First Class Moving DISASTER In order to not be scammed, please look at the "not recommended reviews" on their other Yelp page as well as the BBB, they have claims and bad reviews there, with the exact same nightmare as ours. We moved in May 2014, had them store our items in alleged climate controlled units and they moved us into a house in August 2014. Please know their storage units are not accessible to you, the owner. First, Chris came and gave an estimate and references to call, which we did. It must be relatives/friends of theirs, because they were very good references w/no problems. We were moving from a 5000sq foot home and Chris estimated everything to be moved. We donated a 14 ft truckload of furniture & clothes before our move. Still, our estimate was 7 hours, one truckload and $1000 OVER the in home estimate. We spoke w/Chris about inventorying our items for storage, wiling to pay the extra cost. He said it would take a lot more time and that our things would never be with anyone else's, so he didn't recommend it. More on that below. They showed up late on move out day in a small Budget rental truck. They left at one point during the move, and didn't come back for hours, after we called them several times asking where they were. They claimed one mover had sprained his ankle and they had to get other movers. In actuality they were off doing another job. They did not wrap items, like our $1400 white mattress and literally just shoved it onto a dirty truck. They assured us all items would be wrapped once at the storage. Then the bill came for the 1st month of storage, & was much higher than agreed upon. Chris claims he "miscalculated" the amount of storage we'd need, so he'd charged more. At this point they have our things, and we have no choice but to pay. Move in day, the real disaster begins. They show up w/a small truck & begin running through the house, talking about how they have another job to get to. They were literally throwing things and running into each other. We had friends over helping and professionals doing remodeling. They were shocked at the chaos and lack of care with our items. Boxes started coming in that were discolored and looked wet. Upon opening them, they had candles in them, melted down to nubs. We can only imagine how hot it got in the "climate controlled -air conditioned" storage unit to melt the candles into puddles that soaked the surrounding boxes. Next comes our previously white, king sized pillow top mattress. Never wrapped, brown dirt soaking up the sides, bugs & grass, 3 sets of black, greasy handprints on the sides. One man decides to wrangle it himself, and right in front of us, drags it on the pavement, tearing it. He tells us to get an estimate. 2nd small truck arrives and begins unloading SOMEONE ELSE'S ITEMS. Boxes and furniture. We're horrified, as Chris guaranteed our things would never be with someone else's. Half the truck was full of other people's items. So they have to leave again, to get our things. The storage unit is 7 miles from our house and they were gone for 3 hours. We start calling and they said they "had a lot to do". When they finally came back at 8:30pm, the head mover was completely soaked. Clearly they'd been doing another job again, the one the crew kept referencing that morning. At 8:45pm, he walked in w/our dining room table, broken in half, assuring that Chris already knew and "it would be taken care of". We just needed to get estimates & they would handle it. As they left w/payment in hand, the head mover drops the bomb that they actually hadn't brought everything. There was a bedroom set & 2 other beds still in storage.($3000 dollars worth of furniture) He said he'd bring them the next morning. Of course we never heard from him. 6 calls to Chris & 3 days later, we finally got the rest of our furniture. As damages were discovered,Chris kept saying to get estimates. Per the contract, repair/replacement estimates must be submitted w/in 30 days. We complied. 9 weeks and at least 20 phone calls later (most unanswered, as they do indeed dodge phone calls. If you call from a different number they do pick up) we received $120.00, stating we hadn't opted for the extra insurance. They paid $.60 per pound per article. It's critical to note, if you opt for extra insurance, there's a $500 deductible. They've basically insured themselves to treat your items w/no care whatsoever. Also, what's this game Chris continually plays w/having customers "obtain estimates"? Obviously an attempt to hold off paying their debts. When questioned about replacing the candles, another 4 calls & a week later, a check arrived to cover the candles. They're not doing anything about the mattress nor making the $350 dining table repair, whole. read more

First off, First Class Movers claim: "we are dedicated to quality service and satisfaction. We enjoy making you the customer our number one priority. You will find our professional representatives are friendly and courteous. Our primary goal at First Class Moving and Storage, Inc is to take the extra steps necessary to save you time an money". It is sad to say this is all a lie!!! I would have rated them no stars with the website would have allowed me. May 15th a representative came out and gave me an estimate. In the process he told me what size unit I will need. I scheduled him immediately for the end of may and then pushed theo e to June 5 due to closing issues. I called the company the Monday before to ask a quick question and the question was all that was discussed. June 5th the guys arrived looked through the house advised me that the storage unit I got was way to small, so I have been paying storage fees on a unit that will never be used. When the gentlemen asked me how I was going to pay I told him credit card. He hen informed me that they do not take cc. He then asked if they informed June 4th when they called to confirm. No one ever discussed the form of payment that they only take cask or cashiers check, nor did they call to confirm my appointment on June 5th. When you look at the papers they give the form of payment is not listed and when you go to their website there is no information on form of payment. Because of this the guys canceled my love leaving me stranded with no options. I do not see how this makes them dedicated to taking the extra steps to ensure that my time and money is saved. When you call te office sometimes you will receive someone nice and sometimes you won't. I will NEVER use them again!!! You would be a fool to use them as well. read more

I thought I liked First Class Moving. I felt like family and treated them as such. On our second move with them from storage to new house, one of the men decided to take a valuable statue down a flight of stairs by himself. The statue weighed about 600 lbs. He lost control and the base of the statue broke into a million pieces. The lead man assured me First Class Movers would would "take care of it". Trusting "my family", I paid them. I was asked to submit two estimates. I did. Almost two months go by and after many calls and pleading they assured me the check was in the mail. My estimates to repair the statue was between $1000 and $2000. I received a check for $180.00, the owner saying I neglected to check the EXTRA $75.00 insurance on the application. I've tried contacting them. They do not return my phone calls. I've been nothing but nice and that's probably my downfall. First Class Movers? I'd say NO CLASS MOVERS! We have used First Class Moving & Storage twice now, and we've had a great experience both times. Our most recent move was a 3-state move: The contents of one house were distributed to 3 different homes in 3 different states. Shawn and Nate became our "best friends" for more than a week. I can't say enough good things about these guys - they made a really stressful experience so much better. Our things all made it safely around the country - not a single thing broken, dinged, or damaged in any way. Their upbeat and fun attitude throughout the entire process was awesome. These guys were absolutely great! Showed up on time and worked really hard the entire time. They had to stay extra because I decided to add some items on and they were kind and fast! John, the lead was so diligent about making sure that they could load as much as possible and as quickly as possible! Chris took great care in wrapping all of our bigger items and was careful when moving them downstairs as not to bang up the walls. Ramone was so kind and helped load everything and arrange it so we could utilize every square inch of the truck! Can't say enough good things about the movers and this company!! These guys do it right!! They arrived on time and were ready to work. In fact, my wife and I had to keep playing catch-up to them all 16 hours of our move from a 2 story, 3500 sq ft house to another 2 story 3600 sq ft house. The entire team took great care of the items and were frequently offering to step in to help us with our tasks (including sweeping and vacuuming!!). They are great problem solvers and quick to move. I wish I could give 0 stars. As with the other review from Paul J. I was promised the stars from these guys but what we got was the worst service ever.There was numerous damage to our new home we moved into including screens and walls but the worst was the damage to a very expensive piece of art work. I was promised special moving boxes for our artwork by the sales rep when we first met with them, but none where to be found when the moving crew arrived.I mentioned this to the crew leader but he assured me that he would be very careful with the pieces and not to worry. When the load with the art arrived at our new home the art was was a disaster one piece was completely destroyed and another had the glass and frame broken. I was very upset about the broken artwork, I was told by the crew leader that it would be no problem and the owners would take came of the problem. I contacted the owners and they told me to get 3 estimates for repairing the artwork and after much hassle to get the estimates ($500.00 for one piece) I was told they could not do anything. We've used First Class for our own residential move as well as moving our business to a new location and had an excellent experience both times. I've also referred them to family and friends and know of 4 other families who had excellent moving experiences with First Class. We had last minute changes with the closing date for our new home, and they were incredibly flexible and understanding to work with. The crew was professional and efficient, getting the move done quickly but with everything in perfect condition. They recently moved our business, which is over 100,000 square feet of both large and small items. They sent 3 trucks for 3 days and made countless trips to get it all done. I can't think of many experiences that are more stressful than moving, and I would (and have) definitely recommended First Class Moving & Storage. read more

I called this company to move from Phoenix to Sun CIty. The owner or manager, I think it was Chris, came and gave a quote. All was well. The movers showed up on time on the moving day. I had to have them store my belongings overnight as the deal on my house was closing and I had to be out by the next morning. The deal finally went through at 3:00 PM, and I was told that as soon as that happened to give the moving company a call, First Class, and they would be delivering my belongings to my new home the same afternoon. I called, and they said they were doing a job and no one could get my stuff to my new home that afternoon, so that was another night or $$ to store my stuff. Yes, they charge for storage. I believe it is $165 a night. So that was more in their pocket. The movers arrived pretty much on time the following morning to deliver my goods. Now the fun begins. I am not watching each peace of furnature or box that goes through the door, so I don't see that the walnut frame at the top of the couch has been dragged through a door opening and the finish is all worn off. I did not know at that time that the latch on the china cabinette had been broken. I did not know an antique lamp had totally disappeared, along with about six other things. I am going through the vases now and see that about half of those are missing, so that means a box is gone. I have two parrots, each in their own cage. I left them at a friends house during the move, so didn't notice when I went to bring in the one of the bird cages that was sitting on the patio that one of the wheel had been broken off plus one of the knobs for one of the feeding doors whas sheered right off. These are metal, so this cage had to have been jammed into it's moving spot. I have not finished unpacking but I know there is more missing---just give it time. I called Chris at First Class moving about the bird cage as I hadn't seen the couch and cabinette at that point. The boxes are something I cannot prove. Chris said that he would have someone come out, Kyle to be exact, to fix the bird cage. Kyle called twice and set up two appointments to come and fix what was broken. He never showed up. I called Chris back and he said that he would have another guy come out. I don't recall his name, but could get it if I did deep enough on my phone. He called numerous times about setting up times and then cancelling or not showing. I would buy a new wheel, but this one needs whelding for repair. You just don't buy broken parts for these big cages or I would have. A new cage will cost me $600, the exact amount that I paid for it. I won't go into detail the cost to have the couch refinished and the bracket put back on the cabinette plus the cost of any and all missing things. To top it off, before I saw all of this I gave Kyle a $100 bill to split between him and Shawn. I hope Shawn got his part. Bet he didn't. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM. I have posted on the local news not to use them, and in the local neighborhood chat site, which has over 3,000 members. I will be posting on F.B., my own site and anywhere else I can think of. I have to recouperate all of my loses somehow! Keep looking for a decent place. Don't always go by a company that just posts all five stars on their advertising. read more

I give them NO stars. This was the worst experience ever. My beveled mirror was broken in the move. I called First Class to get it replaced and was told I had to get two estimates. It took awhile because they had to come to our house as the mirror was too big to move around. The value was $300. It took several weeks for a response from First Class. We just now received a tiny check for $60. They said we should have taken out insurance with them for $75 with a $500 deductible. That is ridiculous.It was not explained to us properly. The insurance would not have covered the mirror anyway. I was being nice to only put in the claim for the mirror as we had many other damaged Items. Pieces of my crystal collection shattered. The leg broken off the office desk, picture frames broken, dents and scrapes all over our furniture. They did not cover or pack the truck properly. I was too trusting that the First Class employees cared about the job and would take care of our things. It was the worst experience ever with a moving company. read more

I selected these movers as the best price, schedule and a cousin's recommendation. They were late and ill equipped. They dropped a glass table top and pretty much damaged every heavy piece of furniture. Their promised insurance settlement has yet to arrive. read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is a joke. We were quoted 3 movers, they showed up with 4, & charged us for the extra man, stating "it will balance out because the move will go quicker." Too bad they spent a lot of time standing around. They moved everything to storage & reassured us we didn't need to go to the storage facility because they would handle it all. If we would've known "handling it" meant breaking furniture & shredding boxes, we would have gone to supervise. When we had our furniture delivered we found several pieces broken & literally had foot prints on them, who was standing on my bookcase?! We were also missing a box & 6 chairs, which they kindly delivered THREE weeks later. We filed a claim for all the damages & had to follow up for more than 2 months. Once we finally received the check it was a measly amount, stating we should have gotten the extra insurance. I didn't realize we needed extra insurance for them to handle our stuff with care. read more

Horrible company, stay away! We hired First Class Moving and Storage for our recent move. They moved our items to their storage facility for approximately 2 months, many of our item ended up either damaged or missing. Some of our furniture including a table had shoe prints from being stood on. Other furniture was scratched, chipped or broken. Boxes marked fragile were delivered shredded. The top quarter of our 6ft bookcase was torn off and missing. They had to call us to verify which couches were ours because they had several that were not labeled in the "couch room". We were told our item would be in our own pods. We had 6 outdoor chairs that took them an extra 2 weeks to deliver to us. We made a complaint about these issues and were told to get 2 estimates for each item that was damaged or missing and to submit it to them for reimbursement. We submitted the requested estimates and offered to provide pictures. Although there was a few hundred dollars worth of damage, we received a check two and a half months later for $90. Our family has hired this company before without issues and it's a shame that they don't want to make things right. We were told we should have bought additional insurance. For what? There was not an accident on the way to the storage facility. There was no fire or flood once there. We are supposed to buy extra insurance to have professional movers that we are paying, treat our items with care? This is their job and the service we received is totally unacceptable. They admitted fault and apologized yet refuse to make things right. read more

After hearing horror stories about other movers a friend recommended Chris at first class moving. When Shawn and Kyle showed up they were professional and got right to loading the truck. I would highly recommend Shawn and Kyle, those guys were there to do a job and did it efficiently and professionally! The price came in lower than what I was quoted and they didn't damage a thing! Do NOT use this company for your move. Chris was very convincing when he came to do the estimate but the packing and moving was a total disaster. The packers did not finish packing the first day, the guys thought they were taking my things to their storage facility, I did not receive a revised quote after giving Chris my new address, things were thrown into boxes, not all glass items were individually wrapped, things fell off the dolly when they were loading, my mattress and other things got dirty, the guys talked back to me and argued with each other. There has been no apology or follow up with me by Chris other than a couple of short emails when I asked about filing claim for damages. I am told I need to submit two estimates per my moving contract for glass breakage...really? Kind of hard to do for broken drinking glasses and stemmed crystal. This company added to the stress of moving and was a big disappointment. read more

This company was very nice when they set up the move. They did not tell the guys that they needed to take my storage shed. Also, they did not tell them that I had another group of boxes in the storage unit. They were full and were unable to take them. I was told by Chris, when I called him, that he would send a truck that would meet me to pick up the last boxes. He gave me a date to pick up, but I was going to be out of town. Three weeks have passed and I need to get the boxes by April 18th so I don't have to pay for another months storage. I called Chris and left a message. No return call. I am done with these people. I will let my realtor know about this poor service because he had recommended them. read more

Kyle, Shawn, and John did a great job of moving everything in our condo into storage. They were very careful not to damage anything. We had an estimate done before the move and these guys were able to get the move done in less time which saved us a little more than $100. I plan to use these guys again when we move out of storage. read more

Movers beware! Yes, they are cheaper but they broke so many of our items (including our front loader washing machine) totaling over $1000. The owner/manager told us to submit receipts and we even paid $89 to have an appliance repair guy come to the house to verify the washer was indeed broken (which the appliance repairman verified). They badly damaged our 3k bookshelves we ordered from Houzz just a few months prior, couch legs were chipped and lamps were crushed entirely. I was devastated! Chris assured us he would submit an insurance claim and after weeks of contacting him we finally received a $120 check in the mail. He said because we didn't take out the "extra" insurance basically we were screwed! So, if you are looking to move, I would move on from this company OR you better darn well purchase the extra insurance (that has a $500 deductible btw) because you are going to need it! read more

We used these guys to move and store. During the storage phase they lost about 4,000 pounds of our belongings. What they didn't lose they broke during the move. I lost antique furniture, all my air tools, jewelry, air compressor, one of my desks was broken in half, three legs of my antique dining room table were broken off, they broke windows in our antique china hutch - the list is endless, not to mention the antique china that was broken, damaged and mangled by these ham fisted losers. I wish I had never heard of these idiots. My wife was in tears over the massive losses of family heirlooms incurred as a result of their incompetence and disregard for other peoples belongings. Our losses would cost $14,000 to replace. Their insurance paid us $1800. Run don't walk to the nearest exit...and tell all your friends! read more

Worst moving experience ever. We received an in-home estimate from the owner's brother. That experience was fine and he sold the firm on "family owned". That's what went well. What didn't go well? The movers were late on the move out of our home, (were told they'd be there promptly at 8. They rolled in around 8:40. By the way, we are 10 minutes from their office. Items were stored on their trucks for two days. On the day of move-in to the new house - we were told they'd be there at 8am. I called to confirm. "Yes, 8am". Well, 8 came and went. 10 came and went. Called Chris, the owner. Didn't answer our call. Tried from a different number - voila, he answered right away. Told us his moving crew would be there at 12:30. 12:30 came and went. Then were told 2:30. Came and went. Told 3pm. Came and went. Called again - told "had a flat tire, should be there shortly". Movers arrived at 5pm! Damage to several items, including they lost parts to our kitchen table. How on earth do you take apart someone's kitchen table and not keep the parts shrink-wrapped to the piece. Every moving company in America does that. But not First Class Moving. Called to find out how they plan to address this - I can't wait weeks to have the table put back together. Multiple calls to the owner and we keep getting lines that "he's working on it", yada, yada. How hard is it to send a furniture repair person to our home to fix the table THEY took apart and lost pieces to? The answer is - it doesn't take long or much $$$. But instead, it's clear Chris, the owner, would prefer to anger paying customers by not returning phone calls, being in-front of issues and just addressing what is a minor issue. Go with ANYONE else besides First Class. Save yourself from the agony! read more

The mover Kyle and Shawn were great. They were on time, moved my items efficiently and threw in a little humor with it. I would definitely recommend and use their services again. I give 4 stars instead of five due to Chris. When the estimate was given there was no mention of the required certified funds or cash. I was not told until the movers arrived that they did not take credit or debit cards. I understand the reasoning to reduce cost to the company and customer but it should be in the paper work or something. read more

Can't even believe I am giving this company one star..only because you have to put something...I scheduled a move 2 weeks ahead of time with Chris and called him to confirm the day before. Well, here I am the day of the move and they are a no show. I called and was given some lame excuse and told they couldn't tell me what time they would be able to make it even though they were scheduled for 8 am. Possibly they wouldn't make it at all. The mover damaged the drywall during the move. The company rep promised to fix the drywall and asked me to contact one of his employees. I talked the employee and set up a time for him to show up. He didn't show up at all. I set up another time with the employee and he didn't show up again! After being stood up twice, I called the company. The rep on the phone is rude, and unhelpful. I would not do business with these guys. They may promise you the stars, but they only deliver craps. read more

They should change the name to Worst Class Moving & Storage. Use them at your own risk - these guys are horrible. Chris (the owner's brother, I believe) came out to give me an estimate and we booked him based upon that quote. We wound up getting rid of most of the large furniture items that his crew was initially supposed to move for us, deciding instead to buy new and have the new items delivered directly to our new home. This should have saved a ton of space in the truck. Instead, their crew brought a truck that was already packed with huge moving boxes (not ours and not for us), couldn't fit in all of our items, then told me they'd have to charge more if I wanted them to get the rest. This forced me to rent a moving van myself and haul the rest of my items for an extra $100. Also, though boxes were labeled with what room to put them in, the crew supervisor (Carl - a real piece of work) had his crew just dump a bunch of things where ever they felt like. I had kitchen pantry and bedroom boxes sitting in my side yard, boxes labeled for the living room taken upstairs... just a mess. Also, though I had some boxes marked as extremely fragile, these jerks paid no regard at all and placed such boxes on the very bottom of their disorderly piles that they placed in my garage, causing a bunch of irreplaceable items to get damaged. Let's also not forget that a pair of safes and several boxes of power tools came up missing, too. Throughout the move, Carl (the crew supervisor) kept swearing and harassing his crew, making it a very uncomfortable environment. He also kept trying to sell me some chandelier, which struck me as very inappropriate. Also, do not expect a crew or truck that even resembles an actual company. They rolled up in budget rental truck with their rag tag crew wearing motley clothing, not even shirts that said their company name. When I called to report my concerns to Chris, he laughed at me, said that they're not responsible for lost items, and was just all around a real bozo. I asked for the owner to call me and of course that never happened, either. First Class Moving & Storage is the absolute worst. I hired movers to simplify my move. Instead, I wound up with a very expensive headache and a lot of extra work that I should not have had to do. read more

My old landlord gave us a 30 day notice to vacate and we were panicked. We found a house but my husband has an injury and I will not allow him to move heavy items so I insisted that we hire movers. I called First Class Moving & Storage and they were able to come out and get it done. we were scheduled for 11 but I called and told them we were ready earlier and they came over and started in right away. It's hot as hell in in June and they were literally running to get all of our stuff in the truck before our time limit (that we set) was up. They were courteous, timely and not one thing was broken. My children and my Mother were present during the move and the 2 men that came to move us were very polite and respectful.I was very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone. I don't understand how people expect movers to be professional? It's 118 outside and they are moving heavy objects in a non air conditioned enclosed metal truck. Are they supposed to show up in suits? It is an extremely hard, tiring and physically challenging job that most of us don't want to do or can't. I loved my experience and if I ever have to move again I will use them. read more

I have moved extensively and have never worked with a company that was more flexible, professional, careful and customer service focused. I love these guys. Chris gave a great estimate. Came to our home & walked through the house taking notes of what would be moved. Three friendly men showed up on time on the day of the move. Our things had to be held on their truck for 2 days. Three friendly guys showed up at our new home at 4 in the afternoon & worked their tails off to unload the trucks & bring all of the boxes & furniture into the house. Provided wardrobe boxes to use. Loved working with Sean, Pete, Clarence & Vinnie. read more

I've had first class moving and storage move us 3 times. One time was from Iowa to AZ, from an apartment to a home and then to my current home. We have always been really happy with each move. I have recommended them to many family and friends and everyone has been happy. They have been able to do each move no matter how small or big. Chris is a great guy to work with and has been accurate with estimates. We really trust him and those who work for him. We will for sure use them again when needed. read more

Overall rating: 1 - poor customer service. Reasoning: Prior to my move on Feb 2014, I met with a gentlemen by the name of Chris at my home to receive an estimate on moving my entire house ( your typical 3bedroom, 2bath home w/garage). During our meeting, there were only a few questions asked on both parties: "who was packing, were boxes needed, how long would it take to move, what happens in case it takes longer than expected, and exactly what was being moved." An estimate was provided, and was told to call back when I made a decision. Felt very comfortable, went online and read review, so I contacted First Class Moving & Storage and informed Chris that they got the job to move us. A date was set and was told that based on what we had to move that there would only be 2 men for the job and should be able to finish in 6hrs. No contract was given or sent by the company. Because we were doing all the packing; each box was labeled accordingly to content and whether or not it was "fragile" and to please not stack on top. The movers showed up on time (dad & son), only thing signed was the piece of paper showing start time, and they began loading the truck. The move was going well, however it went over the estimated time (2hrs-I was only responsible for 1 extra hr.). Here is where it gets hairy so to speak....payment-was not told cash only (who carries over $500.00 with them at any given time & you only have an estimate to go by), and I certainly was not going to give random strangers who I just met that day my credit card information to be written down. There was no-one in the office (after hrs.) to take payment over the phone, so the two guys had to wait until I could go to the bank on a Friday after 5pm to get more cash. Also too, the two guys had no way of providing a receipt for payment. Let's just say, my wife has good business sense and figured something out. Upon unpacking the all the boxes (which were packed five/six high on top of each other), my wife noticed the carpet was wet and couldn't figure out why. After taking a few boxes down, noticed that the boxes marked "FRAGILE, DO NOT STACK ON TOP" were on the bottom. Needless to say, those boxes were filled with our Disney Snow globes, and a majority of them had broken from the weight of the other boxes (hence the carpet being wet). I contacted First Class Moving & Storage, explained the situation and was told to file a claim for insurance purposes. A claim was submitted for damages to the tune of $300.00+ (most of the snow globes were collectibles). After several weeks went by, called the company again to check status and were told on several occasions that the claim was "being reviewed" and should be "settled soon". To me that was an indication that they acknowledge the damage and was going to take care of it. Well I was WRONG! The following day, we received a letter in the mail stating "Claim Denied". Per their contract (which we didn't receive or sign and they don't have one either on file), that insurance will only cover boxes that were packed by the company. Another phone call was made to the company regarding the denial letter, and they admitted to me that they don't even give a contact to customers until after the move is complete. So I ask..... how can you hold a customer accountable for something you don't tell them about until after the job is complete? So I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I've used First Class multiple times over the years, and I've always had an excellent experience. My most recent move was in March. It was a complicated move, because I wasn't able to move directly into my new house from the apartment I was renting, which came as a bit of a surprise. Moving is never easy, but everyone at First Class - from the owner to the guys moving boxes - are super-helpful and come up with creative solutions to every issue that comes up. With no notice, I was able to store basically everything I owned at First Class for the few days before I was able to sign my new lease and actually move into my new place. From day one, the day of the estimate for the move, to the day I finally had a place to move my stuff into, everyone I interacted with was on time and 100% professional.
