The restaurant and parking lot were busy. It is casual and popular. The wait was quite long so we ended up sitting in the bar. Our young server was very good and friendly. Nordy's in the bar was loud and bustling as you'd imagine but a fun atmosphere for lunch. We enjoyed our meals & drinks. The coleslaw with tiny noodles in it , aka as pasta slaw, was the bomb! I could have eaten more of that. The Mac & cheese was good. The corn muffin was delish. The grilled chicken salad was so tasty as was the pulled pork. I tried multiple table-side bbq sauces on the chicken and enjoyed them all except I didn't try the jalapeño one. Also, the beans are so flavorful. Really can't go wrong with the bbq here. She ordered a single animal style with animal style fries. I went double, double animal style with regular fries. My fries were kind of ordinary and the animal style fries were good but IMO nothing to write home about. Now to the burgers. I really liked it. I would give it a 4 out of 5. Super juicy, and I loved the taste of the burger itself. It reminded me a lot of Shake Shack with a cross between Freddie's and Steak and Shake. I would have it again but probably skip the fries. I am going to give this a 4 star rating because while it was good I still don't see the hype and probably wouldn't go out of my way for it.

As usual for Culver's, everything was absolutely delicious! Their burgers are always full of flavor and hot as are the french fries and cheese curds. The custard at the end is always a refreshing treat and I didn't realize how many options they had for flavors/mix-ins! There's certainly something for everyone to enjoy!
