This last attempt to patronize this location was the cherry on top. I'm writing this on a Thursday while waiting in a lobby getting my tires changed, not this locations lobby though. I had walked in Tuesday afternoon after work and asked to price out some tires. They gave me a good deal and told me to setup an appointment for Thursday (today) which I did on the spot. Dropped it off this morning at 6am and dropped the keys in the drop off as I was told. I figured I had an appointment so they could put two and two together and realize the vehicle out front matches a tire appointment in their system. Came back after work around 3pm and got dropped off when I realize my vehicle hasn't moved, no new tires. I never received a call so I figured maybe they were running late. I walk in asking to pick up my vehicle and I have a short talk with the manager where he informed me they didn't touch it because there was no appointment. I gave him my phone number and he found the appointment. He said if I wanted to wait they would get it in shortly and put the tires on. I was already irritated at this because this is the SECOND time this has happened. Last time I brought a work vehicle in at noon and left it for an oil change, came back at 5:30 pm and my vehicle hadn't moved and they told me the ticket was sitting on the technicians hook. I informed the manager this was the second time I've dropped off a vehicle and it wasn't worked on or even moved. The manager gave me a standard insincere apology and asked if I wanted to wait or not. I told him I like Firestone tires and if he could make me a deal, he said I already had a good deal and he couldn't do anything else. I told him I would have to take my vehicle elsewhere then and without hesitation he turned around, grabbed my keys, and handed them to me. Didn't seem to care about my time and multiple attempts to do business at this location. I went to another location and they informed me the tires I was suppose to be purchasing from that store don't show up anywhere in the system including the warehouse. I have no clue what tires they had or were going to mount if I had waited. Go to a different store. Service is bad here, long wait times, and they don't seem to care. At this point in my review another location price matched better tires for me that they have in stock and already have the tires off my vehicle getting ready to start the swap. I find it hard to believe this location couldn't get tires done between 7 and 3 or an oil change between 12 and 5:30. I'm so tired of shops that claim to be experts, but then do the kind of work I'd expect if I took my truck to the local high school and let the shop use my truck as a learning tool. read more

I LOVE this Firestone location. My friend and I have been going there for years and they are always fair, professional and knowledgeable! Recently brought my daughter's new USED truck in for servicing and I truly thought I'd end up paying $1,000s because it is such a beat up vehicle but the work was only a couple hundred! This place is awful, and it's ran even worse. To start, I am a native to the area because I visit the Walgreens, liquor store, and Waterway at times. I see this place many times a week and nothing has changed. First of all, we are in a (DEADLY) pandemic and their website promised that "staff will be wearing masks" and I saw a video ad showing that cars will be sanitized. None of this is true, and it is against the mask mandate for COVID-19. Many staff members either are wearing a mask but have it down to their chins, or they don't have one period. This is a serious health hazard, which would be infecting their customers. So, many of these people are inside customer cars without a mask, breathing all over their car... how safe is that..? It isn't about their employees getting sick, it's about saving other people's lives and stopping the virus. They also need to learn how to follow state rules if they want to stay open as a business. Next, I have gotten a service from this place many times over the years and honestly I haven't been impressed. My recent visit, I came in for an inspection on my car. Which was fine. I also got an alignment and I had to come in after 3 tries in order for it to not pull as bad... Insane to say the least. But, my least favorite thing about this place is the customer service, along with the unprofessional employees. In the bays, the workers are constantly blasting loud music, standing close together (with no masks), and to top it all of most of the time they are standing around taking smoke breaks all day. I believe that this isn't how a company should be ran, it looks like no rules are enforced on these adults... I see the way that they recklessly drive customer cars and I just don't think thats fair to treat people who PAY you to do a service. All I am saying is this place needs to do better if they want to stay open. You are better off going to Discount Tire, and that says a lot... read more

Quoted us $700 for a brake job and said we needed tires. Got defensive, snippy when we said our tires are new (one was 2 weeks new!). When we got back there, they said they mixed us up with another guy and our quote was really $500. Took it for a second opinion anyway, and they said we simply had sand in our brakes, cleaned it up free, and brakes fine. Oh, and Family Auto Care-our second opinion place- ALSO had to fix the filter Firestone put on wrong during the oil change they did for us at $40. Yea, we will be hitting small claims. Never had an experience like this in my life. There was lady in there and the Firestone guy told her she needed a new air conditioning system in her car. $1500! He said her converter was cracked. She asked to see it, he backtracked and said .."oh it Is not really cracked but leaking." WE WERE OUT OF THERE! Where is Tom Martino when we need him? read more

I had a slow leak in a tire on my vehicle while I was running errands early on a Saturday, 6:30AM. I saw this Firestone opened at 7:00 and there was someone inside. I stopped simply to ask if they could look at it first thing. The employee/manager saw me and never addressed nor came to the door. At 7:01 he opened the door and asked how could he help and informed me they couldn't look at it for two hours. I drove to Discount Tire which didn't open until 8:00. Upon arriving at 7:15, the manager walked out to "just let" me " know that we don't have technician in until 8:00". He then asked if there's something he could help with and told me they'd "sneak" me in first thing. Now that's customer service. read more

AWFUL. absolutely awful. had tires put on last week and one wasnt even put on all the way had to go back the next morning to get them to tighten it. then had to return the day after because they never balanced the tires and my car shook uncontrollably while driving. now not even a week later and one of the tires is flat. absolutely ridiculous. very upset. will never go back. read more

I really appreciated the help that I got from Paul and Jeff, both Managers there. I have received very questionable advise from other repair service shops but they took me back and actually "showed" me what I needed done. They gave me a fair price, didn't sneak extras in, and even gave me a ride home while the services were done. I know where to bring my car from now on. read more

I normally don't write reviews but this one is well deserved. I was pass due on my oil change and I finally decided to get one on my day off. The technician told me it would take about 45 mins so I decided to go walk to the mall across the street and do some shopping. I got back with about 10 mins left but it ended up taking a little longer than expected. I didn't realize how late it was since I wasn't in a hurry but the tech came over with my agreement for me to sign and apologized and told me my oil change was free!! I really was not expecting that all but if they are going to offer I will not say no! This truly is customer service!! If they don't meet your expectations they are obviously willing to pay for your service!! I will def be coming back for future car maintenance!!! read more

I have consistently gone to this place for oil changes and other minor things. coupons, location and other deals made this place convenient for me. However, how difficult is it for them to complete an oil change? They messed up the drain plug in the oil pan because they tightened it too much. What upsets me is that they lied by saying that the pan had been hit by something underneath and therefore my drain plug got damaged. I took my car to a carshop far from me, where a good friend/mechanic works, and he confirmed it had nothing to do with what they said. Use them but don't ever opt for waiting on the car. This location is not capable of meeting promised time - I've been using it for years, so this is bases on multiple visits. This last time, my vehicle was sitting on the lift for over an hour with two tires off, two still on without anybody touching it. When, after almost two hours of sitting there, I went to ask if they are planning to continue working on it, they started moving with the manager, who was seemingly doing nothing previously, though I'm sure he would disagree, would get up and started helping. Somehow, and I need to learn on my own experience, they only move after you start making noise. They have two managers and a front desk person with two techs actually working - talking about efficiency! Update after I picked up the car - dropped to one star: After all that wait, they managed to install the tires incorrectly. They have a large poster on their wall (and I assume the techs were supposed to be trained in it too) that new tires go to the back. Well, to my surprise, the two new tires that I got were on the front with the old ones (granted, not bold but half way through) on the back! The store manager first explained that it's more relevant in winter as putting older tires in the back could cause an oversteer in rainy conditions - hmm... winter... rain... He did, of course, offered to make it right and swap them promising to get done in 5 min. Since I was already there for over 2 hours instead of 1-1.5 hour as promised and missed couple of appointments, I couldn't spare more time. Will probably do an early rotation at one point... at a different location. They also managed to bust one of the TPMS sensors - claimed that "it happens", but, to their credit, they covered the cost "due to long wait". I'm no specialist, but I have yet to experience, or hear, of tire shops busting sensors when mounting tires and claim that it's something that "happens from time to time". Hopefully, I've learned my lesson - not planning to keep using this location. It's unfortunate because it's very convenient to me, but the level of incompetence and mismanagement is too high for my tastes. read more

I brought my car here for a simple repair- they were quick, but it turns out that's because they didn't make the needed repair, and the problem is exactly the same as before. I took the car to another (reputable) repair shop who confirmed that the needed part had not been replaced. There are many better places to take your car- don't get ripped off by these guys! read more

BAIT AND SWITCH!! GM OWNERS READ THIS!! This Firestone has become a great example of sleazy car repair shops. This past weekend I made an appointment for their $20 oil change special. When I got there the gentleman at the desk (Dan) took my information, keys, and handed me a work order for $60! I stated that I was there for the $20 oil change special and he told me that my car takes a Dexos approved oil and that wasn't a part of the special. Their ad does state that the special is for Kendall GT-1 oil. I expressed my frustration that I was not told that on the phone when I made the appointment which he dismissed as 'well, that wasn't me.' I was irritated but ended up giving the go ahead. I live somewhat close so I went home to wait for them to finish. While there I found a link on GM's website that lists all of the Dexos approved oils. To my surprise Kendall GT-1 is a Dexos approved oil! I was furious. I went back to speak with Dan who told me that he had never heard that their oil is Dexos approved. I kept trying to show him the list on my phone and he refused to look at it. He then told me 'well, I will give you $15 off'. I asked him why I would pay $45 for a their $20 special and he insisted that they could not use Kendall GT-1 in my car because it was the wrong weight oil. He said that Kendall GT-1 is 0W and my suburban takes 5W. So I asked him if they had been putting 0W in my other cars when they used Kendall GT-1 and he said 'no we use the 5W' in those. When I asked why he couldn't use the 5W in the suburban he said because it is not Dexos approved. I again tried to show him GM's list on my phone and he refused to look at it. I am wondering how many people have they done this bait and switch to. Almost all GM cars 2011 or later require Dexos oil. Unfortunately this is not my first issue with this Firestone and Dan but I figured I would give them another shot since they are so close to my house. read more

I want everyone to know, how shady this location is as well as their Claims department in Nashville, TN. Paul the manager, all the way to the manager of claims, neither have an ounce of integrity. They damaged my brake light assembly over the bed of my truck, which caused over 2k in water damage to my headliner. They attempted to fix it two times, shampoo the headliner and were not able to fix it because they in fact broke it. I told them I am taking it to the dealership to be repaired after two failed attempts. Paul asked me to fax over the estimate. Once I did that, they back peddled and said that they did not cause the damage, that its a GMC issue. I've had my truck 4 years and not a single issue until they changed my brake light and two weeks later when it rained, the damage started and from the brake assembly. It's not rocket science that they broke it. They refused to work with me by email and now I know why as they wanted no paper trail. They have now told me, per claims that they didn't cause it and for me to provide proof. The additional times they tried to fix it, shampoo it etc.. has now, "never happened" and their stance has become "prove it". I wouldn't recommend anyone getting anything done here. They messed up changing a darn brake light bulb and refuse to own up to their mistake which is now costing me over $2,000 to repair. The best part to me, no integrity and the fact they're denying even working on it again, I am making it up and to prove it. NEVER GO HERE. Buyer beware - this is not the Firestone it used to be. There seems to be new management that is driving the service down and pressuring up-sells on unsuspecting customers. After taking one of our 3 cars in to have the winter tires changed we noticed that one of the tires was shaking the car at higher speeds. When we took the car in to be checked they noticed that a lug nut was missing but they didn't have time to check it out -- WHAT!!! Forgot a lug-nut, and didn't have time to look at it. "Bring it back tomorrow, and turn your radio up so you don't hear the noise" was the suggestion. Not good. Today, when my wife took the car back again, they said they needed to order the new lug-nut that they forgot, and told her by the way, the reason the tire was shaking is that we need new tires for 1200 bucks - not true, these tires are fine. After a $650 brake job on my Tahoe, my emergency brake was not working -- they charged me 200 bucks to fix it, and upsold me a $45 airlifter, and told me I needed special 'high-mileage' more expensive oil for my oil change, which I bit off on, then they said I needed to clean my fuel system for another 100 or so -- that's where I drew the line. This, after I stood in line listening to them upselling the poor guy ahead of me. I question the integrity of the new management and the service has seems to have taken a back seat to upselling customers -- buyer beware. Disappointing as this store is so close, but with at least 10 tire stores in the as many square miles, I think we'll be looking elsewhere for now. read more

What a terrible experience. I recently moved within walking distance of this Firestone and was due for an oil change. I made a reservation for 3pm and everything seemed okay when I dropped the car off and told them I would be back at 5pm to pick it up. I hadn't heard by 5pm so I called at 5:15 to confirm it was done. They told me they were just about to pull it in and it would be done in 45 minutes. To be safe, I went over at 6:30 to pick it up and they were in the middle of my service. When I was greeted by the guy working the counter, he said he didn't know why the mechanic was having issues today or why my 3pm appointment was taking so long. He didn't apologize or seem to care that my oil change was now getting close to a 4 hour experience and was blaming the mechanic working on it. To top it off when everything was complete, my car smelled of an obese mechanic that required all windows to be rolled down for the next 30 minutes. The stench was still lingering the next day. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS OR ANY OTHER FIRESTONE!!! read more

I took my car for an oil change to thislocation in CO. They told me I need my tires rotated and my alignment was off which was funny since the i just got new tire and my car aligned less then a month before and had less then 300 miles on them. Then they had the balls to tell me my breaklines need fulshed 15k before manufature recomendation but they had a special that is convient. I did not trust a word they said from the min they said your tires showed wear when they were brad new. You have to be kidding me. They think you can take advantage of people and they will just go on with there business. I had an appointment and my oil change and tire patch took 2 hours. I will never go back to this place. I feel the $60 I spent was a waist. I work in a customer service job and theirs is HORRIBLE. Do not trust anything they say.
