They had my car for far too long, got paid and could have gotten more m ok ney from the insurance company to do the job right and still gave me back a car that was in worse shape than what I took it in for and blamed the rest of the car that they weren't even working on for their shoddy work. The paint has all kinds of divits in it where it looks like they painted the car in a dust storm and tried to bn cover it up by color sanding, the pinstripe is all wavy and they didnt use the same person to do the original pinstripe as instructed which would have been cheaper and now the pinstripe is the wrong color, wavy and much thicker than the other side of the car that was correctly pinstriped by my regular pinstriper just months before AND they attempted to reuse the painted side mouldings that they reinstalled with double sided tape CROOKED and is now falling off. They taped off areas and peeled off patches of paint on areas they weren't supposed to touch and now not only does the entire side of the car need to repainted correctly but also the deck lid. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE IF YOU GET A "EARL SCHEIB" JOB. I picked the car up and it was filthy and they didnt even finish buffing out parts of the repainted areas. They detrimmed the doors and didnt replace all of the screws when putting the trim back on and the door handles look like they were taped off instead of removed as I saw that they were when I stopped to check on progress while they were "working" on my car. It was a total shoddy job. If they couldn't do a proper and good job with what the insurance company said they would pay, they should have refused the job IF that was the case. Now I have a real mess and have to have it all redone at my own expense because they won't respond to my insurance agent or my request to make it right. I wouldn't want them to touch it again at this point because I know they would screw it up even more. read more

Even better, they quoted the price right away on a Friday and told me come back Monday. The called a few hours after I dropped it off. Fix was perfect. It's really awesome to find a auto body shop that is honest and gives good advice. That's important if you're paying without disturbing your insurance company. I think some of the big shops make everything more complicated in order to milk more money from the insurance company who wouldn't know any better. I had a small scratch on my car that I didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars to fix. I contacted BumperDoc and David got my car in right away. I told him what I wanted and he was able to accommodate and fix my car on the spot! In addition, he charged me a lot less than what I was expecting because the amount of work needed turned out to be less. The end result was what I expected and I walked away feeling like I got a great deal. He also had me return the next week to get the area polished, for no extra charge! I wish I can give ZERO STARS - Estimator said repair of my spoiler on both sides from hitting the sidewalk would be about $65 for 1hr worth of work. During the total time of 5min. while speaking with the estimator, he said I should count on 2hrs just to be safe. Then said I should count on $300 to be safer. All this within 5min, I called him out on how he can increase his price so sharply within minutes. I left but thought about it and phoned them back to get the estimator's name, I spoke with the person who answered and explained I want his name for this review. She asked me to explain what happened while speaking with the estimator then just hung up on me mid sentence purposely, wow. Lousy customer service. The way your company handles the public is a embarrassment to the South Scottsdale community. Shame on you. read more

Super easy process! Brought my Lincoln in to fix the right rear quarter panel and bumper cover. They gave me a quick fast quote and I didn't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork just a simple half a page sheet. The work was incredible the car looked better than when I took it in! Long story short - after my estimate appointment with Trevor, I felt total confidence that they were the right place to get my damage repaired. They offered a courtesy rental vehicle at no extra cost - which I thought was amazing because that saves you an extra step, hassle and money. The customer service here is outstanding, very genuine. My car was repaired and restored perfectly. They detailed it beautifully and even removed a scratch I had on my driver side door! Two thumbs way up! First Class Auto Body gave me one of the best experiences I've had with any company recently. Trevor, Fernando and the rest of the crew there are exceptional. If/when I ever need to take my car in for body work again, I will definitely take it back to First Class. I needed to have the side view mirror on my 1999 Prelude replaced after someone opened their car door on it and broke it. Mind you, this is a 21-year-old car, but it's been kept in a garage and is in really good condition. Since someone else was paying the bill (she didn't want to go through her insurance), and the quote I received from another well-known Scottsdale body shop seemed high, I offered to get a second estimate. Trevor's quote was considerably less than the other one, and I didn't have to take my car in to get the quote (like I did at the other place). He just took my VIN and was able to proceed that way. Long story short, they did a fantastic job matching the paint, and they cleaned my car so well that it looked almost new again. They even gave me a loaner car to drive overnight while they had my car. All for less than the other place would have charged. I highly recommend First Class Auto Body. Ended up having a mutual love for 4 wheeling the owner does and sparked up a friendship and have had the pleasure of hearing positive feedback from everyone I have sent his way. Wally and Dave will take care of you, keep you informed and are real helpful fielding questions or helping even when its something rather small. The place is professional and decorated with restored gas pumps and friendly employees. They were working on everything regular sedans to a Z06 corvette, an AMG SL500 or an old lime green Mopar getting a frame off restoration through out my travels there. First Class is a great business, staff are customer service focused, and the prices are great! I took my car in to replace my back bumper. All staff in the office were friendly and greeted me with a smile. It really made it difference because they all care about giving excellent customer service and they appreciate their customers. David the owner walked with me to my car and quickly wrote a quote for me. I thought it would be about $1000 but only came to $700. They only needed a day to get the part and he said it would take 10 minutes to install when I came back for the repair. Initially I thought my insurance wouldn't cover the damage on my car, come to find out they do cover it. I had to go to a different location to get my car appraised by Geico and that appraisal was $100 for the same damage. This proves that First Class has more competitive prices. When I returned I worked with Wally, the General Manager. He was very friendly and accommodating. Kasey in the office was great!! My Nissan Murano was recently in an accident and needed repair. I went through my insurance company and I normally just take to them, but they couldn't fit me in for another day (after I'd waited 3 for them over the weekend) & I couldn't wait any longer. On Scott's (from Whitey's Auto) suggestion, I went to 1st Class Auto Body. The first thing about them is that they fit me in right away. I didn't need an appointment. Gave me an estimate within 20 minutes, and called Enterprise to pick me up for a rental. I called my insurance company to tell them 1st Class would be fixing my car, and it took them 3 days to get out there and assess the damage. 1st Class would have been done within a couple of days if not for that nonsense. They took care of everything- from calling Discount Tire since I had insurance on my tire to dealing with my insurance company, I didn't have to worry or take time out of my busy day to deal with it. They managed my expectations by making sure I knew what I would owe after insurance and when it was due. Then to make it even better, they over quoted me so I actually paid less on delivery of my car! Casey called me a couple of times while my car was there just to update me on the status and I really appreciated that service. Finally, they cleaned my car inside and out and made it look almost brand new! Their attention to detail, hard and diligent work as well as incredible customer service really impressed me! Ok, I hate to admit this! I have been in a few accidents. This time it was only body damage, no engine parts needed. I used Angie's list to find this Gem of a place. It was First Class all the way! One week to completion, excellent workmanship and a free detail job inside and out! My car was beautiful when they were done with it. Usually when I get my car back it stinks like grease or paint or just sun baked. This time, it smelled fresh and was detailed! They took great care of me and my car. To start, I called and set up a time to bring it in. On my way there I called and asked if there was a car rental place near them, they texted me the number so I could call while driving so I didn't have to stop and write it down. ( yes, this is all true, no I am not related or employed and I don't know anyone employed there. I know these are all things I think when I see a great review also). This company does have a great rating on Angie's list and they live up to it, so I took the time to write this so you can make a good decision and have a positive experience also. It took one week to complete the work, the estimated time given was 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. Yes, they delivered early! I have never been so happy with the whole car wreck experience before First Class. Usually, I go to a shop, they take their time getting to me, treat me like I know nothing, and give me vague answers and vague time limits, then it usually takes longer than promised and costs more than the estimated amount and when I do get my car it is dirty and dusty and smells. It is like insult on top of injury. When i arrived, Wally came out, assessed the damages and wrote the estimate within 10 minutes. 15 minutes later after answering my questions, I was picked up by enterprise. 1. Week later, I have my car it is clean, smells great and looks brand new! Thank you First Class Auto Body!
