Sandwiches are A+ as is customer service most of the time and if I were writing this review based solely on that it would be 5star. However, I'm compelled to write a review based strictly on my experience with a store manager. I believe her name is Cindy although we now refer to her as the Sandwich Nazi. Here's how it went down... The young man taking our order was very pleasant and courteous but it was obvious he was still in training & as the moments passed in his struggle to understand our order (2 sandwiches) & find the proper keys to punch on the register he just became even more confused. Another employee came to his aid but sadly I think she only confused him more & then walked away. As I calmly explained our order for the 5th time the Sandwich Nazi burst onto the scene, stepping in front of the now bewildered young man & causing him to abruptly step back out of her way. "Hello, my name is Cindy, let me see if I can help out here & get you on your way" said no Sandwich Nazi ever! In fact, she greeted me with no words at all & as I stood there is disbelief at her behavior I was somehow strangely intrigued by this young womans obvious inner turmoil as she aggressively punched keys on the register. Then at last she spoke.... but it was only to argue over cheese (sigh) At this point I had had enough of her attitude & attempted to hand my $20 over to the young man but sadly he wasn't quick enough & it was roughly intercepted & quickly held up high to the bright florescent light so everyone who had been waiting ever so patiently behind me would now know I was legit. I never said a word but she quickly pointed out in her vile tone that that was policy... It was only then that I could at last collect my change & be rid of her to return home & enjoy my delicious delicious sandwich. It was at this point that I thought to myself "aw hell no" I quietly waited until my name was called & as I took my sandwiches from the sweet girl behind the counter I quickly asked if that was her manager , she nodded yes & whispered her name is Cindy just seconds before the Sandwich Nazi rushed up on her. I went home, we all enjoyed our sandwiches & I had every intension of calling the store & speaking with the owners but does it do any good? What kind of person behaves that way? Not only to customers but to her fellow employee's. Maybe the owners will read this.... read more

This is an outstanding establishment with the most amazing customer service! The food is fresh and you are greeted with plenty of recommendations which we have never been disappointed with! The owner and staff make you feel like family and definitely make you feel like your important! Had a ranch turkey bacon sub delivered to my home. The bread was fresh as was the lettuce. The only problem was they totally forgot to ad the turkey or the bacon. read more

We walked in and no one greeted us. The kid making sandwiches, who also ignored us at all costs, called over one of the many employees standing in the corner laughing and gossiping. He aggressively told one of the girls to come help us without himself acknowledging that we were standing a couple feet from him. They were visibly upset that they had to help out a customer. We put in our order with the most begrudging young girl. They didn't take too long to get our sandwich out, which was nice but the sandwich itself wasn't very good. I'm going to add that we ordered from the menu with no substitutions at all. If i could give negative stars, I honestly would. I get that young kids aren't the best workers but they could at least say hi when a paying customers walks in. -10/10 wouldn't try again unfortunately. I feel bad that they advertise helping first responders because they deserve way better in all honesty. If i had known that we would've had such a bad time in this place i would've just mailed them a $30 check instead of spending that on a single sandwich with one drink and a small bag of drinks. read more

First this place is next to a nail salon so the whole place smells like a nail salon... second... the young gal at the counter is so flustered!!! The light was shinning on the menu on the wall so I couldn't read the ingredients, I asked her, she repeated the ingredients so fast that I asked her to repeat herself and she responds to me"I just told you and points up to the board... I say again, I'm sorry I can't see the board!! So rude, I ask to speak to the manager and she tells me she's the manager... goodness, I'm sure that was a lie. read more

Great sandwich! The Italian was on point and the large was worth the $12.50. Plenty of meat on the sandwich. I highly recommend!

Madison the cashier is the best thing about this place! 1st time at a Firehouse Sub, was hoping it was good. Ordered the Large Turkey Bacon Ranch along with other sandwiches & sides and wouldn't you know it...NO BACON! I should of went to Jersey Mike's down the street as I had planned -haven't had a bad sandwich from there yet! Additionally, the two ladies behind the counter making the sandwiches didn't look to happy with their task and were more or less crabby. I usually take the time to check my order but I had several sandwiches which they cut in half and placed in separate smaller boxes (they ran out of the larger boxes, they said) and stacked them in several paper bags. My bad for assuming the bacon would be in a Turkey BACON sandwich. I'd give ZERO stars but it requires at least one and ironically, that's all they seem to have there...1 STAR and her name is Madison -she was the cashier and was very pleasant and throughout the time I was waiting for my food, she probably wiped every single surface in that place clean and did it with a smile! I was very hesitant trying this place. My family kept wanting to try it but I heard mixed feelings from other people in other states so I didn't really care to try. However today I was out and hungry and I don't like cafe rio at all and canes is ok but just had it yesterday. So I thought ok fine I will try this firehouse subs even though I'm not a sandwich person. Anyways it was FANTASTIC!!! I got the meatball sandwich and it was better than any other sub place around. I st bad experience at this place. I ordered on line, went to pick up my order, they told me they didn't receive it. The manager said To check my bank account to see if I was charged for the order, I couldn't get to my bank and told the manager i wanted to reorder. She wouldn't do it. After the second time I wanted to place the order, I was told the same thing. Check my bank. So I left. The food is great there, but I have to say, I think they should have taken my order. Walked in at 8:10, they close at 9 - they were already mopping the floors and everything was moved so it was like an obstacle course to get to area to order. We visited this place for lunch today. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 were pretty good and one was out right GROSS. The gross sandwich was the turkey and cheese. The whole sandwich was warm, not toasted just warm, the mayo was WARM, the sandwich tasted like warm slime. When I called to complain the girl who answered the phone could not do anything about it, The manager should answer the phone if the employees are not allowed to make decisions about order complaints. Its just a sandwich not the national debt, she should have told me to come back and get another but she didn't. After a long wait for our sandwiches I opened the bag to make sure they got our order correct. As I pulled out the first sandwich box I got BBQ sauce on my hand. Then when i removed all 3 sandwiches I noticed BBQ sauce smudges and fingerprints on all of the boxes. Not very appetizing! And only one of the sandwiches contained BBQ sauce anyway. Alexander, the sub maker, presented us with the most disappointing subs (Tuna, Club), to the point that returning to the Firehouse Subs is not going to happen. Could it be that closing time was near? Does not matter, either one takes pride on preparing a sub, or does not. Mediocre poor presentation, ingredients lacking freshness, amount/ratio of what matters on a good sub disheartening. When we visited the first time corporate was all over the place, employees eager to perform. This time around little attitudes exhibiting displeasure for having to serve so near bye bye, even though it was 8:20 PM. Learned the lesson. 1.5 Stars. read more

Terrible service! Waited for over 30 minutes for my food! I do not recommend this place.

I've give them zero stars if I could. Decided to try Firehouse Subs and get delivery due to staying at home and trying to flatten the curve. Delivery was great and quick. HOWEVER I ordered two combos (sandwich, chips, drink) and when my order was delivered we just got sandwiches. No chips, no drinks, just sandwiches. Checked with delivery guy, he was only given one bag, no chips or drinks. I called their location twice to get a hold of anyone and... voicemail both times. And not even a 'you've reached Firehouse Subs, etc' just a 'you've reached (XXX) XXX-XXXX' - so... I paid $36 for two sandwiches (which were only half done right) and no way to fix things. read more

They get 2 stars cause I did get my food. Ordered on-line and showed up about 7:10 for my 7:30 order. Didn't expect it to be ready, but did expect to be greeted and asked if I could be helped which didn't happen while standing in front of the online order pickup sign for 20 minutes. By then it was almost 7:30. My wife had walked in and we were finally addressed. Still didn't get our food until 7:33. Manager tried to help by offering cookies and free soda. Would've been fine but got home to see kids helmets were not with meals as promised and my son's Turkey sandwich was absolutely abhorrent. Think plain white bread and a bit of meat. (Pictures attached). I'm a local firefighter and am ashamed they are using our career as a business and doing it so poorly. I won't go back as there are some great sandwich shops in town. All I have to say is wow! From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, we were warmly greeted by a lovely lady and guy in the back. This was actually my first time at a firehouse subs. The menu was explained to me and how their ordering process works. Also all about their company, missions and goals. I was also really impressed with how they prep their meats, breads and all products each morning. So you know you are getting top quality and fresh products. They also have one of those really cool soda machines. The gal was super friendly, helpful and let me try a few different ones as well as firehouses own cherry limeade. My boyfriend had to use the restroom and it was immaculately cleaned as well. Now to my sandwich. I ordered a Club on a Sub. Absolutely delicious! My boyfriend ordered the "hero" sub. We both polished them off. So good! The guy bed hind the counter followed up with us several times to make sure al was satisfactory. And shared more firehouse history with us as well. We have a few friends that fly for CalFire. Pretty cool overall. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and location. We will definitely be back! read more

I love the food. The sandwiches are fresh and great. Ther first time we went the service was great. We ordered and ate inside. The second time we went, we ordered online and picked up. It was the first time ordering and picking up. I saw the sign saying pick up orders here. I wasn't sure so I stood there, right by the girls making the sandwiches. One of them looked at me 3 times and never once asked if she could help me. I had to finally ask someone behind ther counter for help and the just kind of pointed and said "it's there"..I found the staff rude tonight. But, I will try again... hopefully.
