One of the items they identified was the old serpentine belt wrapped around the axle. Apparently it was too much work for them to pull it off because it's still there. They replaced the valve cover gasket, did an oil change and replaced the existing belts. There is lots more to get done including the timing belt. My son called back to get a price for all the parts and labor which was almost $300 more than the next shop we called in the area. I am not saying they are a bad shop, but these few issues plus some communication problems will make me think twice.

I took my 2003 Corvette to APA Custom after suspecting a blown head gasket. They diagnosed engine…read moreknock and recommended either a rebuild or a new GM LS engine. I chose the new engine. Initially, communication was good and pricing was fair with discounts When I picked it up my car on August 13, 2025, it immediately had issues to include not starting on the first start, A/C issues, rough idle, running hot, and a speed limiter error. The next day, they admitted to missing a vacuum hose and incorrect settings related to the shocks, which they fixed. However, the car continued running poorly, ran hot, and had ongoing starting issues. I returned the car on August 21st. They kept it for 10.5 weeks without resolving the problem, with very poor communication. Then they sent it to another shop (not one I approved) for an additional 6.5 weeks. After 17 weeks total, the starting issue was still not fixed. I picked up my car on December 12th and within miles of picking it up, the check engine light came on. A different shop I chose later, looked at my car for 15 minutes and found that the PCV system was installed incorrectly and the car still had a stock tune. After correcting those, the car runs much better, runs cooler, but the starting issue remains, and is most likely a cam sensor. Not only did I have to pay my car payment and insurance for the 4 months I was without my car, but I also had to pay another shop to tune it and fix the PCV system. I tried to address this issue directly with the owner before leaving a review, but he was defensive, and unwilling to work toward a resolution. I also submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in hopes of resolving the matter. After spending thousands of dollars and dealing with months of delays and poor communication, I cannot recommend this shop, and I won't even use my loyalty rewards to get a free oil change at this point.

Could not fix my oil leak after 2 visits. Christian Brothers found that this Firestone installed my…read moreoil pan incorrectly and left multiple bolts unfastened leading to more oil leaks. They also found an oil leak that Firestone missed on my crankshaft gasket above the oil pan. Overall Firestone absolutely failed me here and wasted my money. The people at Christian Brothers are far more professional, and way more knowledgeable. Save yourself the money and time and go there. Christian Brothers didn't even need to dye my oil to find the problem.

I tried to resolve this with Mr. Kole showed him evidence. Let him know what I had and he still refuses and said I will see you in court clearly this is someone that doesn't want to take responsibility. I will be updating after it is resolved in court. The 2 guys came on time to install 4 aftermarket brakes (4 rotors and 4 calipers) for my 2024…read moreNissan Z. After the installation, I took my car for a ride and there were many warning lights on the dashboard. Not sure if they damaged all the sensors on the car but all the sensors are now giving me warning lights and these warning lights will not go away. If you have newer cars, DO NOT let these guys fix your cars. One of the mechanics was hitting the back rotor with a huge hammer very hard to get it off and must have damaged all the sensors, I guess. Another possibility is that the other mechanic was using an electric saw to cut off the dust covers and might have cut a cable to cause all the warning lights to show up on the dashboard. I sent them an email about all the warning lights but no response from them. They were able to install the 4 rotors and 4 calipers just fine but the brakes don't feel very tight and feel loose when hitting the brakes. I have to push the brake pedal almost all the way down to the floor in order to stop the car. I recommend these guys if you have older cars with no latest technologies. They have damaged my new car. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: 6/2/2025 Took my 2024 Nissan Z to the Nissan dealership and they found 2 problems with my 2024 Nissan Z. They told me the technician Kyle and another technician from High Idle Mobile Mechanics who installed the brakes on my car damaged the ABS sensor and the R/F HUB BEARING which will cost me about $1658.50 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wheel Bearing Replacement - Front: DIAG VEHICLE AND FOUND DTC RF NO COMM WITH RF ABS SENSOR. INSPECT SENSOR AND FOUND THAT SENSOR IS BROKEN. AND HUB IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. RECOMMEND TO REPLACE R/F HUB BEARING AND ABS SENSOR AND RETEST --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have emailed the owner Kole Williams and provided the Nissan Repair Estimate and have requested that Kole Williams send his technicians to repair the damage that his 2 technicians damaged my car. So far, I have not heard anything from the owner Kole Williams.
