These guys do not care about their customers at all. It is very evident by the guy at the computer when you get there. I talks to you like its bothering him that you dared to come in. Then when you make an appointment they tell you their guy is busy and it will take 2 hours. Thats what I made an appointment for, so you know im coming and reserve my space. I recommend Firestone 100% however the CFNA credit card they offer is a scam, worst service ever for a credit card company as soon as mine is paid off I am walking away from it. I will always go to Firestone but never will I be using this credit card again. The customer service workers for CFNA are rude and hostile. By all means go to Firestone they have saved me a lot of times and they are fantastic just not the credit card they provide. It's junk. I wish they would go with a different company. This place is shady AF, stay far far away. I came here and had some work done to my car. I left and the engine light kept coming on. I took it back to them and the manager told me, "Give it a week or so it can work itself out". Really? The car was almost losing power while driving on the 405 freeway. I decided to take the car to the dealership who told me that they- Firestone Encino, put the wrong parts in SMH. Can you believe it? And the manager kept telling me to just give it a week or so. Few things. 1st, the guy in the front desk named Andre doesn't look like he knows what he's doing, after the service, no explanation if there is a concerns or suggestion on my car. So I ask for a copy of the report they did like how's the tires, brakes, fluids etc. that's why I purchased the car care package for me to know my car situation. But he said we don't give copy of the report and if I want, just take a picture of the ipad. I was like seriously? I have been a customer for 15 years or so and it was the first time I heard something like that. This guy Adre doesn't know what he's doing. He doesn't know how to navigate the computer and not a single courtesy attitude from this guy. .2nd, while watching my car doing the service the technician Zack who works on my car looks like in training and keep asking the guy next to him what to do and I felt like my car wasn't serviced right. He tried to lift my car but he seems having problem with the positioning and took him some time and finally gave up so I didn't see him lift the car and check the suspension nor did the tire rotation which was included with the package. So it was a mess and honestly the trust have been broken. They are not trustworthy to do the service you paid for. I was watching my car the whole time and didn't see they lift the car and in the report said they did.. so would you trust them?, I took this picture from the ipad because Adre the advisor said they don't give a copy of the report, so I was like seriously? And the notes said that some of my tires are worn but he didn't explain to me the report and suggest what to do.. This guy doesn't know what he's doing.. read more

I just drove Drove in because my tire light went off and I wanted to get some air put in my tires and I sat there for over five minutes with two mechanics looking at me and then walking around looking at me and then walking around. No one came over to see what I needed. I finally got out of my car and went inside and the woman there told me that I needed to wait for them to finish working on cars for me to just get my tires checked!! so the signs that are up on their thing saying free battery check free tire pressure is all a lot of crap. It was so dismissive and rude. I've taken my business there before, and after this encounter, , I will not go back. read more

Horrible service. I purchased the lifetime alignment and they have never been able to do it correctly. They always say it's because I replaced my suspension with cheap parts (bilstiens and moog brand so not too bad). But I've gone 4 times and not once have they gotten my alignment correct if anything they make it worse every time. They used the excuse yesterday that my rack and pinion was leaking jsut so they didn't have to touch my car. I take it to the van Nuys Firestone today and they had no problems my car has never driven straighter! Horrible techs here save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else! read more

Rude staff and slow service. Came in early because it was one of the few places open for a simple tire patch. Waited almost one hour for them not even to look at the car. More people in the lobby standing around then mechanics who are trained to do the job. The response I received when complaining about slow service. "We have one mechanic, you didn't ask". You should train your employees to give customers eta and set expectations to tell your customers that you have 1 mechanic and a simple fix will take more than an hour. read more

The "manager" who helped me when I dropped off my car, the first time, only told me I needed a part to complete the alignment. I brought it back for that, plus the 4 new tires that weren't verbally recommended but I saw on the email that I needed. So when I dropped it off for all that the second time; she also wasn't clear about the fact that my car wouldn't be ready until almost closing time. They also were not clear that if I did not get there by 6 PM, I would not be able to retrieve my car until the next morning at 7 AM so I was without my vehicle because they didn't call me until eight minutes before closing time and obviously I didn't have time to get over there during that eight minute window. They also didn't tell me any of the recommendations that my car needed. I only found out some of them by reading the email that was sent to me, but that wasn't complete because now my car is at another Firestone because I needed a coolant system flush and oil change that they did put on the receipt, HOWEVER: it also needs brakes, a fuel system flush, and battery all of which would've been nice to know while they had my car at the first location (Encino, CA) the first time because now I've been to firestone three times in a week! I'm NOT HAPPY! My time is worth something! Going to a car repair shop three times in one week is really not ok! It's literally your job to inform me verbally of ALL recommendations, and I got NONE. Firestone COMPLETE auto care is in the name. FAIL. read more

They don't believe in repairing a tire- ever. Only selling you a new tire, even if you have well more than the recommended 2/32" thread left on your 6-month old tire- "our policy is to replace at 5/32". Oh yes, and it takes the better half of the day to replace that tire, like everyone else said. When you look around the store, it seems to be filled with women customers. Wait time was four hours for simple a/c recharge @ first parts person sent wrong part , had to wait for another part then another hour from 9 am in the morning. Then had to wait for them to. Charge car unbelievable do not recommend. read more

I love Firestone. I dropped my car off last night and used the after hours key drop. I got an oil change, tire rotation, tire balance, and an alignment. Because I had previously bought my tires there. The tire rotation and balancing was free. The alignment was also free, because I had previously bought the lifetime alignment. It's worth every penny if you like to keep your car for more than a few years. So, I only paid for the oil change. And they did a great job! read more

Went in yesterday to do an oil change. As you can see they did not tie the screws really well and my plate fell off while driving which is a very lousy job they did and dangerous I got stuck not driving which caused me more money to spend and buy a new plate. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Just be careful because one screw they don't tie can cause an accident. Choose other place. read more

want to give a shout out to Jose !!! i woke up to yellow lights on my dash & had low tire pressure and wanted to make sure I didn't have a nail in my tire because it's so important to be able to take these kids to school!! Jose checked all of my tires and even helped me with my washer fluid and did not make me feel bad about it at all. I waited in line for about 10 minutes while the employee helped someone in the lot. Then when he finally helped me, and I needed him to assess my tire, I was told I'd have to wait because he had all of these people in line... *behind me. What was I in, if it wasn't in line??? I don't know where the real line is, but I left and I'm not going back to find out. There are a hundred different tire places on that block. Went to different shops down Ventura Blvd and none were able to help me but Firestone . The staff was really helpful. Joe was really professional. I needed an emergency flat repair and oil change and he immediately took me in. He mentioned that the tires had wear bars and once it's at the same level as the rest of the tire it's considered bald. So I got a good value tire on. He also mentioned a discount when applying for the credit card and gave me a bigger discount by checkout. They earned a new customer . read more

Where do I even start? Ok, so I needed an oil change. The girl at the desk told me that I needed my air filters changed. I asked her what's important doing that. She said because you can smell it in the vents... lol!!! I also paid over $1,600 in repairs, including brand new tires in February at the Firestone on Balboa, so I got the cfna credit membership with perks, like 5% off on all new purchases. I pointed it out to her and she tried to decline that. I pointed out the sign literally right there next to her saying it, and even read it out loud. That wasn't enough, she had to verify with another girl. It also said free tire repairs on flat. But I had to buy a new tire, because the nail on the side wall doesn't qualify. Ok, have that written, in there. She kept repeating that I didn't buy the road hazard insurance, redundantly, it was annoying, and the other girl chimed in with adlibs to back her up. I KNOW it's $149 for one year in case I get a flat or nail in the tire. Oh, so I needed an O2 sensor replaced as well and they didn't mention it, because I'm at a repair shop right now writing all of this. And the mechanic here in San Fernando Mission Rd, told me there's NO sticker on my window that an oil change has been done. Firestone overall sucks! But the one in Encino sucks asteroid dust! read more

I was close by and decided to stop by to have them check my tire pressure because the light comes on every 2 days or so after we fill with air. The guy at the front tells me to wait outside for a technician to help. It was obvious after standing by their work area that I wasn't going to be helped. I was not even acknowledged. If I can give zero stars, I would. A gentleman named Israel helped me over there for a vehicle inspection. Not only was he very unwelcoming. He looks like he hates his job. He told me 2 tires needed to be replaced to pass the inspection. I went elsewhere to change my tires and came back only for another employee to tell me the other 2 tires needed to also be replaced. I asked to speak to Israel to inform me about the situation and he refused to come talk to me. His excuse to his coworkers was that he's on lunch while laughing in the lobby with his coworkers.
