We just had breakfast this morning at this location. It was incredibly clean the staff was extremely helpful and the food was great. What more could you ask for. I would absolutely go again. We tried the brand new butternut squash soup it was delicious and I had a BLT that was fabulous. read more

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the menu made it difficult to choose what to order. The family really enjoyed it but believe the service could have been better. So this is completely honest. It's very overpriced, for basic breakfast. The food is good but it's very small, and I mean small portions. I am a 90 pound girl and when I got home I had to eat because it's too small of portions and I paid too much so I was upset. But it tasted really good. But you won't see me going there again simply because I can't afford to pay that much for a plate made for a toddler. read more

On a scale of dead last to first place this location is an also-ran. I am a big fan of First Watch but this location...not so much. It's not the food as that is the same quality as other locations (thankfully). It's the service here that needs work. Maybe it's because they seemed understaffed. Well, aside from the few who seemed to be by the register hosting. It wasn't horrible. It was kind of the lack of attention that was the thing that left me feeling this location is just not what I've come to expect from First Watch. It wasn't anything major really. For instance one thing was our waitress had disappeared for a while and I just needed a left-over container. I tried flagging another waitress who I feel saw me but just kept moving along. So then I flagged down a hostess and asked for a small container. She acknowledged it and seemed to be headed to get it but never brought it and just went back to hosting. So I waited. And waited. Finally our waitress reappeared and I was able to get a box. There's also not getting water/coffee refilled. Like I said. Small stuff but enough stuff that adds up. So, yeah...maybe this was just an off day for the location and I'll give them another go if only because the food is the same quality but given they should expect it to be busy on a mid-morning on Saturday I think perhaps they have some work to do with the staff. read more

Very cute interior!! Makes you feel like you are in a cute country home. They have GIANT pancakes. Literally like a 10" diameter. The cinnamon pancakes are yummy. It feels a little over priced to me but it's not terrible. Most dishes are $10-16. I wasnt a fan of the coffee but they have a good menu and yummy food! And friendly staff. read more

finally a great brunch spot in west cary! tends to get a bit busy, especially for sunday brunch. the multigrain choco chip pancakes are very good, but you're best served getting one of the less 'conventional' dishes. the chickichanga was a little heavy but oh so delicious! if you're in the mood for a healthier option, the pesto chicken power bowl was amazing- has a refreshing taste with a hint of lime & despite being a hefty amount of food, it's super light. love this place. read more

My bf got the elevated egg sandwich that he liked with breakfast potatoes and i got the ham omelet that was modified..the onions had an unusual sweet taste to them,it was an extra 1.25 to add veggies to it.The omelet was okay,got breakfast potatoes with mine as well they lacked flavor It should be called the Egg&I since they are affiliated with them and have a similar menu. There is not an option to add a side of pancake to your meal you have to order pancakes as a meal.The waitress asked us if we wanted coffee but didn't ask us if we wanted anything to drink she just brought water. She was curt but explained some budget friendly options with the limitations for substitutions on the menu. I honestly wouldn't go back here just because of the lack of flavor and OK service, i prefer the Toastery or Briggs but its worth a try as they do have healthier options on the menu. read more

This is a wonderful place to go for Brunch, and fellow Yelper Lilly K. and I have been twice, once on a Sunday and most recently on a Saturday. Both days there was a wait for a table. The first time we went was before the heat of the Summer and we ate outside on their patio, it was really nice. I had brought my dog that day and he got to visit with another dog at another table! On to the Food... So Good! The first time we went we shared the Breakfast Tacos and the Eggs Benedict, both were great. Most recently we shared the Asparagus & Swiss Omelet, and the Elevated Egg Sandwich. My Goodness, the Elevated Egg Sandwich was the Bomb, I'm going to get that the next time we go, for sure.
