Ordered for pick at the Babcock location. As I was waiting for my order I filled up my water cup with water. Another employee told me was I going to pay for the drink I just poured I then told him it was just water, he then proceed to ask me can he check. I showed him my cup. Which at this point I already feel uncomfortable. At this point I'm like okay whatever let me just get my food and go. Another employee that was sitting in the lobby doing nothing comes to the cashier and doesn't say anything just looks me in the eye. I then just told him I'm picking up an order I placed he walks away to check on it and the other employees are just standing around playing music. The employee that I spoke to then just told me it will be ready soon and it will be done at the end. The guy called my name. So I went up for my order. The guy asked me to confirm my order like if it was a DoorDash and I then told him no it was a pick up order not DoorDash. I felt so uncomfortable coming to the place and mind you this is my first time .. never coming here again . Check your employees forreal !

Firehouse is my new go-to sandwich place! Order at the counter or online, and if you get a combo you can choose any size drink. They have the soda machines where you can get pretty much any flavor drink you want. I always get the turkey bacon ranch club on white bread. The meat is generous, and I love the smoky flavor the bacon adds with the cool ranch dressing. They always seem to add the right amount so it's not soggy. The sandwich comes with a pickle spear. Overall just a good sandwich place!

When my sister…read moreTiffany lived near a Jollibee for work and came home to visit, it was expected that she bring Jollibee with her because it wasn't accessible to us in the Rio Grande Valley. Jollibee feels like home to my family and me. It will always taste delicious, no matter which part of the country I enjoy it in, because it holds such deep sentimental value for us. It's a small piece of the Philippines that we get to have here in the States, and it allows us to hold on to that little bit of childhood we left behind in Dumaguete City. I made sure to get some kids meals on this visit to enjoy a little Jollibee toy. Jollibee makes the little kid in me happy.

A young employee told us they "don't take orders at the counter" and directed us to the kiosk. We complied, despite my senior-citizen aunt needing counter assistance for specific requests. Then we watched other customers ordering at the counter. When my aunt asked for a manager, MJ told her the counter was for cash-paying customers only. When I questioned that explanation, the reason changed to "we're busy." Another manager, Zxavier, gave essentially the same excuse while acknowledging that not taking counter orders wasn't their policy. As someone who previously worked as a Jollibee dining manager in the Philippines, I understand busy. What I don't understand is giving customers different explanations instead of simply being honest and finding a solution. What frustrated me most was the lack of ownership. I was repeatedly asked what they could do for me rather than being offered a meaningful solution. I wasn't looking for freebies or compensation--I simply expected a manager to take initiative and properly address the service failure. If the employee had simply said, "I'm sorry, let me find someone who can assist you," this entire situation could have been avoided. Jollibee: good food serves good service. Today, the service fell far short. The repeated excuses and apologies without accountability were more disappointing than anything we ordered. I want to continue being proud of Jollibee as a Filipino, more so since I used to worked here. Simply frustrating!

They have social media tools on their side, with at least some members on their team knowing marketing psychology. They have their goal audience sets, and work them accordingly. The creativity in their offerings are genuinely something to recognize them for. With some alterations in pricing and policies, this would be a five star establishment. The "alterations" are not minor ones, though-- namely, prices, along with distribution of the ingredients. The potential is there. The way they operate is not necessarily said as a critique-- this is a company trying to make money to survive like we all are. The events they host, the promotions they run-- examples of marketing intelligence. However, the charging for a service fee, even in person? Not so sure I can accept that. Been here twice now, with multiple options sharing a general theme-- large serving sizes as promised, which might substantiate the nearly $20 including taxes burritos/full order fries/quesadillas + the $15 including taxes chips with stuffed quesos/egg rolls/taco trios-- is they were actually substantially filled with the ingredients highlighted on the menu descriptions. Regrettably, the premium ingredients are substantially disproportional to the pennies per pound vegetables, onions, potatoes, etcetera. I would probably even recommend deconstructing most menu items in order to fully appreciate the better ingredients without those empty fillers murking your meal. The standouts, not quite but somewhat managing to overcome the aforementioned ingredients imbalance, would be their seafood oriented options. The novelty seekers would be better served by ordering their "Craft" egg rolls, which they have christened the "Eggrollrito" on the menus. This is one of those places that a group experience is really the only way to make the outlandish prices. The 7.5 percent service fee on all orders when you are there in person-- meaning not those delivery service application understandable service charges-- causes me, on principal, to have extremely minimal interest in return visits. The fact that some national chains have been exhibiting this equally iniquitous "service fee" mandate-- to make matters worse they are most popularly surreptitiously slipped in on that bill, meaning most patrons will not even notice-- with frighteningly steady progression-- unfortunately fails to make this any more tenable. The California infusion, however limited, is always appreciated-- ending on a more positive tone-- now for more beaches with real blue waters!

There were no cars in the driveway or inside beyond those working there. They were polite and kind taking my order. It gave vibes of a place to hang out after school if you were in high school. The fish tacos were mostly breading and it wasn't quality fish underneath it all. I hadn't eaten the whole day and it was so bad that I decided I'd rather be hungry than finish the tacos. The flautas were flavorful, though unevenly so. Some had cream and cheese drizzled on top while others had guacamole and salsa. It was like I had two separate orders of taquitos because the taste between them was drastically different. Again, the meat to breading ratio was off and I didn't finish them. I peeled away much of the fried tortilla portion to get a bit of chicken. I left this meal disappointed. It was what I'd expect to eat at a football concession stand.
