Very clean and themed decor. My son and I were greeted with a very friendly helpful face "Anthony". Anthony was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me since I had never eaten at a Firehouse Sub before. I was taken aback by his kindness and outgoing personality. "Lucky" and Anthony both helped my son and so and we left there having had 5 STAR customer service. That my friends goes a long long way in my book. I stopped in to pick up a hoagie. I had never been so finding the location and the correct point of egress without GPS was daunting. I am not in this part of the center much. The server/cashier noticed my reluctance and gave me the rundown on the options. After some internal debate I selected the 6" number one (which is the Hook n' Ladder) and a couple of cookies to go. While awaiting the order I walked around a little admiring the décor and the props used to put the bow on the package. When I arrived home I unwrapped the sub only to have it stare back at me open face with the lettuce spreading like jacks that you throw on the floor. I had to reconstruct the torpedo with an obvious GASH in the hull. The food was tasty and the cookies were GREAT. There are a couple of shops I prefer here in town and I recommend that Firehouse employees do a better job of swaddling their babies before they send them out. Maybe I will be back. read more

I'm not really a fan. With all the great reviews I expected that i would be! I got a roast beef with everything. There was nothing appetizing about the look of the roast beef. Overall my sandwich was very bland. I was pretty surprised. Service was nice, the establishment was packed, and clean. My experience just didn't hit the mark. It was terrible today. The diner was filthy, the floors were sticking from spilled soda, crumbs or food everywhere and the staff didn't seemed to care if customers ate their food in filth. After waiting to have our order taken, (an Italian) the person taking the order had to return to the kitchen 3 times to find out where the order was. After paying $34.48 for two subs and driving back to our resort, I opened up the bag to find two hot and soggy chicken sandwiches. So my husband returned to the location and was told that was the Italian. NOT A SUB! The only thing making it an Italian sandwich was the mozzarella cheese and small bit of basil on it!! My hubby liked the fact they have an assortment of super spicy hot sauces to pick from ranging from 1 to 10... 10 being 'insanity'. Careful with the sauces, don't let it ruin your perfectly seasoned sandwiches. I did try a drop of #10 Insanity sauce on my sub. And it burned like a mother... I did this near my last bites. Glad I did cuz I wouldn't have been able to literally taste anything after. My mouth and lips burned for a couple of hours. The customer service was friendly and courteous. The establishment was clean and servers inquired if anything was needed. They also have the newer soda filling stations that had lots of soda choices. Only knock off 1/2 a star for the price. What a fantastic place to eat at. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Great people working there. And the food is absolutely the best and of the highest quality.
