What I appreciate most is that they never use pressure or scare tactics to push unnecessary repairs. They're honest, straightforward, and truly treat you like family instead of just another customer walking through the door. They told us what they needed to do the testing and how to leave the car. They also escorted us to the waiting area. While not fancy it had unisex bathrooms and water available. The Jiffy TV had tips and tricks for your car playing and there were magazines for reading. In need of wipers? They have you. New tires? They have that too! The staff worked diligently and quickly to get us in and out and the charge was nominal. I'd recommend this Jiffy Lube for anyone seeking this service.

Brought in early on Friday morning, they ordered the part and gave me an 1100 (roughly) dollar estimate. Cam shaft sensors are not easy to get to, btw. They got the part in, got it fixed before the end of the day, and my bill was ~850 bucks. They didn't need to replace one of the sensors, and said to me, why spend the money if you don't need to. Respect that. If you get there early, you can generally wait a short time for simple stuff like oil change or junk. I just drop it off and pick it up after work. Muuuuuuccccccchhhhhh better than going corporate or dealer, by far!

You may can get a $20 rebate on the Valvoline oil for the oil change, but it takes 6 to 8 weeks before you'll know if it's even been approved or not. The mechanic was nice and told me what was going on with the vehicle at least. When I worked for Quick Ten etc. we always included the price of the oil filter into the cost of the oil change. That's really false advertising to have it as an add on charge in my book, because That's kind of a bait and switch tactic. Your going in thinking around $60 after taxes but it ends up costing you $125 instead, after add on fees and taxes. After being told from another place that gets cars in a "Jiffy" that they could not work on my car, this place was able to do the car inspection, have it into the system and out the door before I could even finish a small bottle of water "and was in the 90s that day" This place is the only place I will take my car to, to get my state inspection. I was so upset with this place that I decided to write my first ever Yelp review. I took my car to…read morethis place for headlight issue and they quoted me $2500 for headlight assembly and I declined and just payed the $164 diagnostic fee. 3 hrs after I picked up the car, my check engine light and traction control sign came on so I took it back next morning. The service adviser said, had a engine misfire, why did they forget to put that on the inspection list? The mechanic said they didn't even put that on the courtesy inspection because all of the focus was on the headlight. So who's telling the truth here? I just said the timing is fishy and left because they had a look on their face not knowing why I would be upset.
