The restaurant has a nice cozy feeling atmosphere. Great service with healthy options and vegan options too. I went with my best friend and he had ordered a juice refresher while I had the cold brew coffee, it tasted like it was watered down a bit though. I got the Tri athlete egg white omelette, solid food if you want something on the lighter side. The menu has the calorie count too and you can also find it in most calorie count apps. Our order came out and was wrong. The server argued the the other soup was tomato based so what's the difference. Food was ok but ate it. When I went to pay this same person rudely ignored me, did not thank me at all. On leaving she quipped sarcastically to have a nice day, and I saw her turn to four other girls sitting behind the cash register and laugh. Have been a faithful First Watch devotee since 2013. This location is consistently their worst location. Never complain to management but after my last omelette there I had to. Handled well by manager- given brunch bucks to enjoy another meal & give it another go. Ordered lox bagel & hash skillet. Both were sparse with ingredients-lox given was in tiny pieces that barely weighed 1 oz. (probably the cuts they use for omelette) but they gave about 3 oz. Of lettuce to cover up sparse amount of lox given. Hash skillet lacked any type of flavor & ingredients were oddly sparse. Did not complain again but instead will never return to this location. I USED to love First Watch, which is why I feel entitled to give it two stars. Before this location, there wasn't really one in the area so it was always a treat to be able to stop at one for breakfast. Unfortunately, my most recent time here, will probably be my last. I came with a group of friends for a nice Saturday breakfast/brunch. I ordered the turkey sausage and gravy, which was tasty, except my eggs to go with it were so over cooked you could've made five batches of scrambled eggs by the time mine were finished. My friend across from me ordered a bacon and cheese omelette which she was enjoying until she found a hair in it. We kindly sent it back and probably waited 15min before she got her next one. By this time, they made her a completely different omelette, with avocado in it which she is allergic to. We pointed it out to the waitress, who didn't give us any response but instead took the plate away and just told the cashier not to charge us for it. So, instead of offering to make another one, or making her something to go since we didn't have to wait again, she left the restaurant hungry, without the opportunity to even eat breakfast. I rarely have a problem with screw ups, because mistakes happen, but atleast have the decency to be apologetic and offer every opportunity you can to make us leave happy. Instead, we were treated rudely, and were treated like it was our fault she was allergic to avocado. I still like First Watch, but will not be back at this certain location. FRESH FOOD FINALLY! I love this place! Its like going to your grandmas house for breakfast. It has a very homey feel to it and the staff is really nice! Wait time usually isn't bad at all, especially on weekends when everyone does the brunch thing, there turn over rate is decent. I end up here at least once a month. First of Coffee- Hot coffee is great its a great cup of joe. Iced coffee ehhh not so great, its really thick its almost like pre-made or from a carton. Fruit - Fresh and ripe! Breakfast - BELGIAN wafflesssss! OMG there perfect, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Not to sweet just perfect. Eggs are fresh and tasty. It is official. This location is finally up to par. It appears that there was a complete overhaul in management and staff and the service issues that plagued it seem to be an issue of the past. Service is timely, accurately and with a smile. The food is also up to par with other locations and as you would expect from other First Watch locations. Now worth coming. The friends I was with love the restaurant and although there were just a few things on the menu I could eat (I'm lactose intolerant), the chicken salad I had was delicious. My fiancé and I love first watches. We go locally and out of town. Also this is the closest one to where we live. That being said. This is a big second strike. Been good when at restaurant. 2 times takeout first time order 1 hour early since I expected them to be busy. Got there and they were. Waited quietly 30 mins after the original promised time. People being sat and served in reasonable time. Checked in and was told should be just a few mins. Waited 10 more this happened 3 times. So I asked for manager and was told was not available. Waited 10 more mins so that is 2:10 since I ordered and got a e-mail that my order was cancelled. Needless to say I was very upset and left with no food. A few month go by we try again today hoping it was a 1 time thing. Got there slightly early and let them know my name and that my order was due in 5 mins. Received my order 20 mins late. Which was an improvement over the 2 hours with no food but the quality of the food was absolutely not worth the wait. I got home in 10 mins. The eggs my fiancé ordered over med must have bounced from the pan to the to go container because they were barely cooked past raw extremely runny. They advertise multiple tortillas they included 1 that was almost a hard taco shell could have use to pound a nail in. Almost no meat in either one of our meals. We have no interest in a strike 3 at this location. Hopefully at some point they can do better. read more

Never fails to please! Breakfast or lunch, it's always terrific. I wish they were open for dinner...even without a "dinner menu" as I'm sure I'm not the only one in Boca who would enjoy their amazing pancakes (LOVE the carrot) and wraps for supper. One teeny wish- that they would serve REAL maple syrup for free if you ask. Adding a $1 for a teeny bottle is kind of cheesy. Our family brings our own now. Not paying $5 for Vermont syrup! I popped in here for a late breakfast yesterday. Being at the one in Wellington, I knew the place wasn't going to fail to impressed. They offer complimentary coffee (um...YEA!) to the ones that want to get their caffeine fix on. I went for the two fresh fruit crepes wrapped around bananas, strawberries, and apples topped with a low-fat organic strawberry yogurt. First Watch... First to love and last to leave. I went here with my friends while I was on spring break for brunch. It was a weekday, so it wasn't too busy. I love the open concept dining area with smaller partitions; it gives it a family friendly feel. Their specials are written on a chalkboard which is a nice touch. I ordered the avocado toast special. It consisted of just whole grain toast, avocado, and 2 eggs (my choice). In retrospect, the meal is quite simple and almost anyone could've made it. First Watch takes it to a culinary level, serving it on a white plate with simple garnishes. The bread was thick and able to soak up the yolk from the eggs. They added spices to the avocado to give it more flavor and complement the toast and eggs. In addition, I ordered the homemade grapefruit juice, which was purely refreshing. It was tart, but that's what a good grapefruit should be (sans sugar). The price may be a bit too much for some, but I think it is worth it for the service and the quality. read more

I am updating my review after trying a few new things. The banana granola pancakes are great! Especially if you order them with the topping that comes with the Floridian French Toast. The open faced chicken salad sandwich is awesome! I order it with no cheese and it comes with soup or salad. I tried the Italian wedding soup that was their special of the day and it was fantastic!!! Very tasty! Also, the cranberry, banana, nut oatmeal is really good, and it comes with an english muffin. Service is very fast too! The hostess took our order and never did we have a consistent waiter/ waitress. The food took awhile and the order was wrong. I consistently enjoy the experience at their St Andrews location. This was the first time I tried the St Rd 441 location, as it's closer to my home - I'll never go back. Walked in (no wait at 930am on a Sunday AM) & noticed their decor - their flooring detracts from their setting. Brown with brown 'smears' here & there is not attractive - how can they tell if the floor is dirty or not? Told the waiter, Dan on 3 separate times I'd like milk for my coffee. Asked another waiter who said he would ask Dan to bring it. Finally, as my coffee was getting cold, I got up to ask the host for it - he looked clueless - didn't seem to know what to do. A couple of minutes later Dan brought it (shouldn't he had apologized? I work in customer service & know about apologizing to customers). The wait for the food was long - we saw customers who came in after us get their food. Their food was excellent. The quality is there but their customer service is lacking. The service is absolutely terrible the people have attitudes and they are not accommodating to food allergies or other issues. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I had the Roasted Butternut Squash Quinoa Bowl and it is by far one of the best We prefer to sit in Daniels section. Daniel is always very attentive and on top of his game.
