When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75. One of the items they identified was the old serpentine belt wrapped around the axle. Apparently it was too much work for them to pull it off because it's still there. They replaced the valve cover gasket, did an oil change and replaced the existing belts. There is lots more to get done including the timing belt. My son called back to get a price for all the parts and labor which was almost $300 more than the next shop we called in the area. I am not saying they are a bad shop, but these few issues plus some communication problems will make me think twice.

It sat in that exact spot for over two weeks before I finally received a quote, which I felt was unreasonably high for the work. I understand that shops have minimum charges, but waiting more than two weeks for a quote on a cam bearing replacement--only to receive a price that high--was frustrating. When I picked the block up, it had developed some surface rust because it hadn't been moved the entire time it was there. That said, the staff was friendly and professional throughout the process. Because of that, I'd be willing to give them another chance if I needed different work in the future. However, my first experience ended up being a frustrating waste of time.

They also fabricated side exits through the rear quarters just behind the rear wheels. Overall, the quality of the work is good, and I'm happy with how the exhaust turned out. The only minor issue was that they left more of the exhaust hanger material than necessary, but they were trying to finish the job at the end of the day so I could pick the car up before they closed. I was able to trim it myself without any issues. They are definitely on the pricier side, but the workmanship, customer service, and overall experience were worth it.

We have plenty of proof, including affidavits that we're getting from the mechanic shop, phone calls, text messages and overwhelming evidence again people watch who you hire even when you provide proof it seems not enough for someone that doesn't want to take responsibility for the bad work done these are all my opinions except for the facts that I have and will be providing in court. I tried to resolve this with Mr. Kole showed him evidence. Let him know what I had and he still refuses and said I will see you in court clearly this is someone that doesn't want to take responsibility. I will be updating after it is resolved in court. After the installation, I took my car for a ride and there were many warning lights on the dashboard. Not sure if they damaged all the sensors on the car but all the sensors are now giving me warning lights and these warning lights will not go away. If you have newer cars, DO NOT let these guys fix your cars. One of the mechanics was hitting the back rotor with a huge hammer very hard to get it off and must have damaged all the sensors, I guess. Another possibility is that the other mechanic was using an electric saw to cut off the dust covers and might have cut a cable to cause all the warning lights to show up on the dashboard. I sent them an email about all the warning lights but no response from them. They were able to install the 4 rotors and 4 calipers just fine but the brakes don't feel very tight and feel loose when hitting the brakes. I have to push the brake pedal almost all the way down to the floor in order to stop the car. I recommend these guys if you have older cars with no latest technologies. They have damaged my new car. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 6/2/2025 Took my 2024 Nissan Z to the Nissan dealership and they found 2 problems with my 2024 Nissan Z. They told me the technician Kyle and another technician from High Idle Mobile Mechanics who installed the brakes on my car damaged the ABS sensor and the R/F HUB BEARING which will cost me about $1658.50 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wheel Bearing Replacement - Front: DIAG VEHICLE AND FOUND DTC RF NO COMM WITH RF ABS SENSOR. INSPECT SENSOR AND FOUND THAT SENSOR IS BROKEN. AND HUB IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY.
