Well, I cannot stress enough how fantastic this Air Conditioning Company performs. We have had three major companies care for our air conditioning system. One was way too expensive, the next too busy to call back. The third just plain didn't know what they were doing. This was over the ten years we have lived here in the desert. It's now 11:35am and the issue is fixed for a fair price. First Choice customer service without equal. The condensation from our 2 A/C units in the attic were flowing out of the secondary lines just below the roof line. I called this morning and was surprised that they scheduled a team for the afternoon. They send Steven and Eduardo out to our home. I explained that our former A/C crew cleared the lines, but with less than favorable results about a month ago. Steven and Edward went into the attic and quickly found the issue. BOTH main condensation lines were clogged. Steven told me they would fix that today! They came down after working a while and explained every thing they did. Clearing both lines at the unit and further down the lines to make SURE they were clear. They also set up the lines so they would flow better. They arrived at 2:15pm and were finished by 3:25pm. Our original AC company went out of business and we couldn't be happier because we found First Choice AC/heating Every person connected with them from the people answering the calls to the techs, professional and knowledgeable. Our system was slowly giving out, they gave us the different scenarios and the fixes. We took the quick fix and waiting, six months later they were back. I've been using First Choice A/C services for many years. They've been servicing my home and office A/C units. They've always been prompt with their response, professional and extremely honest. They've been servicing our home units (19 years old units) for years. One of the units has been having issues all year. They serviced, assessed and gave honest feedback. Our unit died on Tuesday during the heatwave (115). Even though there is an equipment shortage - they found a unit and was ready to install it by 6am the next morning. Amazing service from start to finish. Marissa was friendly and accommodating, getting a technician out to our home within the specified time frame on a busy Memorial Day weekend. Carlos was fantastic. Called and texted in advance of his arrival. Diagnosed the problem AND repaired our air conditioning unit within 30 minutes. Very careful not to track dust in our home. Called First Choice for a new thermostat. I wanted a simple unit. The installer found it humorous that I would want to read through the instructions, instead of throwing them away. After 5 days of trying to make it work, finally called 1-800 Honeywell customer service and they helped with the schedule. Had my ac unit serviced yesterday because it wasnt working. The fan outside was the problem(i dont know anything about ac units thats why i called it the fan outside). The guy that came fixed it, but didnt even bother to wait 5-10min to see if the ac unit was working effectively. Bad bad in my eyes. Well in these days of 100-115 F i had to leave a comment. If he was a professional he wouldve waited atleast 30min to see if the place was cooling down. Well he didnt and it didnt cool down Till 11pm. would've really appreciated if he waited and seen with his own eyes that the old old old unit i have isnt working 100%! 3 years of suffering in the summer have passed, i cant get a new unit because of these "pros" doing a good job?! read more

Absolutely the best customer experience EVER. All employees were professional and the work, OUTSTANDING. I spent hours researching HVAC systems then met with First Choice to get their feedback based on experience. Yes, you can go with a high brand but be cautious about selecting high priced HVAC systems, it does not necessarily mean you are getting really any major difference in performance. And since we live here in the desert, be cognizant of WHAT system you select and how soon any parts can be available for any repair. Big name brands WILL have a longer lead time. I called this company at 6:00 PM. I told them my heater would come on, but would not stay on. My house was dropping to 67 and 66. My thermostat was replaced a week prior, but the issue continued. They asked me when I would like them to come out, I jokingly said "now," they said no problem! I couldn't believe it!! to wrap this up, the service was A-1 !!!!!! My unit was fixed in 45 minutes or less, the tech cleaned other things to ensure proper functioning etc.... the bill was a little more than 100 bucks, and this was way after 5:00!!! What can I say, they are awesome. I interviewed 4 AC companies to do a service and repair job. One showed up and said they were too busy. The other two gave me a bid 4 TIMES as much as First Choice. I called First Choice after reading all of the great reviews on Yelp. It was 10pm on a Thurs night and I was expecting to leave a voicemail to be returned the next morning. To my surprise, a live person answered who wasn't an answering service. Yesenia explained that the business number rolls over to her mobile phone so that they are always available. I explained that one of my central air units was powering on but not blowing air. She arranged to have a technician come out the next morning. Jose arrived and was extremely pleasant. He was very professional throughout the whole diagnostic process. In the end he determined that a motor capacitor needed replacing. Since he keeps most common parts stocked in his truck, he was able to replace it on the spot. Jose was in and out in under an hour and was extremely thorough. Wow! Talk about A+++ customer service. As luck would have it, in the midst of this wonderful summer heat, I woke up to my AC not working...every homeowners nightmare. I frantically called (at 5am) and they were kind enough to take my call. They really went above and beyond, and were able to get a technician scheduled to come out at noon that same day, which was the only time I could be home. The technician, Jose, was fantastic. Kind enough to field my many questions and patient enough to explain what had happened / how to fix it. Luckily it was just an electrical part that needed to be replaced, which was done on the spot, and within minutes, wonderful cold air was blasting from my vents once again. We had an a/c emergency! Summer heat creeped in and our a/c goes out. In one day we called 2 companies to assess and after feeling discouraged with the outcomes we called First Choice. On time, thorough, technically skilled and they explained the problem and how they were going to fix it. They worked long hours in the desert heat, it hit 110 when they installed the new unit. For some reason it's hard to get reliable and knowledgeable technicians in the valley but I'll always depend on First Choice for their service and professionalism.
