Is there an owner or a manager that actually runs this place? I feel like the kids that work here wandered out of the desert and just tried to figure out how to run a firehouse. Both times I've stood at the register for way to long waiting for someone to take my order while they all just fumble around the restaurant. I love the food here but sweet mercy these guys need some help. This bad rating is for the management who's job it is to maintain good customer service. So bummed! On my lunch break today, out of all the places to eat around (chipotle, smashbox, etc) I chose Firehouse and was super pumped. Big mistake. The Hook & Ladder I got had one piece of ham, one turkey on it and it didn't even cover all the bread. I wish I had taken a picture, it was the saddest looking sandwich ever. My wife just ordered a large turkey bacon ranch sandwich to go and then patiently waited 25 minutes for it to be made. Well we just unwrapped our sandwich and it has turkey and bacon and nothing else on it. No cheese, no mayo, no veggies, nothing else. So now I'm sitting at home choking down the worst sandwich I've ever had and my wife has sworn to never ever go to another FireHouse subs again. read more

If I could give it 1 Star I would. They screwed up a steak sandwich. I ordered it, stating no cheese. Of course not only did it have cheese but none of the vegetables. When I called to complain the so called manager blamed it on being extremely busy (there were more teenaged workers than clients) and would not refund my money but only offered to remake the sandwich next time I was in the area. Since I lived 10 miles away, it's doubtful I will ever return there. I should have known when another customer came in irate because they screwed up her order as well. And BTW, they should clean the water dispenser spout; it's caked with lime deposits and looks totally grody. Ick! read more

We went in and ordered two meatball subs to go. After waiting about ten minutes someone comes out and tells us that they only had enough meatballs ready for my girlfriends small sub. I would have to wait while they cooked more meatballs for my large sub. We said OK. About ten minutes passed and they brought out my sub. It seemed fast for meatballs to cook but I didn't think anything of it, YET! I ate my sub at home and woke about 3:00 am sick as a dog. I'm not going to go into the gross details but suffice it to say that the only reason they got one star from me is because there is no lower rating. I will NEVER go back to this place. Best place for a quick sandwich lunch without sacrificing the flavor! My favorite is the engineer with added hot sauce from the 30 bottle display. I do wish they wouldn't hound for donations so much though when you're at the register. I mean rounding up is enough to donate each time- do I really need to donate more for a sticker on the wall or a used pickle bucket? My boyfriend and I order sandwiches from this location pretty often, as it is relatively convenient for us. This location is very hit or miss. We usually call in for an order to go and then pick it up. Sometimes we have had great, quick service while other times we have had to sit on hold or wait 20+ minutes for sandwiches, or order ahead of time just to get there and the sandwiches aren't even ready yet. Tonight, we ordered a Hero and a Club on a sub. Unfortunately the club did not include bacon as it is supposed to. This is not the first time that they have missed ingredients or messed up our orders. At this point, I do not think we will be returning any time soon and we'll take our business elsewhere. I love this place! I've been in dozens of times and will say I've never had a bad sandwich! Fresh. Hot. I usually order the Hook-n-Ladder. The ham is better than you can buy at the store, so I treat myself to one of their combo meals at least once a month. They also have one of those really cool drink machines. Just picked up a medium brisket sandwich...get all the way home and realize they left the bbq sauce off! So it's meat, cheese, and a heavy dose of mayo..yuck. How do you forget one of the main ingredients?!? When you charge $10 for a sandwich, you have to get it right! Not to mention while I was waiting, one person in the restaurant had their sub made wrong, one lady came in to have her order re-made because it was wrong and a man called on the phone because his order was wrong! The one star is for service. They are always slow at getting orders out. There seems to always be confusion on the food line. I order double meat and don't get it. I order online, use the time they give me, and still wait 20 freaking minutes after arriving. This happens a lot. One girl on the line seems to have her act together, but she can't keep the place going by herself. The hot sandwiches are great. I usually order the Steamer and the flavor is amazing when you leave off the mustard. But seriously, the service level needs a lot of training and help. A female employee was sweeping the area behind the sandwich station talking to people in the back...never acknowledged me or said a word, but continued her conversation with her peers in the back. It kinda reminded me of Arby's pressed meat sandwiches, just alot more pricey. I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was hot and fresh but I'm just not into the pressed meat sandwich (although the BBQ sauce was really good). It just didn't taste anything like brisket to me and I had to ask for extra BBQ to cover up for it. My daughter ordered some kind of a turkey sandwich which was quite a bit better but it was also pressed meat and not the real thing (but at least did taste like turkey). This has been my favorite sub place since it opened , their subs taste so fresh and and the bread is my favorite sub buns this side of the Mississippi! What grinds my gears is that they raised the prices of all their subs, at first I didn't care but after this last visit I think it will be my last. The last two times I got the brisket sub it was lacking the amount of meat that used to be on them. It was pretty much all bread and bbq sauce. For a $10 sub I expected it to be filled with meat like it used too. I have had other problems with this location so I'm hoping it's just this one that is doing this. Service isn't really that good and def slower... that being said not really that horrible but online says open till 10 pm everyday, but I got there right at 9 and they were closed. Closed at 9. We don't live far from this establishment making it the convenient choice for decent sandwiches. Fortunately, the food and the service has been consistently good. The menu is easy to follow, and making it through the order process quick enough. While I don't mind donating on occasion to charities, I get a little uneasy that they ask if i want to round up and donate to their cause every time we eat there. Somehow I feel guilty saying no if I elect not to. The dining area is a bit crowded, but it is fast food after all. Overall a great choice to get a quick meal. I bought a sub through them on Door Dash. I wanted no Mayo and White bread. It came with Mayo and Wheat bread. It was VERY, VERRRRRRYYYY soggy and disgusting. It also took them longer than the estimated delivery time to just make the sandwich. 15-20 minutes to make a sandwich with 3 ingredients that are all premade???? I just wasted $20 on a sandwich I refused to even take one bite of it was so thoroughly disgusting and poor, soggy quality. I will never visit this location again, or order from them again and I HIGHLY recommend that no one else ever order from them again either. Worst franchise location in the entire Valley. read more

I've been coming to this firehouse subs for about a year and I loved it. It's closest to me and the people there are great. Until today I can't quite remember her name but she was the shift leader. It's frustrating to walk in and be treated so rudely she was ringing us out had no customer service, kept giving me and my husband such rude looks and honestly made me feel very uncomfortable. I definitely wouldn't complain about the other employees as they even greeted us very nicely. Unfortunately I would rather drive 30 mins farther to another firehouse subs. read more

I ordered online, when I picked up they did not include all the order. I called them to ask that they remove the charge from my credit card for what I paid for and they did not provide and was told by the worker bee "no problem", put me on hold to talk to the "manager" Then the mangler came on the phone and said she couldn't give you a credit. Avoid this dump! The food we got was mediocre and it made my wife sick. It's a scam.
