I had a very good customer service experience with First Lash. I had to cancel my appt for lashes due to unforeseen circumstances (moving), and it doesn't make sense to get them here when I will be living so far away. However, they do have amazing micro blading photos, and all of the microblading i've had in the past is now gone. I hadn't even thought of it as something I might want to do again, but just seeing the great photos helps change my mind. I would love for my lips to look more even. I would definitely look this place up for micro blading, and for lashes of course if I were going to be living in the area. read more

Buyer beware...Save your money!!!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. EXTREMELY disappointed. This was BY FAR the absolute worst Henna Brow Tint experience I have ever encountered. I went to this place for the first time because it was close to home and I wanted to find a new spa/salon that fit my needs. I am not new to Henna Brow Tint, I actually get them every 4 weeks and I am absolutely horrified at what this place did to my eyebrows. My experience was as follows: I booked my appointment with Lily (the owner) thinking I would get the most experienced brow artist, with expertise in the service I was requesting, well I was wrong. The day before my appointment at First Lash I had my eyebrows waxed professionally at EWC and they came out beautiful, absolutely perfect. When I went in to see Lily at First Lash for the Henna Tint she told me part of their process for Henna Tint was to "clean up" and wax under my eyebrows first. So I agreed. Little did I know that my eyebrows would be this thin. The shape I loved so much was gone! To make matters worse the Henna Tint was atrocious, just awful!!!!!! It was uneven (one brow higher than the other) and discolored (it looked purple) and lasted less than 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!! (It was supposed to last 7 days according to the salon) I followed instructions not to wet them etc which I am very familiar with, but it didn't matter, the tint was completely gone when I woke up the next morning. I spent $100 for the worst Henna Brow Tint EVER! I essentially gave $100 away free to a place that did not perform the service whatsoever!! It doesn't look like they did anything except over-wax my brows to a pencil thin shape. A 3 year old could of colored in my eyebrows with the correct shade and stayed in the over-exaggerated lines way better than she did. What a complete waste of money. Anyway, I learned my lesson that more expensive doesn't necessarily mean better. I WILL NOT be returning here and I suggest you don't either. ***Side note*** Lily took a "before" picture of my eyebrows and never took an "after" picture to advertise her completed work on their site. read more

I came into get my brows microbladed for the first time and there was some magical things that happened. 1. Parking and getting to the location! It was really easy and accessible to get there and parking was not an issue at all! 2. I went in and the entrance was very classy and inviting. I really look the marble and sweet calamity feeling when i came in. 3. Lily is the owner of this amazing place and was also the one who worked on my microblading. She took a lot of time in the preparations for my brows and a lot of stencils on the volume, length, shape and took a lot of consideration on my brows. With this service, it made me feel very assured and happy with my decision. 4. During the process of the microblading, its the first time, so i was scared. But they had relaxing music and they also put this amazing numbing cream that i can barely feel a thing (or that i have a high pain tolerance level) 5. The aftercare was easy. Lily gave me the kit and also the results were so amazing! I will also post photos about this as well. I have a touch up in 6 weeks, so im excited! 7. Payment was very easy, they take credit card and all the prices are pretty straight forward on their site and in their pamplets. Thank you so much First Lash ! Can't wait to share my experience with First Lash! I had an appointment with Lily for microblading (after seeing before and after pics online, I couldn't resist, I just had to get them done at least once in my lifetime!). She was prompt, super sweet, and professional throughout my appointment. She's also sooo pretty and her personality exudes warmth which makes it hard for you not to like her. She drew out my eyebrows based on my facial proportions and consulted on which look best suited me. After I gave the okay, she started her magic. IDK why when I was doing my research, no one talked about the pain, but it does feel like a blade going over your brows...I sucked it up, and I'm glad I did after seeing these results. As soon as it was over, I was bit horrified...I thought to myself, "What in the world did I do? This is semi-permanent...my eyebrows are SUPER dark, my eyebrows are so close together..." I get home and my roommates are cracking up...anyway...the key word here is "patience". Lily gave me some ointment to put on my eyebrows a few times a day and was readily available for any questions I had regarding the healing process. After a week, MY EYEBROWS WERE ON FLEEEEEK! They looked SO good. Everything that looked super intense initially looked natural and SO beautiful. When I compare my before and after picture, I think to myself...how can I ever go back to NOT having my eyebrows microbladed? I can't! It's so worth it and I'm excited to go back to get my touch-up! Just got my brows done here. I asked many times for the technician to leave them natural and thick. They're completely overplucked/too thin. They're also crooked. I look completely awful. I bought a voucher on Gilt and could not be happier with my classic set! Lily did a great job explaining the process - how a set works, what would happen (perm my real lashes up, add a lash extension to each lash) and how frequently I should keep up with fills. She gave me a super natural looking extension - my lashes, just a pop. She also explained how to care for my lashes (what to do and what not to do, cleaning, etc) and gave me a kit for care and a kit for cleaning.
