had a wonderful experience at Goodyear Auto Service Center on Arapahoe Road. While driving, I heard a noise and discovered that a panel under the front of my car was rubbing against the street. I pulled into the service center and was immediately helped by Sean, the Service Manager. Sean was kind, professional, and understanding. As an 80-year-old on a fixed income, I truly appreciated the care and respect he showed me. After inspecting my car, he found that the front panel had come loose and quickly secured it so it would no longer drag on the road. For a simple oil change and rotation waited almost an hour and half when I asked what the hold up was I got no response at all. Not sure why it takes so long for something so simple but I won't be coming back especially when initially called I asked how long it was going to take and was told no more than an hour mind you I made an appointment as well. read more

I took my car here for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Upon arriving, a gentleman whose badge said service manager asked to assist me. I told him I had made a reservation and just needed a tire rotation and oil change. He said he needed to look at my car, so we walked outside. I then noticed that I had a screw in my tire and asked if he could fix that as well. He mumbled something but I didn't catch it and then also told me that my tires were wearing on The inside and I would also need an alignment. Mind you I came for an oil change and rotation on a 2 yr old car...2yr old tires. But whatever...we returned inside and I asked again about the screw and he very promptly told me "I told you outside that you can't repair that, you need new tires" I told him I did not want to get new tires and to complete the oil change. And left. When I returned to pick up my car, the price of the oil change was over $30 more them what was quoted. He then started telling me that my car needed more oil than the quote (ok...I can understand that) and I replied "so that was $30?" And he very rudely replied "well I'm telling you what else" I said ok and paid. The print out then included a quote for replacement tires for over $1400. I immediately left and took my car to discount where they were able to repair the tire no problem and at no cost! This manager was rude and gave me false information on what was honestly needed for my car! I will never return to this location or any other Goodyear location after this experience read more

They've gotten a little more expensive with their services but what company hasn't during these times, with the exception of Arizona iced tea. My once 70 dollar oil change with discount is now discounted to over 100 dollars . That is the only legitimate complaint that I have, because I can rely on the services here and cannot say the same for other places that I've been. I bought all new tires from these guys 6 months ago. I recently found a screw in one of the tires when my TPMS light kept coming on. I took it in to see what they could do. He looked at it, said there's nothing they can do and handed me a quote of almost $200 for a new tire. Took my car to Discount Tires - they said it was repairable and patched it up no problem. Seriously, this place is good. The front desk is super friendly. I walked back to check on them to find my vehicle being treated with lots of love. It's got almost 200k miles so I wouldn't just take it anywhere. I bring my old and new car here. Oil and tires are a safe bet. I thought something was wrong with one of my bearings and come to find out it was a loose bolt and could have been really bad. They could have taken advantage and they didn't!!! Worst Service Ever My Jeep Wrangler was experiencing more play than usual in the steering, especially at higher speeds (above 50mph). I was concerned about the vehicle's safety driving at higher speeds. So, I took it in for an alignment and asked that they drive it at a higher speed so the mechanic could experience what I had to insure it was indeed safe to drive. When they called to tell me it was ready they had done the alignment, but had not driven it at a higher speed like I had asked. Instead they proceeded to try and sell me new tires and other services I did not need. When I picked it up the service manager didn't say more than a few sentences to me about paying for the service. He did not ask about my experience or if I was happy with the service. The fact that my concern for safety was ignored is unacceptable. I do not recommend this store to anyone. They are only in business to sell you things you do not need. read more

I use to come to this Goodyear all the time. Russ was my go to guy. He always got me taken care of. I have bought tires and had any work my husband didn't have the time to do, done there. Well, Russ is no longer there. I called the other day to set up an appointment. I needed my brakes done. My husband was out of town and couldn't do them himself. I knew exactly what I needed. I called up there and spoke with John. I told him exactly what I needed- pads and rotors on the front, pads on the rear maybe rotors, I wasn't sure if they could be machined or not. I was basically told that I didn't know what I was talking about and I didn't know what I was asking for because I was a female. I'm noticing a trend with the women that have gone to this store since John took over. If you're a female, stay away unless you can speak to some one other than John. read more

She hates things like this because although she can change her air filter herself and such, she doesn't know a lot about cars. I started taking my car here because it was convenient to my work. I keep taking my car here because they do a good job and are completely reliable. They don't tell you a bunch of stuff is wrong with your car when it's not. They fix what's broken, and that's it. If something is about to break, they'll let you know. As a woman that doesn't know much about cars, I don't feel like they try to take advantage of me. The manager Russ is a good, decent and honest guy. He works hard and keeps the place running. Came in to get a couple tires replaced on a Saturday around noon. I believe I was helped by the manager. 1. Showed me 4 different options 2. Explained patiently and clearly how to understand the different ratings on the tires 3. Gave me three tires for the price of two 4. Told me he cleans the bathroom himself twice a day. That's a humble person who takes pride in every aspect of their work. 5. Was happy to go over the final receipt with me. 6. My car wouldn't start after coming out of a business close to this Goodyear store. It finally started, so I took it to them to see what the issue was. A young man, Brett Bennett, was extremely helpful, showed me that my battery terminals were very corroded, then he cleaned them as best as he could so I could at least limp home. He said to bring it in the next day & they would fix it permanently. And he didn't charge me a single penny! Of course I gave him a $20 as a thanks for being so helpful. Next day I go in & am greeted by an absolute tool at the counter. Every time I tried to explain why I was there, he interrupted me. After numerous attempts to communicate to this neanderthal, I asked him to call in Brett. Again, Brett was extremely helpful, even while the bozo at the counter continued to be rude & obnoxious. To the red headed & bearded idiot at the counter, you said you'd been doing this for 30 years, as if to try to impress me, or to cover up your incompetence. Whichever, it was your incompetence that truly shined through. And no, I won't be coming back, & I truly hope Brett finds another place to work as I'm certain you treat him just like you treated this customer - horribly rude & disrespectful. read more

Huge disappointment. They don't service automotive diesel engines--hilarious. In their congressional district alone there will be about 40,000 of them on the road. They can't even do a basic pressure test in order to price a job on just changing a couple radiator hoses. And, the shop closes unreasonably anyhow (5 p.m.). What a joke. I can't in good conscience now take my alignment, oil change, or other such basic business to them either. read more

I took my car in because my light was showing low tire pressure I figured it might have a nail. (Easy patch) Good told me that I had a nail and tire could not be fixed. They were charging me $290 for one tire. I told them to put my old tire on and I would take it to the dealership as I had warranty on the tires. I took the car to dealership and they said there was nothing wrong. They filled the tire with air and the sensor went away.. Good year is a rip off! My family and I has used this shop numerous times over the years for various things. It has been fine and I really haven't had any complaints until now. I brought my vehicle in for some fairly expensive work and a day after I got it back, I did a thorough detailing. When you detail the car you notice every last thing. I opened the hood and to my disappointment, the plastic on the intake was all scratched up. Not just little scuffs, but actual scratches you can feel into the plastic. The car works fine, but it is obvious that someone took it off and threw it on the ground. Honesty is a big deal to me. This shop has treated me well in the past, but the fact that they didn't mention or say anything about this is a big deal. If they aren't going to be honest about something like this, how do I know I can trust them in the future? This damages their credibility to me and for that reason, I cannot recommend them. read more

After taking 3 different cars to this goodyear, I am moving on. I have tried 3 different times in 3 weeks to get an appointment and they can never accomodate, unless I want to drop my car off at 7AM and pick up after 6PM. Always blaming the issue on being short staffed. I called right down the street to Firestone and got my oil changed in an hour. read more

I was originally pleasantly surprised by the shop, their service and affordability. Over the last year they have slipped and I attribute it to the bearded guy at the counter (name omitted intentionally) who approaches business like it's a privileged to work with them and they're the only shop in town. The last couple of times they've worked on my cars I've come away feeling screwed. Charging excessive prices on parts and labor. I won't be back. Not only are they not customer service oriented, they treat you as if you are a complete moron. Their first concern is them I'm not sure where the customer even fits in to a concern. I recently moved to CO from MN and needed to get my car looked at and had gone to Goodyear for over 10 years before moving. Will not be back. They could not find an issue for the lights that went on in my car, then all of the sudden my brakes needed to be replaced. And then they said they actually did fix the issue I brought my car in for. I drive the car off of the lot and all of the lights turn back on. I called and spoke with the manager John, who told me I need to call my father so he could explain the technical terms to me because I obviously didn't understand. I will never give them my business again and would encourage anyone, especially women to stay away unless you like being told you need to have a man explain things to you because you don't understand. read more

I have had them service 3 cars for me, ranging from crappy ol POS to pretty new. They are very diligent, professional and competent. I have had them repair mistakes made by other shops, and solve the mystery problem that others missed. Scheduling is fairly easy, and they are always willing to discuss the issue by phone, where some other shops demand you "bring it in" every time. The location is convenient overall. My first time going to this store, and I definitely won't be going back. I took my 2014 Ram Laramie here, and received a mystery stain on one of my leather seats. They told me that it couldn't have occurred there, and didn't even bother to ask the tech who worked on my truck about it. I am so particular about this truck... and every time I get into it now and see the stain, it breaks my heart. This might be a rare occurrence, in fact it probably is, but I'm telling you what happened to me at this shop. They have at least one careless tech working in the back. I don't think they handled the situation very well either. read more
