I understand that restaurants can get busy, and bathrooms can certainly get messy throughout the day. However, basic cleanliness and regular restroom checks are extremely important, especially in a restaurant where people are eating. A bathroom in that condition can really take away from an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. The frustrating part is that the food was genuinely good, so the restroom situation was especially disappointing. Red Robin has a lot going for it, but cleanliness should be part of the overall experience--not something customers have to brace themselves for before finding the restroom. Hopefully management takes this seriously and makes sure the bathrooms are checked and cleaned regularly. Great food deserves a clean place to enjoy it!

I waited for my drink, followed up, then they sheepishly explained to me that they "just can't give me the drink because I seem a bit young". That's fine. Just stop avoiding it. It's also not lost on me that a big factor of that is probably because of my ethnicity. On top of that, I had to inquire if they had an ID scanner and they said no. I had to ask for the receipt myself of them refunding it (allegedly) so at least I could make sure that I was given my money back for the drink they declined me. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Avoid.

Ordered online and prepaid order on Sunday Feb 21 and when I got there 7 minutes early to pick up my order . They had not even made it yet so I still had to wait. The manager that day very rudely told me they were busy and my order though online did not take precedence. She then decided to tell me I was early anyway which I wasn't even arguing. She embarrassed me in front of all the customers by being rude and condescending in her manner towards me as a customer. I told her she needs to practice better customer service as that isn't the way you speak to your customers. I will go to Jersey mikes from now on where they treat customers with respect. read more

We've had lunch at Firehouse subs a few times this month and our Lunches have been delicious. The staff has been very friendly and beyond helpful with suggesting popular sandwiches and sandwiches they love themselves. I've ordered the bbq brisket and cheddar and the regular Meatball sub, Pastrami, & the hook and ladder. We've enjoyed them all. My boys loved the cajun chicken and can't wait to try the Jamaican jerk turkey On our next visit. Just wanted to mention the store was immaculate. You could tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in his store. Definitely will be added to our list of restaurants, we enjoy visiting. read more

This place discriminates against minorities, I have witnessed it and experienced it myself, this is a very dark place of business in the city of Menifee, it is too bad that this is allowed to exist even in our time, these people are ugly on the inside and manifest their very dark side in the way they treat people of different races. Be aware of this place, unless you look as they look, you will not get the same service and you will not be treated with courtesy and professionalism, they may go as far as to ask you to leave the store and choose from any other place of business in the plaza, as they did to me. read more
