There were a lot of patients in the Urgent Care Center at the closing hour but the Receptionists still modeled an abundance of high caring, kind and attentively energizing Professionalism. I always enjoy relaxing in the waiting room where there are fun kids Movies playing and a cool AC to help me unwind and decompress. The TV Screen in the waiting room gave me clear expectations of my estimated waiting time and place in line which also helped ease my anxiety and uncertainty! Mildred called me in within the time frame listed and did a wonderful job thoroughly recording my vitals for the Provider. I appreciated Mildred's fun and flavorful personalized badge holders which added extra Sports Nerd pizzazz into the Atmosphere, and I was so delighted to see Dr. Igbinosun as my Provider! Dr. Igbinosun has assisted me before and is very quick, stern, and caring when it comes to providing helpful feedback and guidance on how to heal efficiently. Dr. Igbinosun listened attentively to my requests for topical ointment over cream and also prescribed me antibiotics to help the bacterial infection from spreading. My skin rash has healed so much since my visit and I appreciate the Norco Urgent Care Team for serving me with positive and peacefully structured Professionalism as always! I checked in for an appointment 10 minutes earlier and my estimated wait time was 27-42 minutes even though I had an appointment. They send you a text message before your assigned appointment explains that if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled. But when you arrive they want your payment upfront. Should waive payment if they are over 10 minutes from your assigned appointment. However, their monitor is very inaccurate and misleading as it informs you in real-time what approximate wait time is. The problem is that is was way off. I was not called into the office until 1 hour and 18 minutes. Then it took another 19 minutes for the physician to see me in the exam room. Dr was friendly and I diagnosed and exited the room after 2 minutes after being seen. A couple observations were made from this experience. 1. You are better off getting a better wait time but reporting in person and returning. 2. Just go to ER. I did not see the benefit for making an online appointment. Total waste of time! This is so sad because the VA contracts with this establishment and after this experience I am writing to the VA to inform that they should not renew and future contracts if this is how they treat veterans! I literally could have waited less by driving to the VA hospital ER and getting a better treatment.

Instead of addressing my symptoms, she repeatedly attempted to push unrelated services, which made the visit feel more like a sales pitch than a medical appointment. Refusing to appropriately evaluate and treat a patient presenting with clear symptoms comes in way below the standard of care and raises serious concerns about patient safety and professional conduct. I left without receiving the care I needed for what should have been a straightforward issue. Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and properly treated this experience failed on all three. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California so this incident is documented and reviewed.

My mom was initially placed in a three-bed room with a very loud patient, making it difficult for her to rest. Krystal went out of her way to find a quieter room that happened to be available and arranged for my mom to be moved so she could have a more restful night. My mom was extremely appreciative, and so was I. The entire staff on the unit was wonderful, but Crystal truly went above and beyond. Her compassion, attentiveness, and willingness to advocate for her patient made a difficult situation much more comfortable. I would also like to recognize the echo technician who cared for my mom. She had initially requested a female technician, but his kindness, professionalism, and respectful demeanor immediately put her at ease. He earned her trust right away, and she felt completely comfortable in his care. His professionalism and compassionate approach made a lasting impression on both of us. I would also like to recognize Jackie , CNA ( I believe that's her name) . She has a very boisterous personality that immediately brightened the atmosphere on the unit. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but her hard-working attitude and comedic sense of humor made a positive impact on everyone around her. Additionally, the registered nurses were exceptional, persistently assisting in clearing my ear. The nurses were exceedingly kind, and the doctor was highly informative about each procedure and its rationale. I spent nearly four hours there, during which all the staff were courteous.   Also I was so hungry and feeling dizzy and the nurse got me a sandwich that was so nice from my nurse she was amazing The check-in process is efficient; your name is recorded, after which a nurse calls you to assess your vitals and inquire about the purpose of your visit. I propose an enhancement of privacy; now, all conversations are audible, since we are situated in an open waiting area where others can overhear personal reasons for seeing the doctor, resulting in a complete lack of privacy. I could discern the rationale and concerns of each individual; yet, that location is located at the entryway, compromising privacy since it exposes one's affairs to public knowledge. The check-in process for payment is efficient, and the staff is kind while recording your insurance information. Overall, everyone is polite and professional. I appreciate the kindness of the staff; every individual, including the security guard who records your name, was pleasant and amiable. The emergency room is clean, the bathrooms are well-maintained, and the whole service is commendable. The chairs are comfortable, thankfully not made of harsh plastic, which enhances the experience. No one told me this amount is just your Copay, and you might be charged for 3 or more times money. ( I did not ask as well: I was not doing a business, I was the Patient in pain) After a week I received a call that you need to pay the rest of your visit charges, since your insurance doesn't cover it. I told them they need to let people know how much could be the total amount in advance, but he said: Be happy! :)) You could be visited by a Registered Nurse and on that case you had to pay more than $400.00! I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. I called their office this morning and was told, "I told you about the fee" when in fact they did not. I had cash on me on day of visit so I would have just paid cash. She also said "there is a small sign" at front desk, which obviously should be much larger since I did not see it. The $1. fee is not the point, the point here is the fee was not disclosed. I don't have to wait for days for an appointment. Nurses in the front office are especially nice & friendly. My only issue is with their billing. The billing company that use is impossible to deal with. Never return your calls and one doesn't know what the other did. They send claims to insurance too late or not at all ... and are too happy to send it to collection agency.
