Hunter was the only CSR on duty. He let a pack of shady young-bucks park their 2 cars without front plates in the Disabled Parking stalls, thus hiding their rear plates. OFC the customer slots are full of some-ones' cars, so is the yard. Asked about it and he doesn't really care, "they will be gone in a minute" as the machine keeps failing to accept Y-B's card. Then young-buck starts throwing attitude and juvenile intimidation that rules don't apply to him. Then comes the intimidation from the young guy, but a F-u in response makes you the bad guy. it gets ugly from there, try to document the situation and they suddenly want to hide their plates and faces. Nothing says guilty like that. bad behaviors is bad behavior no matter who. they started to scatter when pictures to document the situation started happening.

Be careful, if you have a wheel lock on your car don't bring it here! You'll get a cracked windshield because they don't know how to take off a wheel lock and blame a rock from the main road that "cracked" your windshield!!!! I brought my car to get 4 new tires and when I got it back there was a big crack on my windshield I left my car overnight and drove back to the location because I forgot to give them the wheel lock key so next day they called said my car was ready picked it up and saw a big crack on my windshield. I called them asked if someone dropped something on my windshield, Alex said no and proceeds to say the only thing he can think of is a rock from the main road might of cracked it but that doesn't make sense because then they wouldn't park customers cars by the main road because then they'll have a bunch of claims. Got home and the end of my wheel lock aligns with the crack! Tried to call them back twice but of course no answer so I decided to file a complaint and that was denied! It's pretty ridiculous that they treat their customers like that after paying them your hard earned money! I'll never come back to Firestone!

Late last summer I went into discount tire to look at one of my tires as it was slowly leaking air…read moreand if they could fix the hole if they found one. A 1/2 hour later was told that there was a hole but it was not fixable and that I needed to buy a new tire. And if I buy a new tire, I should buy 2 new rear tires due to the kind of car that I have that this is recommended to keep up with the high performance. I was working with Brian to get the best price for 2 new tires, then he was talking me into 4 new tires. I first agreed and he was ready to take my car back to the bay and get these new tires on. I was like HOLD UP, I'm not getting them today. However I kinda was feeling pressure. After 4 months and every month I was getting air put into my rear tire, I finally decided to move forward to 2 new tires. However, I am the type of person that will get a second opinion and to see if another tire store can offer me a better deal. So on my way to Discount Tire, I stopped at Les Schwab to see if they could find out why I was losing air in my rear tire. They checked it out and came back to me saying that I just had a small nail in my tire but they were able to patch the tire up and that all my tires had another 20,000 miles left on my tires. I was extremely grateful and left the store thinking wow, I can't believe that discount tires, a place that I have gone to for years, lied to me and tried to take advantage of me! Brian made me feel like I had to get my tires replaced ASAP. I am so disappointed in this place. I will never go back there again. And I will make sure that anyone who asks me about tires, I will tell them to stay far away from discount tires, they take advantage of any female walking into there store and they lie to you and scare you into buying tires that are not needed. I am so disappointed and upset. Don't go to them ever! There are a handful of other tire stores in a 1/4 mile radius, go to any of them and ALWAYS get a second opinion.

At drop-off, I specifically asked them to save the nails they found and to keep one of my older tires as a spare for emergencies. I even reminded them multiple times, and they assured me they'd leave notes for the service team and have everything ready at pickup. When I came back, both the nails and my tire were gone--they had thrown them out. I was told there was nothing they could do because "all the tires have already been picked up by another vendor." Their solution? Offer me $50 for a tire that cost me far more. After years of good experiences, this was incredibly disappointing and felt careless.

A few months ago I had a catastrophic flat tire and only managed to limp into a Shell station nearby. The kind person there filled up the tire and suggested that I go to Omar's tires on N 45th Street. $50 to repair a worthless tire. I should have gone to Les Schwab instead. They fix flat tires and their reputation is spotless. Plus prices are very reasonable, even free sometimes. Today I took my brother in law's car to the Ballard Les Schwab to have his brakes checked. An unusual rumbling noise was coming from one of the wheels. He doesn't speak English so I did the talking. They checked the brakes but didn't find any problem with the brakes and recommended I take it to the dealer to check the hybrid system and/or the roller bars. There was no attempt to sell me anything. Just a useful recommendation for what to do next. Thank you Tina at the front desk. Excellent help and personable customer service.

So disappointed with Toyota! AAA towed my car to the Ballard location not knowing how long it would take. Decided to take off my snow tires and purchase top of the line Continental tires since Spring is around the corner. LesSchwab is ordering me a replacement snow tire for the one that popped. So I can have them installed next year when winter arrives. Super fast service

I highly recommend this place and will return when I need to. I own a 1998 4Runner that originally lived in Alaska so it was rusty when I got it. The auxiliary cross member to the frame that supports the rear axle trailing arms (rear shocks and differential), gas tank shield and some other supports had rusted off the frame. The rear axle and these components were loose and floating. I called several notable shops from Port Angeles to Bellevue. None of them would take on the work. I work on my cars but there's no way I could have done this myself. When they described how they were going to install the replacement cross member, I thought it was creative and efficient. They also went beyond just making the repair by applying rust prevention treatment while they had it apart. Something I forgot to ask them if they could do--but they did it anyway. So I'm very happy about that. A real conscientious and professional group. I would have likely had to get rid of the car if it weren't for them, which would have been sad because it still has a lot of life left at 250k miles (my Sienna van has 400k miles). I just have to keep an eye on some of the other rusty areas like the rear shock mounts.

These guys are amazing. Every time I have gone here for an emergency tire repair they have saved the day, they're very accommodating, and they're very fast. I didn't even have time to finish this review while I was waiting for them to install the two tires I ordered. Highly, highly recommended.

I found a listing for Tire House & it said Open - on a Sunday! I called but no answer. Started to feel very discouraged, but then my phone rang and it was the technician from Tire House calling me back!! how refreshing is that?! A returned phone call! I told him I could visibly see a nail and needed to have the tire looked at and hopefully repaired. He asked that I come back in about an hour, and I happily agreed. Upon arriving, I was directed to pull forward into the lift area. He helped me find the special tool/key needed to take my wheel off (which I didn't even know was required). He got the tools out and removed my wheel, verified that it was a nail that could be removed and the tire plugged. He did all of this in about 20 minutes. The repair was affordable and because he was so kind and willing to help I tipped another $25. Thank you for your willingness to help & fast service on a Sunday! Much appreciated!
