Being in the service of automobiles business is not easy in Texas. The bay doors are open in the summer and winter regardless what the temperature is outside. It's tough work. Firestone staff does great job despite these conditions and we've been taking our cars there for years. On big maintenance jobs we usually get a second opinion and this shop will give you an estimate printout for the repair so that you can do that too. read more

Like other Yelpers, I never get excited to visit any Firestone Tire and Service Center. I do however like the original tires (Firehawk) that are on my Nissan aka the Roostermobile so its my place of choice. I arrived today just after noon and was told the turn around would be 30 minutes. My right rear tire had a puncture and I knew in the back of my mind a new tire was in order because the hole is never dead center where it would just cost you $20 for the patch. The technician pulled my car into the bay and opened the hood? Their "Courtesy Check" is basically a search for stuff they can add to the bill. I probably could have been out of there in 10 minutes if they weren't so "courteous". They had the tire I needed and I was done in about 30 minutes as promised. They ordered the rest of the tires I needed and advised me on an alignment that needed to be done. I couldn't fault the service or the time at this point so an A-OK nod so far. I have to warn parents that the place isn't kid friendly. Besides no changing station in the restroom; there are live 12 volt car batteries on stands in the waiting room. I had to really watch Rooster and keep his little hands away from the terminals. I think a display of battery props are in order instead of keeping something hazardous in the waiting area. I've got to give a 2 star nod cause of the safety issues. I can't be the only person bringing their child into this business. read more

Won't be back after using the downtown location for a decade plus. Also everyone I dealt with is just ridiculously rude and has zero business speaking with customers. For the review - Recently moved to this neighborhood and it was time for an oil change, state inspection, along with a tire rotation. Also asked if they could check the brakes as there was occasional noise from one wheel and little extra feedback or lack there of from the brake peddle. They did the oil change, inspection and said the brakes were fine. Ironically enough, just driving a little more than a mile to our house, we woke to find one of the tires completely flat the next morning. I performed the swap for the spare and squarely in the middle of the tire was a visible screw. Took the car back to have the tire plugged and once again asked if they could actually perform the brake test rather than just doing a sprint or two in the car in the parking lot next door (I watched them do this lol). The guy said we would have to leave the car with him and pick it up later all while half of the bays were empty and most just standing around. Hours later I got a call to tell me the tire was irreparable and was "ran flat", and that our rotors were beyond "machining" while the pads were fine. Well sir that tire wasn't ran flat and those rotors have never been machined on the not so old brand new car. He recommended replacing the rotors and ticket price was a half grand lol. He offered no specials on the tires and balked at me for asking such a question, especially when I was going to replace all four of them rather than just one on a car approaching 40k miles. Ultimately ended up taking an Uber to pick the car up and driving it with the donut to the not so conveniently located dealership. Dealership mechanic giggled at the irreparable tire (they actually had more than half their life left as they have mostly highway miles during the covid era) - he plugged it without a problem and remounted and balanced the tire. Their brake solution, was to rotate the rotors and put new pads on which would also help condition the rotors. There was never the notion that the rotors were beyond their life and rotating was almost voluntarily done by the dealer to see if the one audible "brake" moved with such rotor. The dealership did cost more but I essentially got a complete brake job out of it along with lovely dealership multipoint inspection without any gimmicky up sales that weren't necessary that Firestone tried pulling. Love mechanics putting in the hard work but Firestone labor isn't worth hundreds per hour and dealing with that guy isn't worth the headache. For the cherry on top, it was funny too, after telling him on the phone I was coming to pick the car up I arrived and he told me they would have to "put it back together". Made me wait another thirty plus minutes to essentially just bolt the spare back on lol. read more

Me: "I'm here to get a vehicle inspection on my motorcycle." Guy at the counter: "If you leave it, we're have it done in 4 hours when we close" They weren't that busy. I get it, you don't want to do it, so you give ridiculous time estimates. It's a motorcycle so no emissions testing needed, just checking lights and horn, super quick/easy. You want me to leave and come back in 4 hours? This isn't a 4 tire/mount/balance/align job. A oil change shop a block away they said they'll do it in 30 mins. read more

This is based on one minor maintenance trip here. I had a 2.5hr oil change @ 8:30am. This is about average I think and they were on target for their estimate of when it would be ready. After I went home, I discovered the mechanic underfilled my engine by 1 quart of motor oil. It was an honest mistake by the mechanic who looked up the wrong size Cougar engine. However, he should have checked the oil level after he was finished instead of blindly following the printed guide. Luckily for both of us I'm slightly anal and wasn't too busy to read my invoice to find the error. Free (burned) coffee and bottled water. They definitely need more than the four adult sized chairs they have since they have at least 5 car stalls. I love that there are many places to kill time within walking distance. read more

I have been to this place many times. They are okay reasonable service. But all those plus points are negated today. I wanted to do state inspections. I thought I will call and go there. The lady (alicia?) said they can do it. I called from the nearby parking lot. I reached there in 2 minutes. Waited in the line for 15 minutes while she was taking care of just one customer. Then my turn came and I said I am here for state inspection. She told me, she can't do it anymore because 3 customers came in front of me. Obviously a plain lie. No customer was waiting there and no customer came in the 2 minutes.Either she messed up told me the wrong answer first or they were not doing state inspection at all. I went in to have a flat tire repaired. They charge $30 for this service when everyone else I called charges $20. Then when I leave the low tire pressure light is still on. I called them and they said it takes the light a while to reset and to bring it back if it doesn't go off. I come out a few hours later and the tire is completely flat. I called them again and they said to bring it back in the morning. No apology no concession of any kind. They fixed it quickly when I brought it in the next morning. Still no apology... I would only recommend this place if you are a very understanding person with time to change your own tire and go to their establishment twice in a weekend(so far). read more

Appointments don't matter here. I called because my car was stalling and needed a diagnostic ran. They told me they couldn't get me in until two days later. The morning of my appointment, I dropped my car off right as they opened (two hours before my scheduled time so I could get to work). My appointment was at 8, so when it was 11 and I still had not heard from anyone, I called and they said it would still be about 45 minutes to an hour before they get to my car + an hour to an hour and a half to run the diagnostic. Not a big deal if you have all day to kill, but when I make an appointment, I don't expect it to take 5 hours to get an hours work done, especially since they had my car since they opened. I ended up picking up my car. I will not be back. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! My daughter works within walking distance to this Firestone so she took her car in to get it inspected and they told her they would call her when it is ready. She walked back to work and they NEVER called her! They had her cell phone number and she did not receive a call from them all day. She took off work early to get her car before they closed at 7:00 pm. She got there at 6:45 and the doors were locked, they closed early!!!! They don't even turn in your car and take an hour to come up with something that could cause the engine light on) We spent $1200 for who knows what and a few hour later the light turned back on. Ever seen that ad where Lance Armstrong is stuck in some basement on a stationary bike powering the ESPN building in the middle of the night? There's a guy at this place that has that kind of energy. Don't get me wrong, I've not once seen him peddle anything other than the wares they share here, but I've been to plenty of repair shops where they upsell you so hard you wonder why people ever get maintenance work done in the first place. Here, at least, I had a definitively pleasant experience. That's right. I said it. Pleasant. Chico was guy working the desk, and he's a talker - while it's not unlikely that he'll take forty words to say what may have sufficed with ten, his boundless enthusiasm and (in my case) solid expectation setting made this trip especially worthwhile. I'd just had some work done on my car, and given the fact that one tire had a piece of metal stuck in it, my concern was that it still wasn't riding well. Come to find out, the tire had crazy weird wear on it (and a giant nail stuck in it to boot), and a replacement was in order. When he mentioned that he was going to give it a once over to see if anything else turned up, my internal guard went up, especially given the fact that this ride had just been worked on nearly stem to stern. Know what though? No phone call with surprise problems, just a new, solid, reasonably affordable tire and ready within fifteen minutes of the time he claimed it would be. And while with any repair shop your mileage may vary, at this one, on this day, I rode off into the sunset. read more

Had a damaged wheel. Went in to get it inspected. Was asked to buy a $22 package which would check the wheel alignment and inspect the tire for damages. An hour later, they tell me the wheel is damaged and the tire sidewall has an impact bubble. Which is good. They recommend replacing all four tires since the tread is under 50%. That is the weakest excuse I've heard from someone trying to sell me tires. I asked him if anything was wrong and he said nothing was. I've been to this location once before. And they'd try to sell me tires then too. This was maybe 20,000 miles before and my tires have been doing just fine. So I wasn't surprised when they 'recommended' buying 4 tires. I asked him if the wheels were out of alignment and they said they had not checked it. When asked why, he said they "can't check the wheel alignment if there is a dent in the wheel or the tire had damage". Which is complete rubbish. A wheel dent in no way restricts you from performing a wheel alignment. Isn't that what I paid you for? He started giving me emotional talk about how he wouldn't take his kids in a car with this damage. When I asked him how serious the damage his, he went from 'dent in the wheel' to 'crack in the wheel'. We don't know how bad the damage is. The tires might give out in a hour or a year. For having taken a hour whatever it is that they did, you'd think that they'd be a little bit more informed? The inspection report included things like battery check, headlights and air filter. But why? You had one job. Could you try to do that right? It's alright if you're trying to sell me stuff. It's part of your job. But if they'd at least been more thorough with their work and been honest with their findings, it wouldn't have bothered me enough to leave them a bad review. read more

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars and still write a review I would. All around the worst service I have received anywhere in Austin since I have been here. I have waited 4 months to write this review just to make sure that I was being fair. Back in March I somehow got a nail in my tire. I took my car to Firestone to patch my tire. After taking 45 minutes to look at my tire they informed me that the nail in my tire was located in a spot they could not remove and patch. On top of that they then enlightened me that since my car is all wheel drive, even though my tires still have 2 years of wear left on them, I would need to buy 4 new tires!!!!!! $530!!!! Let me say that again...my perfectly good tires were in need of being replaced for $530 because I had a nail in one (one!) of them. I did a little research on the internet later that day and took my car to a small tire repair shop up north. They easily removed the nail in my tire, patched the hole, and balanced it with a 1 year warranty on the patch for $30 total. It has been 4 months and I have had no issues with it. Clearly all Firestone cared about was selling me a new set of extremely expensive tires. If you need tires and your looking for a company that is honest, courteous, and takes care of their customers go to Tire Man on Manchaca (see my review for more information). If you want to get bent over or enjoy letting incompetent a** clowns lie to you and work on your vehicle then go to Firestone. That is right up their alley. read more

Let me say first that the guys in the front were friendly. I had one unnotable experience before here with an oil change, so I decided to get my inspection done here the other day. I should have read the reviews before doing this. I had my ashtray bolted very firmly to the dash for many years. The inspector yanked it and the bolts out and then placed it precariously back on after he parked it (minus the bolts). I don't know if he was very angry or if it were an accident, but the fact is I was never told about what the inspector did to my car. Instead, my ashtray came flying out while I was driving and now there is a big hole there in the dash. Thanks guys. I called them up and let them know about what happened. They said they would "take a look at it," but I didn't trust them to look at anything after that and I suspect, based on some other posts, they would have done nothing short of shrugging their shoulders and backing out of any responsibility. I guess there is a chance that it could have been an okay experience, but the fact is you are taking a chance with this Firestone. Oh, the inspector also said my tread was really low, I guess in the hopes to sell me their over-priced tires. I had my treads checked again by a trusted place and they still have many miles left, as I suspected. If you want tires, I would suggest Discount as a very honest and reasonably priced place in town. If you want anything else done--go anywhere else. read more

Look, I don't know much about cars. I know you're supposed to get the oil changed (dad always said that's the cheapest pro-active thing you can do), and you need to have it checked up and all those things. My car had been shaky. I took it somewhere else, and they told me I needed new tires. I was not happy with the price they quoted me, as I did research on tires and costs. The very next day, driving back in town, a tire split. Since I'd be passing the Firestone on my way home, I stopped in to get an appointment for the next day. The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. He knew the questions to ask me and started showing me prices of things. He even went out and did a quick preliminary perusal. Dad and I already had plans this week to do brunch, so I asked him to meet me at the Firestone the next day. A different gentleman talked with us and got me checked in. While we were out, Firestone called and told me about 3 or 4 OTHER things I needed to get done. I told them to do 1 or 2 of those things, and that the other things would have to wait. Unfortunately, this delayed my pick up time by 2 hours. Fortunately, I had someone who could haul me around and also I had no where else to be. (Had it been a busy day for me, I may have cared more, so they caught me on a good day!) Although I hate getting the, "this is wrong, yes, but you also need this and this and this," customer service was very friendly and they treated me and dear old dad like the adults that we are. I have a feeling that I'll be going back to this Firestone for future problems--but hopefully not any time soon! read more

Left my car here for the easiest of services--inspection and tire rotation. Came to pick it up after they called to say it was ready, and after I'd paid and was about to leave, my husband said, "I don't think they rotated the tires." The service manager checked with the technician and he was right: they HADN'T been rotated. Thank goodness we asked or we would've walked out of there paying for a service we didn't received. They got to it right away, but didn't offer to adjust the payment amount or anything. Not sure if they were just sloppy or they being deliberately deceptive (a fear I always have as a female dealing with auto mechanics), but either way, this was unacceptable and we'll never be bringing our vehicles back to this business. read more

I dread getting my car serviced. It may be because my first car -- a station wagon nearing 15 years old at the time -- spent a year in and out of the shop constantly. And I'd take it in for one thing and it would end up needing five more things done. One time I didn't see it for a week. And I never knew if it was really in that bad of shape or I was just taking it to shady people. Either way, when the car had to go to the shop, it was a very anxiety inducing experience. My car now is almost 5 years old and never given me any problems, but I still get nervous anytime it has to go to the shop. Even for just an oil change. So you can imagine how I felt when I took it and asked them to look at my brakes which had been squeaking every morning for quite a while. Turns out there was just a glaze on my brakes -- they could do something about it, but it would only be a short term solution and really, the noise isn't a problem -- it's just the way it is. *WHEW* I appreciated that they took the time to look, explain the issue and never tried to charge me (to be fair, I was getting my oil changed at the same time and I was paying them for that.) or sell me something I didn't need. I've been going to Firestones with my cars since I first could drive in high school (not the bad year, i don't think -- if so it wasn't this location for sure). I've been to Firestones all over Texas: El Paso, Houston area, here in Austin. I've always felt like I've gotten good service, a decent value and not taken advantage of. I will continue to use Firestone until I feel one of those don't hold true anymore. Also, if you are going for service on a weekend (anything: oil change, state inspection), go early or expect to wait. They seem to be very busy then. read more

I took my car to have a tire fixed under the warranty. Firestone had to replace the tire. When I picked up my car, I asked if they replaced the tire with the exact same tire. They young man told me, "yes"! When I got home my husband took a look at the tire and it had been replaced with an inferior tire. After we called Firestone about this, they put the correct (same tire) on the car. More of my time and energy wasted. After being lied to, I will never trust Firestone again! I will NEVER return to this Firestone again. My husband and I have been coming here since we moved down to Austin in March 2008 due to the fact that we had a Firestone back in Ohio that we knew we could trust. We figured we would have the same experience here. WRONG! I kept noticing that every time we went in to have the Civic inspected or just to have its oil changed they were recommending additional repairs. I didn't mind at first, because I thought they needed to be done. However, today was the straw that broke the camels back. We were told that two parts on the Civic were broken and that they needed to be replaced or we would not be able to have the car pass inspection the next time we needed it inspected. They wanted to charge $600 for this repair. A little research led us to find #1- the part could be ordered online for around $80 each. #2 - we called another local shop for a 2nd opinion. We were told by that shop that they doubted what they were saying had actually happened, because we would not be able to even drive the car.... Low and behold it had not happened. The folks at the local shop told us that there was a tear in this part, but in no way would it stop us from passing inspection and we certainly would be fine for another 6 months to a year. Thanks to the local shop for saving the husband and I $600 in this tough economic time. Screw the Firestone on William Cannon. If you go there for any work you are getting robbed!!! read more

I hate more than anything else having to take care of my car. I can spend hours in a dentist or vet waiting. But, I always dread and put off taking my car in for care. Well, today I woke up to a flat tire in my driveway. My dear neighbor rang my door bell at a reasonable hour 10AM on a Sunday morning and told me I had a flat tire "in case you have to be at Church on time". God bless this sweet man he brought over his tire pump and filled my tire with air. Unfortunately, I was already too late for my hiking meetup so I headed over to Firestone. I arrived at 10:30 AM on a Sunday half expecting them to not be open yet. They were open and I waited in line for less than 5 minutes before I got to the counter and explained that I had a flat tire and needed it patched. The woman quoted me 24.99 and said if they did not find a hole I would not be charged. Sweet! Then I said "I have my dog with me do I need to take her home before I drop off my car?" "No, you can bring her in on a leash" My Pup must have thought the visit to Firestone was all about her as she got so much love and attention from all the employees and customers. I also went out and watched the guy check my tire - very educational but he could not find anything wrong with my tire. So, he took the tire off the wheel to check for leaks. I had a TPMS leak which just needed tightening. When I went to check out the woman who checked me in asked me if it was OK to charge me for labor even though they did not need to repair my tire. I felt like they did much more labor in trying to find out why my tire went flat without needing a patch. So, yes of course I wanted to pay for excellent service! read more

Ok, let's be honest. Nobody likes going to get auto-work done. Hell, I had to go in and get a routine oil change & state inspection that was 14 months overdue and I felt like my daughters feel when I tell them "we're going to the library [they perk up] but you can't check out a book - we're just paying late fees [they slouch] and then we get to go to the bank AND the grocery store [they collapse]". I guess what I'm saying is there are certain business segments more likely to get really, really negative reviews because as a society we've become accustomed to instant gratification and not having to do things like wait and talk to total strangers while reading the newspaper on a lovely day. Who are you to ask me about the lovely 75 degree weather, grandma??? Can't you see I'm damn well busy pretending to check my emails on my iPhone and I have no time for your social niceties. Very rarely do you see positive reviews for auto care places. Going into it you know you're likely spending money (often to repair broken things) and you're going to have to wait. You're at a 2-star review before you even walk in the door. And heaven forbid if the coffee is out or cold. I want my venti Pumpkin Spice Latte, Bitches!!! Then there's the distinct possibility that the section of the newspaper you want is either being read or is missing entirely, or worse, you see Hank-who-hasn't-showered-in-3-days coming out of the bathroom waiving the paper like a fan behind him as he drips sweat all over the paper (well, you hope it's sweat) before plopping the paper down in front of you with a disgruntled "here ya' go". Ok, so I haven't painted a pretty picture, have I? You're not looking forward to your next trip to Firestone and neither am I. Unless Firestone starts combining with bar/restaurant types so you can have a meal and a couple drinks while you wait, nobody is ever going to be excited to go to get car-work done. Just as you rarely see positive reviews for Post Offices, Prisons, A/C Repairmen, DMV offices and never hear "Gosh, I can't WAIT to do my taxes", there are endeavors where getting out without having too much of a hassle is adequate. Well, Firestone on William Cannon was beyond adequate. They changed my oil, taking care to use the correct type of synthetic oil, inspected my car, didn't comment on my choice of having "Trouble" by The National playing loudly when they got in to move my car and got me out of there in 30 minutes after initially estimating an hour. I was able to walk up the street to a sandwich joint and eat, read the Austin Chronicle for a few minutes, head back over, and I was ready to roll (LEGALLY, thanks to the inspection sticker no longer saying 9/13). They were courteous, polite, friendly and seemed in good spirits. That's all I want from the dreaded auto-care trip. Here's hoping the post office off Highway 290 will be getting my next rave review as I have to go there tomorrow! read more

Tried to receive service multiple times. Desperate to get an oil change. Came by before work to see if they could change oil within 45 minutes, they said they need at least an hour. Came in the next day giving then an hour, they said they'd need at least 2 hours and that I should come earlier in the day for less wait. I called them today as I was leaving work and asked what turn around would be, they said 2-3 hours. So I went to Jiffy Lube and was in & out in 30 minutes. I guess Firestone is good choice for consumers as long as a friend can pick you up and you're okay being without your car for half the day. read more

Totally honest, saved me $2500, and even beat their own estimate by $400! Car works perfectly now. I had an Acura that was badly misfiring. Acura dealership said it needed $3k of work. I called the Oak Hill Firestone about a couple of the line items, and they said that they couldn't get the parts. I didn't believe it, so I called this William Cannon Firestone. They took my info and said they'd call me back. After a few hours, they said they figured out what the part is and that it would be about $1000 out the door and would fix all of my problems. Much better than $3K I waited 2 months to have the work done, and the gentleman who had done the legwork had been promoted out of the store. I brought the car in, expecting it to be there for two days, and to have to re-hash the work needed. Well, I described the problem and what had been discussed 2 months ago, and left it with them. After examining the car, something didn't seem right with the Acura service diagnosis. They called a different dealership and had some conversations with one of their techs. Turns out that the part we were looking to replace almost never goes bad. Some other symptoms confirmed that the part I actually needed was cheaper and easier to access, and it would bring the total down to $600. That's where they came in, and the car is perfect now. This place provided professional customer service, good amenities and clear communication to help resolve what was a headache of a car issue. To sum it up my car terminal (cables that connect to the battery) had to be replaced because the corrosion basically had ate them away so my car was at the brink of not starting or shutting off. Note: if you are from out of state you should probably get a new interstate battery to insure this doesn't happen to you. I called before I showed up to explain the service I needed and asked the estimated time. I showed up and the technician saw my car and confirmed that the terminals did in fact need to be replaced and also recommended I get the battery checked with a free battery check service. TIP!!! Always assume your service will take longer because it always does. This is the case anywhere, at any shop, in any state, so you should come prepared to spend at least 2 hours at any place. After I told them what service I needed I connected to their free WIFI and did some work. I brought my laptop and charger because every place takes at least 2hrs. I liked that they had a TV with football on, a fridge with water bottles and some fresh coffee. Nothing fancy but everything you needed to be happy while you waited. The waiting area was on the smaller side but clean. When my service was complete the batter terminals were replaced, the battery was tested, had failed, and replaced and everything was communicated to me. My car works fine and the price was very reasonable given what was done. TIP!!! If you are unsure about anything, just ask. Want to know how long it will take? Just ask, then add an hour, lol. Also ask about any free inspections so you can make sure you know about something before it's an issue. Battery, brakes, fluids... Overall, this place provided attentive customer service, useful amenities and clear communication and it went a long way in providing peace of mind at a time when my vehicle needed something repaired. They are open on Sunday and I will definitely be comping back to get my car aligned and oil changed in the near turn. Also to get the brakes checked. read more

I opened my computer as soon as I got home from Firestone because I needed to leave them 5 stars right away. I very stupidly ran over the curb today in my very low Honda Accord. The right side of my splash guard was dragging and some type of air filter box completely fell off. As my car is only one year younger than me, I was scared the repairs would cost more than the car. I had my dog with me as she had came to work with me that day and was going to walk her home, but the staff very graciously invited me to bring her inside with me to wait so that I didn't have to walk all the way home. Because of some missing clips, they told me I would have to take it to the dealer to get fixed completely. Instead, after some smart brainstorming by the mechanics (thanks Jessica!), they found a way to drill holes into my filter and strap it back into my car in a DIY kind of way. Sure it doesn't look very pretty underneath there, but who knows how much I saved by not going to the dealer--and they didn't even charge me a single cent to look at it and to fix it! Thank you for being clever and taking the time to come up with other options, Jessica, and to the awesome staff members inside who made me and my pup feel beyond welcome--I'm dedicated to Firestone for all of my repairs in the future now because of you all!! read more

I would be careful about this place. I took my cars here religiously since I started driving, for whatever they have needed. They do the whole scummy repairs that aren't needed thing, but if you're willing to look past that and get only what you know you'll need, you'll be fine. I went here recently when my drain plug wouldn't come off. They said they couldn't get it and I'd need to replace the whole oil pan. I took my car and went to a local shop and they were able to get it off in less than 30 seconds. Basically, be careful. If you know what you want, go for it. But I don't trust their advice and I advise you to always get a second opinion. read more

AVOID ALL FIRESTONE LOCATIONS I called into a location around Anderson Mill area (forgot exactly where) and they gave me a good quote for replacing my front brake pads. The rep told me it would take an hour tops if I brought it in first thing in the morning so I did and decided to wait on it. After THREE AND A HALF HOURS I was able to get my car back but there was no explanation as to why it took so long. Six weeks later my brakes start to make the same noise as they were before they were replaced so I took it to the Firestone location off William Cannon hoping they would check it out for free since it should have been fixed last time I took it to them. They did look at it for free but claimed that they couldn't find any problems so they just cleaned the brakes again. In addition to that one of the mechanics was nice enough to wipe his greasy hands on the interior of my car and leave a few boot prints in the back seat... Not sure how that happens when you're supposed to be looking at the brakes. Thanks so much guys read more
