I think our experience came from the person manning the meats, who in our opinion doesn't know proper temp checks. We ordered multiple filets, ribeyes, and a tomahawk at our table of 5 and every single one was under. We asked for medium and medium rare throughout our table, but they all arrived severely underdone. The tomahawk was the biggest disappointment, when you pay a hefty price, you expect better results.. but it was raw, because rare doesn't even really describe it. We are not the type to make a fuss, so we just ate our steaks and asked for sauce to make them palatable. The flavor was there but it was very subtle, it could used a bit more seasoning. We relied heavily on the sides and our prior experience at the bar to keep spirits up. The reason this review isn't worse is because regardless of our dining experience, our bar experience was superior and I'd go back strictly for that.
