As a server, I definitely have high expectations of everyone in the service industry. So my reviews might be somewhat biased. I went to first watch for my first time today and was not greeted for 15 minutes. (I timed it after I saw another table greeted before us even tough they were sat after us)I then took it upon myself to get somebody's attention and the server said sure let me go find who is in your section. I do feel that he could've taken it upon himself to start our order or at least offer us some water but he was more interested in finishing up his silverware rolls then going and finding somebody to help us out. Once he finished his side work he went off and told somebody I guess and eventually a lady came out and we gave her our full order. A different lady brought our drinks out in about two minutes which was completely on par with what I expected. I still had no water on the table so when another server came out, named Connor, We told him our situation and he profusely apologized and offered us some of their million dollar bacon. I understand that waitstaff can be busy at times, but it is up to coworkers to take care of the restaurant as a whole and I feel the ball was dropped on this point. My wife had the half sandwich and salad and I tried the short rib Benedict. Both of them were very nice and we were happy with our food. (Food took approximately 16 mins) in my own establishment, a manager would typically try to go by and recover the guest and offer whatever it took to assure that they would be repeat business and give us another try. All I got today were a few "I'm sorry's" and four pieces of bacon. I'm sure this was just a one time mistake but management should definitely talk to the waitstaff and Preach teamwork and helping each other out if a server is not able to greet a table. read more

Unfortunately they do not seem to have the staff or resources to handle the amount of people they get. AND... when at or over capacity for getting food out, they continue to seat people making the problem worse. I was here on a Sunday just after noon and they could not keep up. I don't know if this is a management issue or staffing problem but if you choose to go here, plan on a wait and possible order issues like syrup arrival after the pancakes are cold vs. when the pancakes get to the table, table orders not out at the same time, drink orders not quite like the menu, eggs a little cool but still warm, and just a bunch of minor frustrations due to this place not having the systems or resources to take care of their clients. Thus, they should have stopped seating at noon to catch up. read more

Great place to eat, however no as organized as the other ones I've been on. Be ready to wait for a long time even, if you join the waiting list. We had to wait an extra 30 mins, after arriving at the time the app suggested, and with only 2 parties ahead. They were allowing other parties to go before us. When asked about il they seemed upset. Went here with a friend a couple of days ago. We ordered breakfast. It took forever to get our order. My eggs were suppose to be over medium. First time eggs were so overdone they were like putty. The second time the whites were not cooked. They were almost raw. It's not that hard but for some reason maybe the waitress did not understand the order or did not take the order correctly. I asked to speak to manager and he did apologize and took care of our tab. Kudos to him and thank you for doing this. Maybe new staff or cook needs to be hired. read more

My girlfriend and I were at the Alliance location this morning and I would like to give a compliment to your manager Artavia. While moving from table to table assisting other customers she was able to make us feel like we were a priority while having a nice and caring attitude. From making sure we were good on coffee to fixing a mistake that occurred in the kitchen, she was on top of it every second making it her personal mission to meet any of our needs. The last time my wife & I stopped in for breakfast, they were out of potatoes, so we left and went elsewhere. This time, they had potatoes. There was no one at the host podium when we arrived Saturday morning, but after a bit of a wait, someone showed up and seated us. Our server was good. My wife and I both had the classic breakfast and it was good. I did order medium eggs and they were hard, but I had prefer them that way than undercooked so I didn't send them back. I asked for crispy bacon and it nearly was. As a side, I ordered buttered grits. It was more like grits in butter. The butter was way over used in my opinion. Side of fruit was fresh. Second time visiting this location (Tarrant is a much better location) I ordered my usual, Monterey Sandwich w/ a Honey Pecan salad. I believe they changed the turkey meat to turkey meat that is similar to something you'd buy packaged and sliced at the store. The salad was great as always. The manager asked how the food was so I was honest and said I feel like they changed the turkey meat and it was okay but not horrible. He cleared my check for me and as I was walking out, a waitress who had nothing to do w my table yelled out "ENJOY YOUR LUNCHMEAT" I have never experienced service so horrible. Came here for the soft opening and had an excellent breakfast! The building is super cute, very modern farmhouse style with a lot of neat design touches. I had the bacon and avocado omelet with a small side of fruit. It came plated with a side of mixed greens with lemon vinaigrette. The omelet was amazing and all the ingredients seemed incredibly fresh. Also ordered was the eggs Benedict blt which I was told was delicious. Our server was great and informative! To say this experience was disappointing would be an understatement. It started with my wife asking the host that was seating us if we could have a Booth instead of the table that we were brought to. The Booth is just easier for us with our young son. Even though there were 3 booths available we were told "No, those are reserved for someone" is the most Sassy unprofessional tone possible. I then asked to speak to the manager, which was met with an eye roll and a huff and a puff by the Host. He disappeared to the Kitchen to speak to his manager and in the meanwhile other members of the staff came out to peek at us (I can only imagine the way he delivered the message). After the Manager came out he was more than accommodating. We were able to sit at a booth. From there we received out water cups which looked like they were cleaned by someone's dog's tongue. Waitress was pleasant but the host made sure to side eye us every time he passed by. Floridian French toast was solid...The Works Omelette was Average at best. Tipped 18% to show the hard working waitress we're not as petty as her Sassy co-worker. But all in all this was a complete waste of a meal. They serve mimosas and bloody Mary's and a lot of other breakfast drinks that looked good didn't get one since it was Thursday morning lol but always nice to know for a Saturday morning! Usually come to eat here at twice a month, service and food quality typically always great, this time unfortunately our waitress Mary was very sub par compared to the other wait staff we've had. She greeted us with what are you having to drink not a hello, no name. We later got Her name from our receipt. She snuck up to the table to see if we were finished and grabbed my husbands plate while he was eating his sandwich and over charged us for a soup that was a side. Overall an awkward experience. First time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint!! I'm a sucker for Benedict's and got the blt which was AMAZING and my boyfriend got a potato skillet that was huge and he ate every single bite and said it was so good! You could tell everything was super fresh. We also got a couple of cocktails that not only tasted great but the presentation was so cute.
