Autonation did seem to agree on the 5 day/250 mile warranty... But, to help me with it was far from seen, I had to find parts and the gauge cluster is hard to find as many know. Autonation dragged thier feet then refered me to ford dealer. To find problem. I wanted original roush gauges, then left to me. I did not drive it due tue issue. Still after 3 weeks its now sitting in my shop. I've been trying to comunicate with the used car manager and twice responded with nothing other than refering to the salesman. No help in any way. I love the car and will keep it but good luck with any help from manager on any used car issue.. Now autonation finance is another issue, I got my first payment notice. Called to pay off loan at $11,046. They refused to take a full payment. Said i could only process $10,000 but in two $5,000 payments. ( those were back to back, like why not one payment) Leaving a ballance of $1,046 and refused that, say i had to wait a week. Never in my life have i had any issues of this nature. I do want to add it is a very nice car. Just did not get much cooperation.

We were originally going to purchase a similar car from Spokane Hyundai, but the dishonesty followed by very unprofessional behavior from the "manager" lost our business. I emailed the general sales manager and sales manager to inform them of their employee's lack of customer service and lack of professionalism and never received a reply.
