I used to take my work vehicle, which is considered a fleet vehicle to the Goodyear near this Firestone and recently when I went, the guy at Goodyear said they no longer take most of the fleet service payments anymore, so I came here instead. Dropping my vehicle off for a state inspection, oil change, tire rotation, wipers, filters, etc... They called me about 4 hours later to say it was done! Took my vehicle in for 2 tires. They rotated my back tires to front & put 2 new tires on the rear. Now my tire pressure late won't go out because something they've done. They don't hv the proper TPMS Reset tool to reset it plus my vehicle report indicates they did something to the left front tire. Lie #1: we reset your tire pressure light it will go out once u start driving it. Lie #2: Your vehicle doesn't hv a sensor on the tire. REALLY!!!! Lie #3: Your stem is bad & need to be replace it will cost another $148. Heck No! Lie #4: we checked your tire pressure on all 4 tires and they are fine. I looked at the status of my vehicle tire pressure and not only the 2 in front are liw but the 2 new tires are as well. I had no problem with my 2 prior tires. I just wanted to make surebI was ready for the winter weather, but now thanks to Firestone mechanics trying to drain me for an issue they created..I will be taking my vehicle back to the dealer. Never again will I take my vehicle there. Too bad because Lola was great but she has list 2 customers. This location is hungry for your finds. I'm there about my tire and why are they under my hood check8ng a battery. I better not have 1 issue with my vehicle. Don't take your vehicle there. They are liars and very sneaky to get your money. A nail in the tire and oil change should not take over eight hours. Will not take my vehicle there again.

Dropped the car off at 7 am for an oil change, called at 11 and they told me I would be the next one and I could pick it up at 1 pm. I come at 1, car hadn't moved and he told me he didn't know when it would be done. This place used to be awesome, but that staff is gone. Now it is terrible. About 3 months ago, I dropped the jeep off to get new spark plugs and when I picked it up it had an oil leak. They always try to sell you this $150 diagnosis service which basically all they do is read the codes which you can get done for free. Then after paying the money, they tell you they recommend you go to an authorized jeep dealer. No diagnosis at all. Stay away. read more

The employee were nice but it shouldn't have taken them over an hour to do an oil change on my car. Yes I can completely understand if they were busy but all I saw was 3 guys messing around talking and being on there phone I don't remember exactly who cashed me out but he was very nice. As far as prices go I'm so confused how my oil change can be $95 with a $10 off coupon like woah. How can people change $105 for an oil change that is crazy. read more

Drop my car off at 10 AM for an alignment which I had a appointment returned back at 2:30 and they was not done but there was a gentleman sitting there getting his alignment done did I did not see when I will drop my car off so I do not know what it means to have an appointment because I think if you are not there they take walk-ins and that pushes you back I wasted my whole Sunday afternoon and I left because I had a previous appointment and I could not wait another hour lol read more

The level of integrity of this establishment AS A WHOLE is atrocious. It was nothing short of being crooked. The service rep mentioned "RESOLV" but I had to figure out on my own to STAY AWAY FROM IT. I recently left my vehicle and was informed of needing new tires. This was odd since my tires still had a safe amount of tread left. Without thinking- I decided to move forward with the change, so that's on me. However, they play this stupid "word game" with you as a sales gimmick and speak in "broad" terminology to refrain the total truth of exact ware-and-tear. Stop TELLING folks they "NEED" new tires. Instead, why not be honest like a quality service representative and suggest: "we noticed the tread on your current tires and suspect X amount of miles left before we highly recommend replacements." They're too "scummy" to do that. There's no doubt suggesting new tires was nothing short than a "sales" opportunity to sign up for RESOLV to prevent paying upfront costs. They ALMOST convinced me to sign up. I backed out at the last minute. It seemed strange. They seemed reluctant on providing straight answers regarding the program and seemed to have "beat around the bush" regarding the exact honest quotes after all my services were said and done. It was like they purposely avoided answering direct questions to hide the fact that this program was a scam. He failed to include important details about the program. It's impossible to opt out without paying a ridiculously high fee. It's basically like car insurance where you pay monthly but for your tires. I had to do further reading about RESOLV and gain the information about it on my own. He tried skewing what it REALLY was by saying you can finance your end cost of the total bill and could always opt out if paid in full before end of year- yeah, you can opt out, but he purposely left out the fact of paying high fees in order to do so. They're just dishonest. Withholding details about a product is still dishonest and crooked, but that's with Firestone as a whole. It's just how they do business. They damaged 3 tire pressure sensors and claimed that it "went out." Its awfully coincidental that all four sensors were operating just fine until I go and get new tires from ya'll. What that proved to me was your mechanic screwed my sensors up in which you STILL charged me $200+ to have my sensors swapped. The fact that they told me that a 3rd went bad right before I came to pick up my car and that you would include the 3rd one free- no cost proved that your mechanic was inexperienced and was a direct result of "operator error". Another key indicator: you claimed to have issues with your system for my sensors and that you were having issues programming them...be honest- your mechanic didn't have a clue what he was doing. You guys ripped me off. The reason I ever bought from Firestone in the first place was for their warranties....but after realizing how scummy and dishonest they operate their business (regardless of location since I've come across far too many different locations with the same level of integrity), isn't worth it. I've come to realize that it isn't just a few bad apples working for a big company. I have a feeling it's the company as a whole promoting this level of service by their staff. Every Firestone I've been to has been similar. I drop my car off to have my vehicle's tires rotated, balanced, and aligned in a strict routine basis to sustain the longevity of my tires. And I fork out a hefty payment at the beginning so there aren't costs I have to worry about in the future. And while all of those services were included within the warranties, I SHOULD be walking away without having to pay a cent. But they will literally find ways to hit you with some sort of cost. They're also extremely over priced with parts and labor, and their work is inconsistent with quality care. I have AUDIO and VIDEO recordings from my dash cam which is all sent and saved to my phone/app. It's one thing to operate how you operate, but it was another when ya'll were tampering with my dash cam. read more
