The sensor kept coming back on and Greg had purchased a battery operated tire pump and filled it up several times. Plaza said they could look at it that day and a few hours later George received a call the car was ready. When we arrived they said, "no charge" and asked how George had been inflating the tires. Evidently he and Greg failed to measure the tire pressure and just guessed it needed more air and had overinflated one of the tires to double what it was rated at. Needless to say George was thrilled that was the problem. These guys could have taken advantage of the situation and even told me this happens fairly often. Anyway, they got my business that day. Now I gota go somewhere else. Cons: Apparently the technician didn't show up because their vehicle wasnt working. If they knew that someone wasnt there at the scheduled appointment time then why take my car back? Follow up: Came in next day to get alignment fixed because my steering wheel was slightly turned to the right. When I would position my wheel straight it would have me going to the left very much instead of straight. I had to come back up here and get that addressed. They never did so I called and apparently there was no record of any work being done and they told me to go in again so they can do it again. after the final service they never addressed anything about the noise, just regular oil and wheel maintenance information.
