This was my first Firehouse Sub experience. I ordered the New York steamer (corned beef and pastrami) and the meatball sub, both medium. In my first bite of the steamer I immediately tasted the mild horseradish sauce used. It was really quite good. The meatball consisted of 5 or 6 larger than golf ball-sized meatballs covered in tomato sauce and cheese. It taste as good as any sub shop meatball sub I've had, which is to say it was good, but not quite Italian restaurant good. The bread was fresh. The restaurant clean. So if your African American and say your eating in they still bag your sandwich to go but the Anglo American can come in right after you and say they're eating in and they're given the eat in trays? Hmmm I guess this is my second visit to this location and looks as if it is most definitely my last. This made my sandwich not taste good at all. Poor service in any establishment is always sad but when everyone behind the counter looks like you it's extremely sad. Firehouse employees you must do better. read more

Food is good. Employees are pleasant. There's a rush at lunch and getting in and out of the parking lot can be a challenge. I am always happy to stop in and Eat though. 10x better than Mama Goldbergs next door. read more

I am impressed with their sandwich. They served warm and soft wheat bread with warm steak inside. They have many options there but unfortunately their chains are located in the east of US. I would like to eat their sandwich again soon. read more

The subs are fresh and tasty. The delivery service was prompt. I would definitely order from Firehouse Subs again.

The items I ordered came neat and as advertised and surprisingly, even as ordered! Even the notes I left on Uber-Eats were followed except for adding napkins and a fork. So, I can't really complain about too much. But I did want to address the quality. I honestly believe they gave me about their best quality and what I mean by that is, they gave me what was advertised and what they intended to. My problem was, I just don't think it was that good. A got a brisket sandwich and a turkey sandwich. The brisket was slightly above what might be average for such an offering. It wasn't fantastic, but it was good enough. The turkey was nicely presented and acceptable quality turkey meat. The toppings were fine. But the bread... wow. It really was a disappointment. I'm not sure it was stale or old or anything out of the ordinary. And it didn't taste horrible or was especially messy. I just think Firehouse Subs aren't designed to be very good by the company in general. It was a sad moment to see a chain doing more or less all it promised and still looking to be lackluster. I wondered how they even managed to create a chain with such un-enticing bread. Typically the bread is the anchor to a good sandwich. Its perhaps where you start making the argument that this sub should be franchised to as many people as possible to enjoy. Do you know those "Hydrox" cookies that are the knock-off version of oreo's? That is kind of what these were like. They weren't hard, they weren't soft, they didn't taste bad, but they didn't taste good. And perhaps its the Italian in me that believes the bread should be able to stand on its own as a meal, but the bread at Firehouse Subs... a very sad thing to see. Good bread is not hard. And its key to a great offering. Why wouldn't you make good bread??? Anyway, that's my rant for the day. I can't malign their aim, just their target. read more

Heard that you got a free sandwich on your birthday. The manager was very snitty and informed me that they no longer did it that way. I had 3 other people with me. We were about to walk and go to Arby's. She then informed me I could try the app. So I tried it and it worked. It gave me a free sandwich and a free drink. She again snittily informed me that I was only allowed to use one offer. Oh. What ever happened to customer service? Ordered my sandwich without bbq sauce. It came with sauce anyway. Ordered online off GrubHub it said 15 minutes sent a coworker when he arrived 25 minutes later the subs were not done when he asked the workers if the order was ready they said they only had a order for Lisa and asked him if his name was Lisa with an attitude he snapped back they told him to get out of the store never come back eight minutes after that I got a notification that they had canceled my order on GrubHub way to go get on the news encourage people to come in and give them attitudes read more

Good subs, pretty no-nonsense. Warning that you're going to get a lot of food, but it's way better than Subway, that's for sure.

I love Firehouse subs. I always hear my friends talk about Firehouse and their subs, and after having their subs catered to my office I fell in love. I love their Club on a Sub and can't wait to try the others. Much better than Subways. I get more for my money. The restaurant is nice and clean, and the service is great. read more

This is a great place to order sub sandwiches. The Philly cheese steak sandwiches are really good!

I definitely recommend this place. The beef brisket is the best! It is also reasonably priced, especially for what you get.
