My wife and I have been to a few Firehouse Sub franchises but never gave a thought about going back to any particular one until we visited their Temecula branch. We have become regular customers since our first visit about three months ago. We found their sandwich selection to cover a wide variety. Although reluctant to try a warm Italian sub we both tried one and found it to be one of our favorites. Each sandwich comes with a pretty large crisp pickle that is always fresh and delicious. The best part of their place is the friendly woman that runs the place and that includes her young staff. All of whom aim to give the best of service. The prices are very fair and the quality of their food is always good. On your receipt they always ask you to go onto their website to complete a review which upon completion gives you a code to write onto the receipt and next visit hand it to your server and it gives you a free medium drink. If you sign up for their app you get points for the dollar amount you spend, which gives you reward points for free food items. My suggestion is to give them a try. GM Lisa and her shift supervisor and staff gave us excellent service and helped me download and create my account on the Firehouse Sub app. I knew this business was gonna be a blessing to Menifee . No doubt about it. The food here is great. However, trying to get in touch with anyone at the Menifee location is dreadful. I'm allergic to mushrooms. I ordered the engineer with no mushrooms. I've had this sandwich before and my request for no mushrooms was accommodated. Great first impression. I ordered the exact same sandwich today and again, requested no mushrooms. Why, because I am allergic to mushrooms. Got my order delivered which had mushrooms. Wow, I just paid $15 for a sandwich that I now cannot eat. I tried calling the Menifee store over and over again. Each time, the line rings with no option to leave a voicemail because the voicemail box is full. Im so disappointed by their lack or unwillingness to address customer issues. Wow!!! My first visit to a Firehouse and both my son and I were blown away at how fresh and absolutely delicious our sandwiches tasted! I got an Italian on white and he had a brisket on wheat and mine was the BEST sandwich I have had in years! I recently visited a Jersey Mikes for the first time and this sandwich blew theirs out of the water by far!! I live in OC and don't have a Firehouse near me but I will be visiting one again sometime soon for sure, especially when I'm in Menifee again. read more

We had Firehouse Subs recently cater a party of approx 50 guests, and we were not only really happy with the food and presentation, but the customer service was absolutely incredible! The Manager, Lisa, put so much effort and attention to our order-- she made planning the party much easier. She also was very accommodating, helpful, and personable. Even on her day off, she made sure our large order was well-taken care and that nothing got missed. Her staff was also GREAT. When I asked if I could pick up the gallons of lemonade early, Valerie offered to deliver the whole order as soon as we wanted including the drinks. That definitely helped. The fact Lisa and her staff saw to every detail makes me want to recommend them for any party, meeting or any other catering needs. Don't forget to order a cookie tray, too. They were a big hit! First time at a Firehouse Subs and I was so disappointed. The sandwiches are really pricey for the size you get. Also my kids ordered their meals and didn't receive their rice krispy treats that were supposed to go with it. We didn't notice until we got home. I came in last weekend to grab some sandwiches for my family. I'm pregnant and this location is easy to just order and grab lunch! We frequent this location quite a bit. Always great fresh food and customer service is awesome! While I was in there the computers completely froze and the staff was scrambling trying to call IT and was unable to take orders. They calmly explained to all of us customers they were unable to take our orders currently but the system was rebooting and we were welcome to wait. I sat down at one of the tables and just waited. As new customers came in the staff began to explain the situation there were several people that came in that were very rude! They then left. Meanwhile I just sat there and waited for our order. It wasn't the staff's fault the computers were down. There was no reason for anyone to treat them as they did. The young lady in charge let me know my order was ready and not only that it was on the house! I couldn't believe it! I was willing to wait and pay! They thanked me for being so patient! We will definitely keep coming back to this location! I was completely blown away! I was blessed with 3 sandwiches and 3 chips! About five days ago around 12:00pm I had just got done ordering a meal for my grandmother. As I was standing waiting for my meal, an employee (manager), essentially stood in my face, clapped his hands very aggressively in my face and said "You can't fill that cup up here!". This FireHouseSubs representative believed that the MY PERSONAL cup of water I had in my hand was filled with the soda machine that was inside. I replied with "I didn't use the machine". He then said "you sure?!". Which then I returned with "I'm positive". He proceeded to walk away. The reason I'm giving this a one star rating it is because I believe if you are fulfilling any type of lead role for any company you should maintain professionalism at all times which this gentleman did Not. Without having proof or a confirmation that I filled my personal water cup up he assumes that I did which I found very rude. You should ask! It was also disrespectful to me because of the aggressive nature and tone he used when he clapped and made his statement in my face! Lastly, he didn't apologize after making his mistake. I hope he is not aggressive like this towards his employees. If you go to this firehouse location please avoid the gentleman with the blonde hair, red collared shirt, and I believe he had blue eye as well! I came to this location for lunch ! I rarely write reviews but I feel like I need to say something here. I'm more often disappointed with the food here than actually enjoying it. We fell in love with firehouse subs when we tried in Temecula and it was one of the best sandwiches we ever had. We were super excited to have one just down the street from us. When it finally opened we were less than impressed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we figured they were new and still needed time to figure things out. We would end up going there almost as often as once a week and it was hit or miss at best. Sometimes but rarely it was made perfectly but most of the time they just couldn't get the mayo quantity right. Most of the time it was just no where near enough and a few times it made the bread soggy which at least taste better. They just can't get it just right. I'm now hesitant to go there cause I'm not much of a gambler and the odds are not in my favor but my wife wanted to try it again tonight so I agreed. That was a mistake. The bread was so dry and stale it just grumbled, there was almost no sauce nor lettuce and it just tasted bland. Luckily they use good meat so it wasn't a complete loss but definitely below par. I feel like they need to get with the team in Temecula and find out what they're doing and copy that. They are very consistent there and I have never been disappointed by their food. And one other nit picky thing is when we order online pickup, we put no pickle but it's almost guaranteed that there will be a pickle in there. I even add it to the notes and yet there is still a pickle with the sandwich. It's not much but it shows how close they pay attention to the details which speaks to how that restaurant is ran. I most likely won't be back to this location which sucks cause I was really hoping it would be just like the others and we would be there often but its just not nearly as good as the other locations. If you have the time and want to try firehouse, drive down to temecula, don't judge the chain off of this location alone. read more

I would highly recommend you order from here, and expect to pick up tomorrow. Ordered at 11:54 and the two small sandwiches were brought out at 12:22. Thank goodness no one was in front of us when we ordered! And if you have any complaints or concerns, don't bother to bring them them up to the manager Lisa. Because she could not care less. She can't manage staff, let alone customers. Even another customer came up and let Lisa know we were not the ones being angry and raising our voice. The other customer even suggested Lisa should calm down. Best thing Lisa did was return our money after taking our un-eaten sandwiches back. And she commented that she had to the right to refuse services. Guess she had already forgotten she had, that is why we were un happy. She did so without even knowing it. Thank goodness we got our money back so we can spend it where management cares about service and customers. Bad customer service. Went there last night. As soon as I walked in I saw two employees. One sitting at a table munching on a sandwich. The other sweeping the floor. Neither made eye contact with me or acknowledged my presence. I got no welcome or hello. I saw no one behind the cashier register. So I took the time to read the menu board. As I was doing that a third employee appeared at the cash register. She also did not acknowledge or greet me. There was no " May I help you ". She just stood and glared at me like I was an annoyance. She rudely took my order then she went on to make my sandwich. She was not too careful about doing that. After she packaged my sandwich she did not hand it to me gently. She just dropped it on top of the deli counter as If I was not good enough to be near her hands. As soon as I got the sandwich I turned and walked out. I heard no thank you or good night. Gross, waste of money and time. This place is awful!! I drove by FH Subs the other day when we went to Caine's and it looked busy....so I was sick in bed today and decided to place an order online to have someone else pick up. Spent all of this time signing up on the app and putting in everyone's order and then when I hit finalize order I kept getting a "order won't go through call the store." Called the store and was placed on hold for 5 minutes then I explained what happened and she said I can take your order??? Remember I'm sick with a fever trying to feed my family with something simple. Give her my order she said give us 15 we're busy...I said cool. My kid goes in to get the food and comes out 20 mins later!!!! Uuuugghhh! We go home and the turkey sub bottom bread was a sponge from all of the vinaigrette...bit into potato soup for a nice chunk of fat which I guess should have been bacon and meatball subs had WAY to much sauce and seasoning. I came on here to say a few things. First off, I love Firehouse and have been eating their delicious subs since I lived in Idaho and discovered this lovely, welcoming franchise. Secondly, this specific location in Menifee is wonderful and runs very well and is full of wonderful people. Amber and Eileen have been very kind and helpful the couple of times I have been in but today I went in with my husband for dinner and met a very wonderful young lady named Madison at the cash register. She was so helpful in helping us explore the menu and introduced us to our new favorite menu item; the firehouse pairs! (a small meatball sub and Mac and cheese, yummmmm). She was just so kind and efficient in her work and seemed to really genuinely enjoy her job and talking to us. I write this review with the hope that she is recognized for her attitude because my husband and I both agreed that it was amazing and so rare to see such a young person bring that enthusiasm and dedication to the work place!!! This was probably the worst experience at Firehouse Subs, this young girl named Cindy was very pushy and quick with my order, she was just very very unhappy it seemed because when i asked when my food would be ready she snapped back in a rude manner & said "it'll take 4-6 mins".
