Normally I enjoy coming here. I love that they support the fire service. And employees are usually very pleasant. Today walked In behind an employee. She obviously sees me,because she looked right at me.she quickly went in the front door leaving it to close behind her and shut on my face.. she went in and talked to the girl behind the register about whatever. The girl behind the register( tall blond girl) I think her name is Ashley .Stood there with a disgusted look on face. I asked her for my meal and she acted as if she was in a rush. (I was one of 2 customers in the store. They already had they're meal). She asked me two question. "You want everything on that" and "you want a meal?" After I paid she slammed my cup on the counter. I reached out for my change as she dropped my change in my hand letting it spill all over the counter. Didn't say sorry or thank you. Just turned around with attitude and went back to what she was doing. I was 16 once so I just thought maybe she's just having a bad day or maybe she's in a hurry to get ready for the rush,and let it roll off my back. I'm a big fan of Firehouse. It took me awhile to find my favorite sandwich (I was new to the whole hot sandwich thing...), but now I'm hooked! My favorite is the turkey, bacon, Ranch. Wow really overpriced and quality of food not great. I got one of the chicken subs and the cut of chicken was just terrible and you could tell it was just cooked after being frozen. Stopped by 8-4-18 with a 24 pack case of water wearing my MAGA hat. The manager said MUST BUY a chip and drink to get free sub. The manager failed to get the concept that its not free if I have to buy a chip and drink. Verified with corporate headquarters that a case of 24 pack water is all that is required for a free medium sub. They claim to be part of firehouse subs yet do not follow corporate policy. What else are they not following? Health,sanitation, hiring practice's? Stop supporting this place with your hard earned dollars. As you can read on YELP the owner will give a sincere plead of innocence on service issues, but MAKE NO CORRECTIVE ACTIONS. All I have to say about this establishment is WOW! Their staff and service is more than acceptable. I dealt with two employees named Kayla and Josh and their manager Andrew. These are exemplary workers and the EXACT employees I would love to have working for me. I HIGHLY recommend coming into this restaurant. You won't regret it! read more

Sub tasted OK, priced. Bit high...my wife and I were no impressed and we eat at many restaurants and fast food joints. Staff was not feeling it, it was close to closing so they looked like they wanted to be anywhere but at work. Whole experience was kinda lame. read more

Ate here last night and while the sub was absolutely delicious I wanted to give a shout out to the integrity of the cashier. Bill was 7.05. I thought I'd given exactly that then headed to restroom to wash my hands in anticipation of that sub. I came out and the cashier was waiting with my $15. I'd actually paid him $22.05. Usually great service. Not today. Was told they don't take orders by phone(first time for that) and was hung up on. Was told there is a way to select "pay in store" b4 I was hung up on. There is no option on the website or the app. Have to input a credit card. So now I can't use my gift card. Horrible service. read more

Stopped by for lunch last week and with the lack of food choices in Queen Creek we weren't expecting alot. We were so pleasantly suprised!! My husband had a Kings Hawaiian and I had and Italian type sub. I was stuffed after only eating half of it, but of course I finished it off. We both declared it was the best meal we have had in weeks. (Keep in mind I had been cooking all week so that may not be saying much) We've been craving it ever since. Gonna take a trip back with the kids, they will love the firehouse decor. read more

This is a good option over the other sub chains but still just a sandwich shop. Italian and smokehouse are good sandwiches, This location actually gives you a good amount of meat and i would rate them a little under 4 stars for that. Really like all the hot sauces they offer as well and fireman hats for the kids :-) read more

I have eaten here a couple of times with friends Not my choice but the Staff was friendly. The subs all taste the same to me and you need to use all the hot sauce to cover up the low quality meat they use. They also have one of those drink machines that many put hands all over after they use the toilet... I wont be returning to this chain anytime soon, it was pricey for a sub and there are better options around. This place reminds me of 5 guys hamburger joint, but I liked that place better than this one. I ate my food and went on my way and havent went back since. I suggest you try it atleast once the food is decent and it will go down just fine but after you look at the reciept you may wish you went to Subway or just made one yourself. read more

The location is hard to find / in a hard to reach area of downtown Queen Creek. The service and the food though is really good. I had not heard of this chain until I saw it one day tucked into the back of strip area on the wrong side of Ellsworth. Like I said the food is good and definitely worth a try. read more

*Probably good, but only if they get your order right!* Came in for my first visit to a Firehouse Sub, was rushed during ordering so I kept it simple; turkey sub with just lettuce, cucumber, oil and vinegar with the dill spear on the side. My boyfriend got a turkey sub with the "Fully involved" option and provolone. Once our rude encounter with the cashier was done we waited fairly long for the order, most likely due to EVERY member of the staff (all likely under 21) goofing off, and gossiping while a customer that seemed to be a friend to some of the staff kept coming up to the counter and showing his phone to the staff members. One staff member even jokingly said "stop, you're distracting us!" And continued with the goofing off. Well, she was right, they were apparently distracted because when we finally got our order home, they were wrong in several ways. Mine had the turkey and cucumber I ordered but with cheese, and no oil/vinegar, lettuce or the pickle on the side. My boyfriends didn't have the cheese he ordered and no mayo or mustard.
