    Got an oil change there, they under filled the engine by 4 quarts of oil and the engine fumed with burnt oil.

    I have been going there for over 10 years despite it being a 30 minute drive out of my way…read more yesterday was a disappointment. the technician I interacted with was very abrupt and condescending. I heard " we told you for years to use 0 /20 oil" not once have i been to.d this. I'm a customer who actually tracks when the next oil change is. if. was told to use a specific oil to keep my car working well. I would have done it. they have a sign with a QR code for survey feedback . the survey is disabled, clearly they dont want feedback . I won't be back

    I had my oil changed in my car yesterday. My husband also went about an hour earlier to the same…read morelocation for his oil change. He had no issue except online it states that Wednesday (when we went) was senior discount day and it was 50% off for seniors. My husband had a screen shot of the offer. The location said they only gave $30 off not 50%. So, he accepted that and left. No issues. He called me to tell me the offer changed because I was going to same location an hour later. I arrive at location, get greeted by a guy who was pleasant and went into the waiting area. About 10 minutes later my car was done. I went to the counter to pay and no one came over for awhile. Finally a guy came over to cash me out. I stated I wanted the senior discount. He asked me for my coupon. I told him it is online and I have a screen shot of it. He says that's 'ai' and he wouldn't take it. He said I had look at the website for the coupons. So I did and there was no senior deal.On the website it said to mention the offer to get it! I told him my husband was there an hour earlier and got $30 off. THIS is when it went bad. He was very nasty,indignant, and degrading. He told me he didn't have that and "I had to pick the coupon of $20 off or nothing!" I said my husband was just here pull up his receipt. So he did and it showed the $30 off- with the code. I said then call the guy over who gave it to him He said the guy who did that wasnt there (in my opinion a blatant lie to shut me up). I asked for the manager and he said he wasnt there - that he was it and I had to deal with him. He was very condescending, nasty and I feel discriminatory against me for my sex and age (I am 70 yr old female) He refused to override the offer and the code was on my husband's recepit. He still refused to give my the $30 off. So I took the $20 off. He smiled nastily and said your receipt is in your email - which mine as you see attached doesn't have the stats at the bottom! As I left he said - "HAVE A BETTER DAY!' I made a comment under my breath which I hope he heard and left. He blately was discrimintating against me because I was a woman and older. He could have easily copied the code from my husband's recipet but he refused. This is unacceptable. The employee needs to be reprimanded and retrained how to deal with customers and when I showed him my husband was there ONE HOUR earlier - not a week, or a day or two, he shoiuld have honored the offer. I would like a refund for this since I didn't get the offer. This was totally unacceptable!!! There were other customers in the waiting room that heard the whole thing.

We pulled over a few miles away and started calling local repair shops and dealers to see who could fix our '03 VW Jetta. Without fail, all told us to bring it in, they'd look on Monday. We were still 2.5 hours from home, so staying through Monday to fix our car wasn't an option. Charles answered at Monro and after listening to me describe the problem, he told me it was probably a failed coil pack, that a lot of Jettas have the issue, and that they could take care of it today. We asked if we needed to get a tow in and he told us that we could drive it in, just to do so slowly and with hazards on and there shouldn't be an issue. He was right on all accounts. We arrived at Monro and they were fast, courteous, and accommodating. They didn't mind us bringing our 9 week old puppy into the waiting area (as opposed to having us wait outside with him), kept us informed of what they were finding as they went over the car, and had us out of there within an hour of arriving. They run a professional shop and take care of the customers, what more can you ask for?

I then asked the front desk guy if he was sure the worker would do it. He replied, "Yeah, yeah." After that, he was quite impressed. "Oh, brand new tires!" he exclaimed. The worker run the car over the tool. I got brand new tires, but he almost ruined one of them there is a video I uploaded too. He took 1.5 hours to complete the alignment. After that, he blamed the machine, but I know it wasn't the machine. The worker didn't even use the proper tools. The proper tools are 14mm and 19mm, but he used an adjustable wrench and grip plier. I don't know if they actually train their employees to use proper tools. Poor value and they treat your car like junk cars I WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO GO THERE IF THEY WANT TO DRIVE THEIR CAR LONGER
