Came into fix my tail light, check engine light, and tire pressure light . I set up an appointment for 1:30 PM. When I dropped it off they said it would take 1-2 hours. They even said I could stay in the store. However I took it during my lunch break and I just walked back to work. I call at 3:30 PM just to check and they tell me they haven't even put my car inside the bay. I understand it got busy and they said they were just starting to work at it. 5:00 PM comes and i'm walking to my car. I get there and he tells me that they didn't have a chance to look at the tail light. They told me the code of the check engine light on "evac system small leak". They didn't look at the tire pressure light on. I was so disappointed because the did not do a single thing other than read the code that I could go to Autozone and get it done in 1 minute. Not to mention they tried upselling me on the diagnostic to see where my evac system was leaking. For those that don't know it's just your gas. I screwed on the cap on my gas tank again and It toon 1 day for it to go away. I know rookie mistake! Absolute worst service and know I understand the stereotypes behind mechanics. What a waste of 4 hours, and trying to upsell me on things that they don't know I know. $150 to tell me my gas cap was loose or not screwed on properly? Not to mention not even looking at my car for the original reason I brought it in. Beyond disappointed and will never take my vehicle to a Firestone ever again. read more

Had an oil change done here. Within a week the skid plate was screeching on the freeway. Mechanic didn't screw it back on properly. They did replace without a fee, but the lack of communication was a bit frustrating and the time it took out of my schedule to get the new skid plate on was challenging for scheduling. Spent around an hour and a half waiting for them to install. Took over a week till I learned the replacement skid plate was with them (I had kept following up who knows when they would have reached out). Would look elsewhere for mechanic work. read more

So, we hope all good things start at the beginning of a hopeful relationship. My 2011 Toyota needed to be serviced at 110,000 miles. I live in downtown Phoenix, and less than a mile from a name-brand shop, Firestone. Everyone knows the brand. But it ends there. The most positive part of this experience was that I called them on a Sunday, and Tim answered. I explained what I needed, and he scheduled my appointment for Monday. Great, I thought. I perused their website for coupons, and that's when I saw that you could make an appointment online as well as provide detailed information as to what you needed. I did that as well, just to be sure. I showed up at the appointed time, Monday, at 8:30 am; Tim was at the desk. He informed me that the information I entered on the website did not automatically populate; he had to input that information. We are in the 21st Century; really? Tim was courteous and professional. I explained what was needed at 110,000 miles. Tim said that the vehicle would need to be left for the entire day, and services would be done throughout the day. He went on to say that I would receive an email alerting me of the issues with my truck, and a technician would then contact me. Around 1:00 pm, I received an email with the recommended repairs for my vehicle. The email stated not to call them, they would contact me when the evaluation was complete. I waited until 2:30, no one contacted me. I called, and Daryl went through the email I received. He quoted prices for each of the items listed in the email. He went on to tell me that if there were an issue, he would call me back. I heard nothing. Knowing that they closed at 6:00, at 5:30, I called and was told that my vehicle would be ready at 5:50. I arrived to a line of individuals who were not happy. They had been in line for a while as the individual at the counter could not find the current customer's ticket. When I was finally able to speak with the technician, he had no clue regarding the email I received compared to the printout ticket he was going over with me. Bottom line, what I received via email was a bogus document that the technicians are unaware of. Firestone completed three of the nine items on the list provided to me. I was told that I could come back and have the rest done. They had my vehicle for the entire day. Bottom line, if you want something simple done, like an oil change, Firestone on Osborn may be more expensive than other places, but they are centrally located. Other than that, several shops in midtown Phoenix will be more customer-centric and attentive than Firestone on Osborn. read more

I hardly know where to begin. This has been the worst service experience I have ever encountered. It's clear to me now that Firestone inflates charges by recommending unnecessary repairs just to extract every dollar possible. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for 10:00 AM on 10/3, requesting a brake replacement and an oil change, as my car indicated 40% oil life. When I arrived, the staff seemed unaware of my appointment and asked me to repeat the details of the services I needed. They assured me they would contact me to review everything, and that the work would take no more than three hours. However, I received an email at 5:30 PM and a follow-up call informing me that I supposedly needed a cabin air filter and other filters replaced. What they didn't know is that I had visited a Firestone location in Scottsdale, Arizona, just three weeks prior to have all my filters replaced. To make matters worse, they claimed I needed my brakes replaced, even though that was the primary service I requested that morning, and my car had been sitting there all day without the brakes being serviced. Frustrated, I asked to pick up my car and inquired if at least the oil had been changed. They said it had, but when I got in my car, I noticed the oil life was still at 40%. This indicates a serious failure in Firestone's system. They didn't even have my previous service records, which makes it clear that they were attempting to add unnecessary charges and "recommendations" for services I had already completed just weeks ago. read more

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and Communication at Firestone on Osborn I took my vehicle to the Firestone on Osborn yesterday with a scheduled appointment for 9:00 AM. I actually arrived early, around 8:00 AM, expecting a smooth process since the appointment had been set up in advance for two specific services: an A/C inspection (possible recharge) and an oil change. When I booked the appointment, I was told a technician would be available and everything would be handled without issue. However, when I arrived, I was told their A/C machine had malfunctioned and they needed a tech to come in and repair it before they could even look at my vehicle. The rep asked when I needed my truck back by, and I told him 3:00 PM. I left the shop expecting an update, but never received a call. I ended up calling them myself at 1:00 PM, only to find out that virtually nothing had been done. I called again at 3:19 PM, and was told the technician still had not completed the review, the oil change wasn't done, and neither was the alignment - which they added later on, along with a "safety check" that was clearly an upsell. At 4:00 PM, I called once more and was told they were just starting or finishing the alignment, but still hadn't done the oil change. My truck was at their shop for nearly 8 hours, and the majority of that time it sat untouched. When I first arrived, there were only three vehicles in the bay, so it's not like they were overwhelmed. When I went to pick up my vehicle, no one proactively went over the results or discussed the original reason I brought the car in. I had to ask questions just to get basic information. Even then, they didn't explain what was really wrong with the A/C or what it would cost to fix it. I left disappointed and took my vehicle to another shop. To make matters worse, I had previously been told by a dealership that my shocks or struts had a small leak. The Firestone team said everything "looked good" -- despite the alignment printout showing a red zone, indicating misalignment. I've been to other Firestone locations and had good experiences, but the Osborn location was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, delay in service, and overall disregard for the customer experience was unacceptable. Firestone, please do better. After reading other reviews (which I regret not doing beforehand), my experience appears to be consistent with many others at this location. read more

Came here a few months ago for my last oil change and it was amazing. The older gentleman, I believe named Tim, was so awesome and friendly. I thought it would be great to come back to the same place. Despite making an appointment online with all my information days in advance they seemed very surprised to see me and had none of my information. I dropped off my vehicle and came back 3 hours later when they had called to tell me it was done. When I walked up to the counter the man I think was named Frank told me "we have no record of your car being here today". He then talked to me like I was the one who was confused. I did not have an appointment but they were able to diagnose that my battery was in need of replacement. Oh boy, where to begin. So I have the lifetime alignment on my vehicle. Made the appointment, confirmed the appointment beforehand. I show up at 7:45 for my 8am appointment. I tell the Service Writer Ron that "I do NOT want an inspection of my vehicle" and also state that my driver window can't be rolled down all the way as I know shops like to keep that window open due to the Az heat and also just in case the doors lock. He confirmed no inspection and put the note about my window down. I ask for an approximate wait time, he states "1 hour." Totally reasonable for an alignment. WELL, a little over one hour into my appointment, I GET AN INSPECTION EMAIL, which means they haven't even started on the alignment....which then proceeds to take the technician over TWO HOURS which left me sitting in those uncomfortable seats for 3 1/2 hours. I ask for the manager, and surprise surprise, it was the only other guy at the counter which I could've spotted a mile away. I ask "why did you perform an inspection when I explicitly stated I declined it and Ron confirmed? Manager says "i have no answer for that." So to leave out some words, I voice my frustration with my 3 1/2 hour wait and services being performed that they were told NOT TO DO, and rather than the manager actually using customer service skills and trying to apologize for the inconvenience and calming me down by de-escalating the situation. Just says that I don't need to swear and does his best to verbally push me out the building. So I call a neighboring location for Regional Managers information, well apparently Firestone employees "cant give out that information" but he happily took all my information down along with reason why I want it and claims the Regional Manager will call me. I'll bet you anything though, the manager at this location will be the first one getting a call though. 3 states, and 5 or 6 cities later with this company and I'm finally done. I don't care about this Lifetime Alignment, I will happily go to another shop in the future and pay full price for alignments. I came in to repair my brakes and was told my oil was dirty and was recommended an oil change. Also, was told there was a tire with a nail in it so I went ahead and changed all four because the treads were worn down. I noticed my oil was still at 30% and the tire pressure was low after they serviced my car. I had to come back on a different day and get the oil changed and even out the air in my tires. I didn't receive an apology for the inconvenience. Then as soon as I left the shop the low pressure tire signal came on again! I will never come back here again. read more

Simply put, they are thieves. They jack up the prices and lie about repairs to maximize profits. Let me paint you a real life scenario. I have a 2018 Infiniti Q60 with roll flat tires. The brand is Pirelli. These are expensive tires, which I understood. They charged me upwards $500 dollars for this specific brand. And on top of labor fees and taxes they quoted $700 and some change. All that for replacing ONE tire? Roundabout $200 in labor fees? No way. The even craziest part is I went to Big O Tires and had them check it out. Turns out all I needed was a patch. And the even craziest part is they had my car and knew what brand I had but still chose to try and rob me. Big O Tires quoted altogether 450 AFTER TAXES FOR THE PIRELLI TIRES!!! BUT MY TIRE JUST NEEDED A PATCH, the nail was not too deep into the tire. I spent $38 on a simple patch. Just imagine if I listened to those cretins and spent all that money. I'm still annoyed I wasted my time there. Initially when I called Firestone to make an appointment, the quack that I spoke with told me it would be $10 to do a diagnostic check. I specifically explained that I needed my tires and sensor, and other inner parts on the car to be checked out. When I got there physically he told me he made a mistake and that it would be $80 for the diagnostic check. This was not an honest mistake. They use this tactic to lure people in. I got new tires (elsewhere, DT) and came in to use my lifetime alignment that I bought a while back. I had the original contract in hand. They didn't want to honor it. 1st: they told me I didn't have a contract, then that it wasn't on that vehicle (Scottsdale firestone wrote placeholder info on my original contract: wrong year (1 year off), right color (very rare BRIGHT color), right make/model (very unique vehicle), "123 address St.", my name & telephone number were correct - it was obviously me and obviously the same vehicle. I even had the last alignment.) They argued and argued. Had to get the manager. Then they agreed that they had a contract with me and I went to lunch while they did the alignment. Drove the few blocks home to my house at residential street speeds - no issue). Next day, I try getting on the freeway and my vehicle nearly veers off the road into the wall...I can't control it. I get off the next exit and go to a shop nearby to ensure my tires were on all the way because that's how bad it was - felt like my tire was going to come off! I call firestone "I remember you. We didn't even do your alignment." I got super upset. They pretended they never even did anything to my car!!! a new guy got on the phone and said they did do an alignment, but never took my tires off (fair enough - but even tightening the wheel lugs didn't fix the sway). All I know is my car was fine before I went to Firestone and afterwards it jumps around like I'm a full sail in a hurricane - even with the tire on correctly. I went back. they won't fix it. They won't do anything. They got me to pay for a "lifetime alignment" only to almost kill me in the process. They are refusing to fix the camber or toe issues causing the pulls. They were sometimes kind - but were also outrageous liars who don't care what-so-ever - Its a toss up who you get. Be extremely cautious that they may ruin your perfectly good car, nearly kill you, and claim they never touched a thing. Enjoy! read more

Went to 241 w. Osborn rd for oil change as i had been doing for over a decade with great satisfaction. To my chagrin, times and staff have changed. Due to company policy, i was refused a paper copy for services rendered. I could look but not remove the paper copy. Was told it would be sent to my email. It was not. They do not answer their ohones so i called customer support who does not know phone number or address of area manager matthew but he can email that my email didnt work. Response time was quoted 48 gours. It has been over 72. I doubt if i will hear from anyone Do not recommend this location. They also did not do a thorough job of inspection. read more

My experience at Firestone was less than impressive. They open earlier than Discount Tire, so I came here to get a flat tire replaced. I showed up at 610am (they open at 6am) after working a night shift. The guy at the counter was friendly but delivered unfortunate news that it'd be a 7 hour wait to get a single replacement tire. 7 hours. Ridiculous! He said the delay was because they only had one guy working in the shop that morning. How can a large car repair place have one guy working in the back? Please hire more staff so your customers won't wait 7 hours for a single tire. Due to their excessive wait times, I went elsewhere for my new tire and I won't return. read more

In September 2020, I went to get my a/c repaired since it stopped working and I had a brand new a/c unit installed previously. I figured it was electrical or missing freon. So, I turned the car in to these guys. Cost: $700. Ok, that's high but whatever. It's Phoenix and it's hot. Well, I get the car back later and it's working! ...for about an Hour. So, I returned the car the next day and they said they could fix it. A couple of days later, I get the car back. It works for a day or so and stops. No a/c. So AGAIN! I turn the car in and they hold it...For over a week! I had to call them to see what was up since they didn't reach out to me. They finally "fixed" it. I didn't think to look under the hood to see their work for a couple of months. When I did, I was appalled! Instead of simply ordering an OEM relay from Ford, they MacGuyver'd all kinds of wires all over the place under the hood! Sure, the A/C works at the time but my wires were jacked and hooked to the battery directly. (See photos) WTF?! $700+ for this?! Plus, it was a cooler month so I didn't need my a/c when this was discovered. Fast forward to about May 2021, time for A/C. It works. Yes! ...then it doesn't. Then, it does. It's on but intermittent. Then, suddenly, my radiator won't shut off. The car is off. But the radiator keeps going. I have to take it to my mechanic who discovers the a/c was connected directly to the battery instead of the ignition. ! They repair that but the a/c is still intermittent. So, today, the car blows cold and then hot air back and forth at about 10 seconds each time. These guys said they're the "best a/c repair people in the valley". Riiiiiiiight!! I'd give them negative 12 stars if I could. Do NOT go here for A/C!! You'll regret it and your wallet will be lighter. read more

I have to tell you that the guy that helped me at the counter. His name is Brian. He was such an amazing guy and treated me with such respect. He went above and beyond getting my tire fixed. We even talked about getting all new tires and he had an excellent deal so I went ahead with that and putting my tires on. He noticed that my car was very misaligned, I don't even know if that's a word as a woman, and as a new widow, I had no idea what to do with my car. This is all new to me. While visiting your business, I don't expect to find a smiling face greeting me at the door, someone with a cup of coffee as I wait or comfortable chairs for me to sit in while you toil away on my car. I know you're not the most exiting mechanic shop, I know you're not the friendliest place and I know you're also not the cheapest, experience has taught me that. "Why do you come here then?", you wonder. Well, you are just so super convenient for me, I can literally walk home from your garage. It was this convenience that kept me coming in for tire replacements, breaks and rotors, oil changes, filters, fluids and other odds and ends throughout the years. I've had just about all minor work done on multiple vehicles with you for the past 7 years. You're just so close I can practically spit off my front porch and hit one of your mechanics through an open garage door. Today Firestone, on this hot June day in Phoenix, today was the final straw. Today my girlfriend, with a flat tire, carrying a 6 month old baby in a car seat, was turned away for service. Where exactly is she supposed to go? Her tire was flat. She physically cannot drive on the road safely without getting her tire changed or repaired. She found herself here, at your shop, once again out of sheer convenience, you happened to be about 3 miles closer than the nearest Discount Tire and the fear of an accident or damaging the wheel led her to you. "We're all booked up through tomorrow, would you like to make an appointment?" was your immediate and the best response you could give her. She had to call me to get on the phone with you. Annoyed at your unwillingness to assist, I demanded to speak with management only to be told the same story, at least you're consistent. I wasn't expecting much, just some understanding and generosity of your time to repair or replace a flat tire in need, you are after all, a tire company at your core. I'm merely satisfied with the fact that 30 minutes after being told no over the phone, pleading with you to picture your own family, with a flat tire, parked literally in the parking lot of a tire shop being told, sorry come back tomorrow, that your manager did finally call back to tell me they've changed their mind, they've grown a heart and are willing to help now. It is literally the least you could have done. On the continuum of effort, this was about a 2 out of 100. No firestone, I will not stop by, ever again, not even for a free service of any sort. You're lack luster care for even the most basic of customer services while charging a good 10 - 25% more than many other shops within a few miles will not be rewarded any longer out of your sheer convenience of distance to my physical location. #DropsMic read more

We are from out of state and came here for a lung evaluation test and we ended up with a nail in a tire. They told us at 8:30 AM the next available appointment was 1:00 PM to have a flat repaired We arrived at 12:35 PM and the first encounter was rude and condescending who checked us in. We dubbed him "Mr. Personality", remember you have only one chance to make a first impression. He missed and needs to go back being a Tire Tech. "Well your car will be pulled in at 1:00 and it takes 45 minutes." Ok, no problem.... A guy comes in 15 minutes later and he is told "long wait, have others in front of you". He said he would wait... He had a flat as well, was told the same thing but, rolls out 20 minutes ahead of us. We said make sure you put the cap on even if we have to pay for one, it was missing. Ok, no problem. Checkout guy was very nice. Car is pulled up. The Tire Tech employee simply moved the cap from the back to the front. We will go to Discount next time, flats are free and you get your caps put on. Not lazy like this bunch. Listen to them on the phone and you hear, "you need a cabin filter, air filter and probably a break job". we took our car here for a diagnostic on a catalytic system error code. they charged us $99 for the work, only for them to tell us it would cost nearly $3,000 to replace the catalytic converter. we ended up working on the car ourselves, found that there was oil leaking out of the valve cover gasket and onto the catalytic converter (turns out it's common for these cars). we replaced the gaskets, and sure enough, error code is gone. I think the mechanics here just didn't want to do the work, maybe because it's an older car (2005), so just gave us a ridiculous price tag for repair to get us to leave and pocket a cool $99. all they had to do was recommend the gaskets be changed for $500 and that would've been that, but I guess that's too much to ask for. we complained to the manager about this whole situation, and he agreed to refund the diagnostics fee, but then asked us to not come back to his shop??? like, really dude? he found the only way to make a shitty situation worse. we have done oil changes and got new tires at this location for years, and now you feel like throwing the entire relationship into the trash? alright tattoo mullet manager bro, don't worry, we won't be coming back anytime soon. I really don't recommend this place at all. it's a bummer because we thought Firestone was a reputable company, but I can assure you, they are just like the others, if not worse. avoid! read more

I believe it's important that we take the time to recognize good deeds. I dialed this firestone's number on June 26, 2023, and Kevin Kunkle answered. My daughter was in Phoenix getting ready for her newly assigned employment; therefore, I was in an urgent situation. The Phoenix region is not where we are from. Even Arizona is not our native state. We are California residents living in Sacramento. When I told Kevin about the situation, he not only acknowledged it but also offered to carry the battery to my daughter's car and Install it. Despite the fact that it appeared to be nearby on the map, after the address was supplied to him, he was unable to install it since it was too far away. He then promised to take care of the battery if I could get The Car there before closing. Fortunately, my daughter was able to leave her training around 30 minutes early, so she was able to bring The Car to Firestone. Kevin was on-site as he had promised, got her car immediately into the bay, and by midday the next day, her car was fixed, allowing her to be back on the road in time for her commitments. Heroes don't always wear capes or talk only about the things they have completed; sometimes they are just regular individuals. I sincerely hope that Firestone takes the time to honor Kevin for his heroic deeds as an employee in the community. On this particular Sunday I ended up over at Firestone (because a lot of other tire shops are closed on Sundays) to check on one of my tires that I had noticed was losing air. A small metal piece had punctured my tire... Charles, a technician there, declared my tire unrepairable and wanted to sell me not one but two tires... I opted to have my spare tire installed until I could contact my dealership service advisor or Discount Tire to replace my "unrepairable" tire with the same brand/model as the rest of my tires. The next day I took my car to Discount Tire to have a new tire installed but they said they could repair my tire so I wouldn't have to buy a new one just yet...they repaired my "unrepairable" tire for $0... and wondered why Charles from Firestone told me he couldn't repair it. Had directional tires shipped here 6 months ago for installation. They installed them backwards. Took in yesterday for a puncture repair and asked them to correct the mistake. They had it for two days. Picked up this afternoon and the tire is still showing low AND they are still on incorrectly. Asked them to fix it now and they said, "no, we're too busy." Too busy to do their job right the first or second time I gather. Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me... not gonna get fooled again! Oh, the tires were also 3 lbs intentionally overinflated which would cause then to wear faster AND are less safe as a result. read more

I got my first flat tire ever. I get the spare put on in the Arizona heat. Ofcourse the spare is almost flat but would rather ruin that rim than mine. Get there covered in brake dust. I was worried I was going to get screwed going to a tire shop but golly oh my these people are amazing. Super nice fixed the tire aird up everything else. Got me all done quick fast and in a hurry. Get this. It's time for me to pay (40 bucks not bad) they don't except tap. Now I don't have a physical card because I didn't think I needed one while I was running my errands. They just gave me the repair for free. I am so shocked by the kind hearted people working here and sadly I'm moving to Alaska in 2 months but you better believe I'll get a comeplete service here along with the winter tires I'll need before I go. Absolutely shocked because I thought I was screwed having no way for them to accept my payment. Don't know much about tires but Firestone and Michelin were two name brands. You'll catch me this winter sliding down a hill with a brand new set of firestones trying to catch traction on an inch of ice. Will come here again thank you guys so much !! read more

Four hours ... 4 hours... after I made the appointment they call me to say they cannot service my vehicle today ... Monday ... is Friday soon enough ? Seriously .... I needed air in my tires therefore I pulled up to the store and sat there for 20 minutes and NOT one employee acknowledged my presence. I sat in the car and call the store and explain to staff that I have been sitting in the car and no one acknowledged my presence. I then get out the car go in and explain the situation again and this time I asked if I can have the number to corporate. The worker yells me that store has no number to corporat or a number where customers can call and make a complaint. The was another worker sitting in the back then proceed to tell me I didnt pull under the flag (keep in mind I was close enough for them to see me and in the area of ere the air station is). I then explain to that enployee well I have been sitting out there and again why didn't any employee acknowledge me. He stated it's a sign up there. The sign says self service I'm not there for self service I needed assistance. Well someone came out to put air in my tires and he tried to tell me that my tires were no problem it is probably something else wrong with the car and I need to get my car checked out! Yes exactly I was not there for him to assume I just needed air in my tires. Then he says well it was only a little air needed. I giggled firestone customer service complaint found a number and called. Eventually I found out that was the manager when I spoke with the customer service compliant department. Chose Firestone due to the good reviews here on Yelp and due to it's convenient location. My car is in need of some TLC and decided to get a change oil here. I decided to scope out their website to set an appointment and did so with ease. I saw they had coupons for Oil Change from $19.99 to $49.99 depending on the service and printed them off to see if they would apply, considering today was the last day. Came in prior to my appointment and was told that I needed a Full Synthetic Oil for my Mini Cooper. I asked about the different kinds of oils to make sure it was appropriate for my car. My coupon was not applied, but the person helping me did give me a $15 rebate for my oil filter. The total cost for my oil + filter change came out to be $68. The service was good in terms of conversation. They let me know it would take about an hour. Took an hour and a half, with two cars in front of me. I appreciate that the estimated wait time was in the ball park. However, if you're looking for a place that's quick ... you might want to consider somewhere else. My appointment was at 11:30 on a Wednesday. As of now, pretty happy with my car. read more

I've been coming here for years! Back when I was single & had an old, beat up Alero & now when I'm married, driving my nice RAV4! All my experiences with them have been great! They're friendly when I call, they communicate frequently with what's going on with my vehicle - I'm not left wondering. I've found them to be efficient, honest & no run-around. I specifically wanted to highlight my most recent visit. I knew my car needed an oil change & possibly new brakes. I called on Thursday & requested a weekend appointment. They got me in Saturday morning & checked my car immediately. There was an issue with the oil cap, which broke when they removed it. They let me know it might take a lot longer now depending on how quickly they could get the part. To my surprise they were all done within a couple hours! The part was delivered immediately & they didn't even charge me for it! They also said my brakes were fine! I anticipated possibly spending hundreds of dollars that day & not getting my car until the following morning. But in the end it only cost me $29 & 2 hours of my life! It's nice to know they go over & above to fix the problems for their customers & they don't try to create new ones! read more

Avoid this place!!!!! I made an appointment only to show up and no one at this store was available the doors were locked I called and no answer. I get some times humans have bad days . I made a second appointment only to be let down again!!!‍ I waited with an appointment for over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation‍ in that two hours of waiting I witnessed people paying for services only to hear them call back and complain about the issue not fixed properly This place can't even do an oil change and tire rotation properly!!!!!! Sad thing is this is my second attempt at giving these people a second chance‍ only to be disappointed in there unprofessional services‍‍‍ read more

I submitted to what should have been a trained mechanic for a diagnostic. I compared the diagnostic with another mechanic who said they missed the mark and actually fixed the car. There was a video on Youtube with the very problem. I complained to the store manager and he refunded my cost and told me to never come back. I filed a complaint with Firestone HQ and they perpetually claimed they were in a meeting. At your discretion. That is definitely not the way to run a store or a company. Tires is all you should get from these guys as competent mechanics - they are not. read more
