch out yo belly. On a side note the employees are so nice.
