    I bring my car to this location to get my company car serviced. I called in my appointment a couple days before. When I arrived there was no line and the service guy asked who I was and if I was leaving my car. I told him I was never told I had to. He said ok and took my keys. I went to the waiting room and waiting for about an hour for my car. I didn't pay because my company does, so I took my keys and left. A mediocre experience.

    Brake light on after they said they fixed brakes less than a day later.

    I had recently brought my car for inspection as well as brake repair, wheel alignment, and to fix the overall issues of my car. They charged a little over $2,000 & my brake light came on so I brought it back a few days later. While I was in the shop with a relative, they asked to review my car- we were waiting for over an hour. After they look at it they say one of my wheels is spinning faster than the other and it will cost another thousand to repair and that they did not fully inspect the vehicle after my relative insisted they did when initially given my car. My car now makes a noise when I drive and I did not have this particular problem until I went back to them. These people are COMMISSION SEEKING SCAMMERS who take advantage of women seeking repairs for their automobiles.

    Due to a busy week I been trying to get an oil change for the past week from different firestone and they been busy or low on staff, I called in before coming to this location and had the pleasure of talking to store manager Andreu Norton Lee. Very professional person told me honestly their waiting time since all there lift was busy about an hour wait. I proceed and still came. Had my car checked in about 20 minutes of been in here. Outstanding service. Place is spacious, clean and organized. Bathrooms neat Carpet cleaned Flat screen tv in the area section. Coffee table and water stand. Air conditioner set at a perfect mode. Qualifications on the wall (plaques) Not many times I edit my reviews after I write them but just had to do a quick update. Not for ounce in the years that I have driving have I gone in for an oil change and gotten new tires placed as well. Aside from my oil change been done Andreu told me my front tires need to be replaced they were almost done. Meaning I can catch a flat on any given time. I told him sure to replace them. I use my vehicle to do Uber so most of te times I just focus on the oil change but thanks to this guy on checking out my tires as well I got them replaced for new ones. If your going to service someone always make sure to give them the best service you can as if you were doing it to your own vehicle. Wish every car mechanic works like this.     Very nice facility. My purpose for going to Firestone in Linden was to get 4 tires to replace the original equipment tires, which were Firestone Affinity Touring tires. I had gone online to Firestone and put in my vehicle's stats & that tire was one of several recommendations. I was happy to see that it was on sale (a special, buy 3, get 1 free); then I used the search for a location and found the one in Linden, which is close to home. I called them for information ~ to make sure they had that specific tire in stock in the size I needed. The manager, Andrew, answered the phone and was professional & knowledgeable. He quickly looked it up and told me that he would be able to get the tires for the next day. He also said that the price on the website was accurate, so I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived there, Andrew acknowledged me (he was working with a customer) and when he was done, he greeted me with a smile. He was able to enter the relevant information in under 3 minutes and told me my car would be the next one to go in, which it was. It took about 2 hours total (from my appt time until I was done paying), during which I took a seat in the waiting area; it's a section of the "showroom", so it feels open & spacious. The chairs are comfortable; they have a flat screen TV, coffee & magazines. In the back of that area are the restrooms (both mens & women's), which were clean. I passed the time by watching TV, reading some of their magazines (a fairly varied selection) and conversing with some of the other customers who were friendly. The waiting area is in the front of the store facing St. Georges Ave so there's light & activity. The temperature was fine even though it was in the high 90's with a heat index of 103° outside. The shop where the mechanics do the work has fans, but no A/C. You can just go there & hope it's not busy, but you may want to schedule an appointment so you don't have to wait longer than necessary while the work is being done. Suggestion: bring the following info inside with you: your license plate number & odometer reading; that will speed things along and not require you to make another trip out to your vehicle. They take credit cards.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!…read more So I typically don't go outside the dealer for any repairs however, I felt like I needed to go immediately as I thought I had a nail in my tire. When I get there, I automatically assume there's a nail in my tire and ask them to plug it. The gentleman checked the tire and told me I didn't have a nail and if I was still having problems- to bring it back. I ended up bringing it back the next day because it sounded like something was in my tire. When I got there, another guy took my car, drove it around the block and then put my car on the lift. It was determined that I had a dent in my rim so they said they would check for rims and call me back. The kicker is - when they put my car on the lift and spun the wheels, whatever was in the tires fell out (not actually in the tire but somewhere in between). I no longer heard a noise- so I told the guy and asked him how much - he was super humble and said I didn't owe him anything because they didn't repair anything. My dealer !!!?? Wanted $250 just to LOOK at it. Because of that one noble gesture - they found a new client in me! They tell you what you need to- don't try to rip you off or overcharge you - this is an honest establishment/ I would definitely recommend!

Their work is dangerous, unsafe and unreliable. I came in to get new tires and brakes, and it turned into a nightmare. They replaced all four tires and the next day my car alerted me to check tire pressure. I went back and they said they had overinflated the FRONT tires to 70 PSI literally double the recommended 35 PSI. That is so dangerous i can't even believe it but I was like okay mistakes happen you know. Next day the alert popped up again i took it back they said the REAR tires were overinflated to 70 PSI. Now im like are they joking are they pranking me becuase what is even going on. I gave it another chance but AGAIN on the third day it said check tire pressure i took it back and they said the valve on the back wheel was broken something that should have been caught on one of the FOUR trips that i had made before. i never got these constant check tire pressure alerts before going there they had broke it. I dont know what they were doing were they playing with it or were they lying about checking. This was three days of wasted time, back and forth, and constant stress. As for the brakes, they installed the cheapest, lowest-quality pads imaginable. They squeak with every wheel rotation constantly when im driving under 30 mph, brake or slow down its ear-piercing and embarrassing. I didnt even take my car back for them to hear the brakes becuase i know theyre gonna make up some excuse for why squeaking is normal. Its been 600 miles since i got them changed the sound should have gone away!! I took my car to two other reputable shops afterward nothing was mechanically wrong the noise is literally only because of their substandard parts. What gets me is that nothing was wrong with my car before i went there was only problems after i left. Dont be like me dont waste your time money and effort go somewhere else

That was three days ago, and I still haven't heard a single update. I called to follow up and never received a phone call back. This after following up multiple times and getting the runaround. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They damage your property and then disappear instead of taking responsibility. If you value your car and your time, stay far away from this place. The lack of honesty and customer service is unbelievable.

He clearly said yes, so I assumed the discount would automatically be applied during billing. After waiting for the service to be completed, I noticed at the payment counter that the full amount had been charged. When I asked about the discount, the lady at the counter told me I was supposed to physically show the coupon. I explained that I had already confirmed the discount eligibility with their staff member and assumed it had been factored into the pricing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they immediately shifted the blame onto me. The workshop employee was called over and conveniently changed his statement, claiming he had told me to show the coupon at the counter -- which was simply not true. The issue was never about the $10. It was about honesty, accountability, and customer service. A customer-friendly business would have either honored the discount or at least offered a future credit as a goodwill gesture. Instead, they seemed more interested in saving every possible penny while making the customer feel at fault. I honestly cannot remember the last time I experienced such a poor and dismissive attitude toward a customer. Would not recommend this place.
