Once we arrived we was greeted by the cashier. It was only one person in there. I guess the other person was on break but it was only a one worker. We both got wraps. My husband received the chicken seizure wrap and I tried the new kickins chicken wrap. While we waited, I know that's how clean the place was and the music wasn't very loud at all. It was a little cold so I decided to sit outside. The kicking chicken wrap was okay. I probably should have chose something different but the food was definitely edible. This location is the one my husband and I always go to and always order the same thing, #7 but I get my sandwich on wheat bread. This particular visit, when I got home, ready to eat, noticed the bread was hard, stale and almost molded. The employee who made my sandwich had to notice the bread was bad, I guess she didn't care. I left a message/review with a photo and did get a response saying my issue was shared with the owner of this particular Jimmy John's. As of today, haven't heard from him/her, no apology, no nothing. Jimmy John's serious makes a very good sandwich. Particularly the JJ Gargantuan which is true to its name filled with a generous amount of every kind of meat they can find! Add an assortment of fresh vegetables, cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and it is really a very, very good sandwich. Truly a meal. This location is big and while quiet inside was a flurry of activity behind the counter as they were preparing delivery orders constantly with their drivers coming and going. Ordered curbside while sitting in the car with our dog. We watched multiple customers come in and out of the store with sandwiches after we have placed our order. Multiple minutes go buy and we still have not received our food. So we go in to get our sandwiches for one of the workers to cut in and say they are out of bread and are cooking it, while they are continuing to make orders with the same bread that have been placed behind us. Nice sub shop on Airport. They have a nice variety of subs to choose from. Ive never had a bad experience here. They usually have you sub prepared in 2 minutes (no kidding). I normally just get the #16 Club LuLu, which is Turkey with bacon and the normal toppings. To me, its a huge sub in which two people can enjoy. Less than $10 you can get sub/chips/drink. read more

I used to really like this particular store. Until November 12. When my wife and I walked in, we were completely ignored. Well, not completely. One employee glared at us and walked off. If you're busy, how hard is it to say "We'll be right with you"? But they didn't even look busy. I raised a complaint with the manager later, as well as on the corporate site. A day or two later, I had a voicemail from a Sherry Burkhart acknowledging that I had registered a complaint and asked me to give her a call. She hasn't bothered to return my call or address my complaint in any way other than registering the fact that I made one. And it's a shame because the food's great. I order delivery from here almost every other day. I work about 8-14 hours a day, and they make my life so much easier. They always arrive in less than 15 minutes. I usually order a BLT, but sometimes I change it up a bit. I've never received an incorrect order from here, so I now they have great quality control. A very disappointing two days. I am staying at the Hampton Inn...800 feet from Jimmy John's. The first day I ordered The Vito sub, Chips, whole pickle. The order arrived in about 12 minutes and was slightly below expectations. The bread was definitely not French bread but rather an Italian type bread. Not bad. The sandwich was a little light on the meat and cheese and it looked like someone sat on it. The second day I ordered #9 Italian club. The same so-called French bread, the meat and cheese were more than adequate as was all the trimmings. The second day was disappointing because it took slightly over One hour to arrive. At the 45 minute point I called the store they said it was out for delivery and indeed it arrived 15 minutes later. read more
