Fantastic I went there with my volvo s80 that has a coolant circulation problem, Kevin the service manager there was so good and helped me a lot when I had a misunderstanding problem with a FD member, offered me a discount for the convenience, worked on my car so fast, they couldn't figure out the problem but they charged me nothing for it. My car broke down over the weekend and I had it towed to this location. Firestone has a drop box for keys (which I didn't know about at the time) and using it would have made my experience faster. It took a few hours, but Firestone diagnosed and repaired my car. Fortunately it was something relatively simple. Free Wi-Fi is offered in the store which I used while I waited. Employees and manager served me politely and explained the procedure to me. Another plus was that I already had their Firestone credit card and it gave me 6 months without interest on charges exceeding $299; this unexpected charge doesn't have to immediately kill my budget. Don't ever go here.... They did an oil change in my V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee and didn't put any oil in. Causing my engine to seize based on the value of the engine they're totally declining the claim. Eric the manager there is it total liar, and will say anything, He will lie right to your face and then changed his story to the exact opposite of what he said.There will deny anything they did wrong even if you can prove it, just based on the value of what it cost to repair it without even looking at it. Blanket blatant denial. When you call their corporate headquarters they claim to send out an impartial 3rd party who tells lies in the reports literally. I've spent years going down there & tens of thousands of dollars, at this point I have no choice but to file a lawsuit against them because I have no other option. There will lie to you at Firestone, will not repair your vehicle properly and you will get screwed there is no process, to Have their corporation investigate, it's all a farce. I reached out to their claims examiners many times there will not call you back. I raised concerns about their "3rd party investigator", who was a farce also and does not even perform any type of mechanical check his whole report is Laden with lies about my vehicle claiming he did tasks that he never even did, During the course of his investigation. I'm taking a lot of valuable time away from my family and job to have to deal with this .....go somewhere else.... run in the other direction don't ever go to Firestone in Cromwell, or Any Firestone for that matter because they're corporation are a bunch of liars who will cheat you. read more

So far, so good! They got me in the day I had a flat and was commuting on the crappy donut my car came with, helped me pick the best tires for me (I'm very picky about tires), and got me the best deal possible on them and my alignment when the Ballard location told me they wouldn't have time unless I left my car with them for a couple days. One of my tires was quite low this morning, and they told me to come in to check it out, whereas the Ballard location told me all they could do was fill it with air (I can do that myself at a gas station, bro!). I just wanted to say how great these guys are. I woke up to a flat tire, and live about a block away from this place so I pulled in and waited until they opened. Jack (I think was his name) was super nice and first tried to see if the tire was fixable and it wasn't, so I waited for them to replace it which they did quickly. When I went to pay, he gave me a discount from a special they had the previous weekend, which was great. I also needed an oil change (every time I go to Jiffy Lube in Redmond or Kirkland, I leave with my change oil light still on after paying at least $60) so I made an appointment for later that day. I return to the shop around 5 for my oil change, and I was waiting in the waiting room when Jack asks me to come look at something. He showed me my two tires were basically separating - and told me it was extremely unsafe, and replaced them for me for an EXTREMELY (Unbelievable, really) good deal. This just showed me that these guys really care about your safety and aren't trying to nickle and dime you. I found everyone here to be extremely friendly and helpful, and will only be going here from now on! read more

I have taken two different cars here for lightbulb changes, my first one was a Mazda6 and at Lee Johnson they quoted me at $112.00 for just replacing the lightbulb, which was completely outrageous. I took it to Firestone, they took 15 minutes and charged me $22.00 total. My headlight is out on my new Jetta, I called Volkswagen who quoted me at $55+ (depending on labor time) and Firestone quoted me at $25.00 + tax. They are consistently coming in lower than their competitors for the same job. I recommended Firestone to my mom who had some routine maintenance on her Lexus, and Firestone did a great job while charging a great price. Great brand name, great prices, and great service. Wow! What great customer service - and I wasn't even really a customer! My tire light indicator came on, and I stopped at Kirkland Firestone very close to their closing time. I've never had a car with one of these indicators. Chris - their Service Writer or Manager at the Front Desk was very nice, and asked me to pull the car in front of the second bay. Johnathan came out to help. Very polite young lad (I can say that being well into my 50's) adjusted the pressure in all 4 tires, and took time to answer my questions. And, they would not even take money for this! I will definitely consider Kirkland Firestone for tires and other auto care. read more

Never, never use Firestone. They have the worst customer service. I've been a customer there for 10 years. I had my car fixed there and two weeks later the problem was back again. I took it back to Firestone. They were rude and wouldn't help. The manager Pat is definitely lacking in customer service. I escalated the problem to their corporate headquarters. They said the area manager would call me get this resolved. Big surprise, they never called, even after I followed up on this several times. I was without a car a week. As they didn't fix the problem they should have fixed in the first place, I have to take my car in to another place and pay another $700 to fix a problem Firestone was supposed to have fixed. read more

Quick tire repair was blighted by repeated "mistakes" adding more than $60 "options" to my bill without giving me any options to refuse them. I understand this is a Firestone tactic. I had to ask for three successive removals of extra cost, which they readily took care of but why not give someone the "option" in the first place, and why not take off all the "extras" at once? This took a lot longer than expected and I could see how a less alert customer would have wasted not only time but money. read more

This would be my second review ever and I have tried my best to be extremely patient and understanding. I have had 3-4 cars serviced at this location. Oil changes where they never bother turning the maintenance light off. Not 1 car but every single one of them whenever they got serviced. Wheel alignments and when I drive my cars, my steering wheel is shaky and of course there's something else wrong with it when they were perfectly fine before. Again, not just 1 car but 2-3. All our cars are pretty new and under 20-30k miles. We bought tires and had them install, they forget to put back pieces back on. We've been back here to resolve an issue and with each car they made it worse. Back home, the firestones were amazing. This location is horrible and will never get our business again. How do you mess up multiple vehicles without doing anything to resolve the original issue. Maybe it's staff turn over? Maybe they just don't give a shit about their work? All they car is racking in money into their tills. Thanks for nothing. read more

On May 8th, I went to Firestone auto care in Las Vegas, NV, 1955 Rock Springs Drive, to replace brakes. The mechanics also checked the tires and recommended that I replace the right front tire. I came back on 06/12/19 to replace the tire and asked them to inspect the left front tire as well. They confirmed again that the tire is fine and needs no replacing. On May 12th, I was driving on 215 West in Las Vegas Nevada, when the tire, which the Firestone mechanics refused to replace, blew away and shredded the front of my car. Because of the very fortunate circumstances, and because I was driving in the right lane, I was able to stop safely without hitting other vehicles. I have filed a claim through my insurance company and also at Firestone Complete Auto Care (auto care indeed!). My insurance informed me that due to extensive damage to my vehicle caused by the tire, the car would be totaled. When speaking to the assigned Firestone claim adviser Roberto Lamanna, #615.937.9149, lamannaroberto@bfusa, Roberto was quite rude, dismissive, refused to take an effort to understand the problem, and tried to tell me that I need to contact the company that manufactured the tire. When I told him that my complain is about their technicians refusing to replace the compromised tire and making me falsely believe that my tire is safe, he became irritated and refused to contact my insurance company, stating that it is against the Firestone policy and therefore he is not able to do it. When I firmly insisted, he agreed to call my insurance company and send a representative to inspect the tire. I will never know if that is what happened because I have not received any updates. Two weeks later, I have requested an update. I received an email from Robert stating that no tire inspection was requested by me at the Firestones (I have both receipts from the Firestone on my phone application), and that their actions did not cause my accident. These blatant lies were sent to me in an email on 07/10/2019. When speaking to my friends and co-workers, I was informed that the Firestone Complete Auto care is indeed a company that cannot be trusted, it's mechanics are severely underpaid, they are not certified even though they claim they are, and all my friends and colleagues were even surprised that I have gone to Firestone to receive service. Not only will I not go to Firestone or Bridgestone to service my car, I will make sure that everyone knows that their lives might depend on finding a better mechanics than Firestone or Bridgestone. read more

If you are in need of car work on the Eastside this Firestone is where you need to go. We have been to a couple different Firestone locations and feel this location is the best so far. We have however had to take our truck in many times for the same issue, but they have always taken care of it right away and it has all been warranty work and they are always very apologetic. Probably just as annoying for them as it is for us. Hopefully this last time permanently fixed the issue, this location was not the location where the original work was done that needed to be fixed. We like Jack a lot, and Kirk, they are very kind and know what they are doing. We don't feel like they rip us off nor try to feed us a bunch of bull****. We are somewhat educated and can do most things on our own with our vehicles but for the things we can't we do trust this location. If only we had those huge hydraulic lifts at home we'd probably never need to bring our vehicles in anywhere. Haha. read more

Good for oil changes and little else. I've brought my car in twice. The first time, they kept it for 1 day longer than promised and said it was fixed. It was not so I had to bring it back for 2 more days. After it was "fixed", I had to bring it back a third time because they had broken something else. I figured I would give them another try as my wife swears by them. Once again, the car was said to be "fixed" when it was not and once again, I am waiting for the car several hours after the time they said it would be ready. Lesson learned - I'm done wasting my valuable time on these people. read more

I went in there right about 5:00 on a Friday afternoon just to get a plain old standard oil change. The attendant took down my number and tells me it should be done at about 6:15 - 6:30, so i wait until 6:35 and don't get a call so i decide to call and check, the attendant tells me they are JUST WORKING ON IT NOW!?!? So i hang up, and wait around untill 7:45 AT NIGHT!!!!! and still NO CALL!!!!! so i call a second time and the attendant says, well we closed 45mins ago so if you run down you can get it.......! THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU DIP S**T, and now my plans for the night are ruined because a 2hr 45min delay.. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. And to top it all off when i get to my car, the technician or w/e left all the plastic they put on the drivers seat to keep it clean on... You should really let your customer know when the job is done. I would give this a -5 stars if possible. read more
