If I could give this place a 0 or negative rating, I would!! I had an appointment for 9 am yesterday to get my oil change, tires balanced and rotated and my car aligned (previously purchased lifetime alignment). Dropped my car off at 9 and the guy tells me they're running behind and asked if I can leave my car. I told him that's fine and that I just need my car before 5pm. Called them at 430 to see if my car is ready and the gal told me they were barely finishing up the oil change and that they recommend I get my car aligned. Well no kidding genius! That's why my car was there in the first place. So they had my car for 8 hours, didn't complete the services I requested, charged me $30 for the oil change and the real kicker is my service light is still one with -157 miles. Not confident they even changed the oil they charged me for. The manager this morning refunded my money and other than an offering me a free oil change if I used them again (hell no), she was completely indifferent. Poor service definitely comes from poor management, and this shop is no exception. Take your money and your time elsewhere. It's pretty hard to mess up simple services like oil change, alignment and tire rotation/balance. If they can't get that right, I wouldn't trust them with larger jobs. read more

I have been bringing my fleet to this location for several years now for oil changes and tires. Service has been ok - they are a little messy - oil on the door and seats. But it could be worse. However I will not be back because of how they handled the last issue. Customer service is ever thing mistakes happen. But the manager Anglelee I think is how it is spelled - she did offer a solution - she didn't say sorry - she didn't care. Issue : Brought in 2001 Jeep Cherokee and 2016 Ram 1500 with in a week of each other for oil change. With in a week both check engine lights came on. Had code scanned at Advanced Auto Parts. Both had the same code - small leak in evaporative emission system. Replaced gas cap which is likely cause - reset codes. Week later check engine light came back on. Decided to look under the hood on Jeep found vacuum line to throttle body disconnected plugged back in and reset code. After finding that popped hood on Ram same thing fixed reset code. It has been a few thousand miles on both and still NO check engine light. Same tech did both oil changes. With it being the same issue and same time frame I am sure the tech did it to scam more money for repairs - I was told techs work on commission the more they break the more they make. Called Firestone to talk to manager. Was told she would call back. No call back. A few weeks later had a flat. Bought tires there so took tire of and dropped of for repair. When to pick tire up and asked if they could take spare off and put fixed tire back on truck. I was told they where to busy / didn't have time to deal with something so small. Was told I took it of and should be able to put back on. Sure but is that not why I paid extra for the warranty ? Did not even get an answer on that ? While I was there picking up tire I talked to manager Angelee about tire and previous oil changes. She said they fired the tech that did the oil changes. So that tells me he got caught or more people complained. But that is all no sorry no money back no 1/2 oil change. She did not offer any solution. I told her I would not be back personally or for the business. She said "Find". I put this info on their emailed survey and still have not heard anything from a manager. And yes I marked the box yes to receive a phone call from a manager. I expected this review will get a computer generated response that they want to fix the issue. I called in last week to setup an inspection and service for today. I worked with Alex, start to finish and he was great! I've had very few automotive experiences where I left feeling well taken care of. This was most definitely one of them. After the inspection Alex went down the list and explained everything I needed to know in terms I could understand. He was friendly, professional and very mindful of sanitizing his work station and the payment station, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind. I believe Alex was genuine and honest as he didn't once pressure me or attempt to up sell me on anything. There was a glitch in the system with my profile, I didn't realize it until I was in my vehicle ready to leave. Alex went above and beyond making the correction which was time consuming on his end, included closing out the service order line by line and recreating it with the correct profile information. He was patient with me and for that, thank you Alex, for all your help on everything! read more

Got an oil change done here. The person who did it did not put the car fully back together and the cover underneath the engine fell off and was dragging around. I was out of town and bought zip ties to hold it up. Went back to tell them all they said was it happens sometimes and they threw a half effort of screws in to hold it in and sent me on my way. I asked for a 20% refund because of my zip tie purchase inconvenience and time wasted. They refused and gave me attitude as they handed me the keys. Place isn't that bad but the people there are just shitty workers and lazy. read more

I don't even know where to start... this is the second time that we have come to this particular shop and both times we have had egregious problems. We will NEVER be coming back again. During this particular visit we just needed our back left tire repaired after we found a nail in it and it was leaking air. We found the nail and could actively hear the leak. When we arrived at the store, with an appointment, we were told it was going to take 1.5-2 hours to fix the tire. All the while we were watching the technicians sitting around and laughing and doing nothing. At the 2 hour mark we received a phone call saying they could not find the leak. Instead they found a rock they said looked like a nail (like I don't know what a nail in a tire looks like) but there was no leak. We told them to look again. An hour later we still hadn't received a call about the car so we went back to the store. They told us again they couldnt find the leak and blamed the changing temperatures. We still have loss of tire pressure and the problem wasn't fixed. We made a new appointment with another store that I know I can trust. We will not be returning. read more

I came into the closest location to get new tires. The manager asked me what size I had and I told him I didn't know but I purchased them at another Firestone so it would be in the system along with all of my other vehicle records. He went outside to look at my car and told me he doesn't have that size so I would need to come back the next day. I came back the next day and was told my tires didn't fit and I would have to wait for them to drive to another location to pick up the correct size of my tire.The manager who helped me ordered the wrong size tires for a my appointment and I had to wait so they could pick up the tires from another location. Come to find out he wouldn't let me just make an appointment at the location that had my tires so he could get my tire sales so he could win a sales competition between all of the Colorado stores. I would expect the manager to be focused on the customer experience over his own reward and not even giving credit to his team that actually does the labor to assist the customer. read more
