Walked in to a line of several people waiting to be sat. It was a little busy but nothing crazy. The hostess was busy, cashing people out and seating guests. Some help for her would have been good. We sat and about 5 minutes later a server came and took our order. Not very friendly at all. We both ordered the same breakfast which came out ice cold. My bacon was inedible so I sent it back to be crispy which id originally asked for. 2 strips came back the same (cold and undercooked) and 2 were really cooked and hot. I had to flag the server to come over to take my bacon back, as she never came to check if everything was ok. Atmosphere is very corporate chainy w stock photos and pieces on the walls. I'm just glad I had a buy 1 get 1 coupon cuz that's the last time I will go. Disappointed, this was my 2nd visit-wanted to give it a second chance to get it right. Oh well. read more

Not a very remarkable menu. Went to the West Boynton location this past Sunday. My son was in from out of town and ordered 18 egg whites. They charged him $38 for bleach! I am a huge First Watch Fan usually. It's my go to place for lunch, anywhere I am. The west Boynton Beach Florida location provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a First Watch Restaurant!! They took a half hour to bring water over to the table! This is not the First Watch way. When our food finally came out, it was cold and took another 15 minutes to get it back. Unacceptable! I would like to talk to management about this. If you're a First Watch person, go to the East Boynton Beach location, DEFINITELY NOT the West location! read more

At best, the food was sub par. Eggs were cold, bacon was plentiful but tasted like it was left on the grill all morning, it was a lot like they were trying to get rid of it. It was soggy that you couldn't cut it and couldn't pick it up with a fork. Absolutely awful experience, I don't understand why I even attempted at giving this location another try. The waffles were burnt, there was 1 1/2 pieces of bacon, and the worst part is that there was the littlest serving of scrambled eggs (a spoonful!). The coffee was also extremely bland and lacked character, I had to be pretty much forced to scarf it down. Service was also non-existent. Came here for the first time after knowing about this place for many years. The inside is very cute, industrial-farmhouse chic. The concrete floors and high ceilings don't do much for the acoustics, as a result the interior is a bit noisy (not a big deal, more of an fyi). The outdoor seating is nice and dog friendly. Love the bench seats along the perimeter. Our waiter was a nice enough guy, seemed pretty over being a waiter, but we don't come to restaurants for extensive conversation with people who are trying to do their jobs, so no biggie. I ordered "the works" which was extremely filling and tasty. My partner ordered the eggs with biscuits and gravy and it was also very filling, we both struggled to finish, but eventually managed to. My only slight frustration was after looking at the menu online and deciding I wanted the kale drink, the price on the menu at the restaurant was %12 higher than the online menu, and for the small glass you get, $3.99 is already a bit much, let alone 4.49. I really don't appreciate price discrepancies. Maybe serve a slightly larger glass to justify that price. Hopefully they work that out. Nice menu with great breakfast ideas but busy on Fridays after 9:30 am so the wait is longer, and waitress forgot to come back for a container to go so had to ask someone else. My boyfriend and I went here this morning for breakfast. We loved it as always. We normally go to the one in boca but the boynton one is so much closer to us. Our server was Jessie and she was so friendly and helpful. I got the chorizo omelette with the kale tonic juice and he got the farmhouse skillet with coffee.
